When I asked for clarification and requested the regional manager's number, Juan refused to help further and walked away, leaving a red-shirt associate arguing back and forth with me at the front. They also refused to provide the regional manager's contact info -- which I later found posted right on the front door. It's clear that the associates here are not properly trained in commercial sales or customer service. I called the regional manager afterward, but there was no answer and no call returned. The lack of professionalism and accountability at this location is unacceptable, especially from management. I've always relied on AutoZone for dependable service, but this experience makes me question whether I'll continue doing business here.
