I scheduled an appointment on July 3rd to have my tires rotated, as I was also coming in for an oil change. The appointment was scheduled successfully and when I got there and told them I was there for tire rotation they said "oh, we won't be able to do that today." Unsure if there was some reason they weren't able to or if they just didn't want to considering it was the day before the 4th of July, but why would you a) schedule an appointment if you couldn't do it or b) not call me to let me know it wasn't happening before I got there? I work a standard M-F 9-5 so it's not easy for me to make service appointments. I won't be coming back, because who knows if the next time I make an appointment if it will actually happen. read more

Customer service was rude and uninviting. Matthew refused to service my vehicle, quoting there was not enough time... It was 5:30 and the site claimed that they were open for another 30 minutes. This extremely inconvenient for me as this was the only time that worked for me with my busy schedule. You pay extra for the speed. If you aren't there on the weekend rush, you can get in and out in about 10-15 minutes. The staff is friendly. They don't push anything. They do a good safety check as well. So I want to recommend this place. But the issue is they are sloppy. They had a good amount of oil spill onto the outside of the engine causing it to drip oil onto my driveway for about 2 weeks before it stopped. I thought the plug wasn't tightened correctly so I took it to another place to check it. Nope. Just sloppy oil on the outside dripping. Now I have to get my driveway cleaned. I have been coming to Express for years. They are my number one stop for anything related to my Jeep. The guys at the shop are kind, treat me with respect and even educate me on what they're doing if I don't understand what they're showing me. I also highly recommend Express because they don't make up issues to increase my bill and if they cannot do the job, they're honest and send me elsewhere. Never go here! I am writing to make you aware of an absolute abomination in customer service and a clear poster child for how not to do business. I had my oil changed on Friday, December 13, 2019 at Express Oil and Tire located on Alafaya Trail in Orlando. This is a quick lube place where the driver remains in the car and pulls over a pit that the technician goes underground to service the car. I paid the $55.38 for the service and pulled away to enjoy my weekend. Later that weekend I started to hear a funny noise with my air conditioning and water was dripping from under the dash on the passenger side onto the floor. The water flow continued to increase and ultimately flooded that area of the carpet. Concerned that my AC was broken, I took it to Holler Hyundai the following Monday where I have my vehicle serviced for major repairs. The service manager contacted me within an hour of dropping it off to ask if I had the vehicle worked on recently because the mechanic had discovered a bolt had been screwed into the end of the AC drain tube causing the flooding in my car. A picture was taken of the drain tube and bolt to show me. The cost to evaluate the AC and clean up the interior at the dealer was $324.71. I took the receipt and the picture of the drain tube to Express Oil and tire and spoke with the Assistant Manager. I explained the story and provided the evidence. His response was, "I am very sorry. I tell the guys not to do that." Apparently one of their technicians had used a bolt to plug the drain plug so he didn't get dripped on while under the car and left the bolt in the tube. The assistant manager went inside to make a phone call to the owner of Express Oil. When he returned he was carrying a copy of my Express Oil receipt from the previous Friday. He explained that they were not responsible because I had taken the car somewhere else to be fixed and not to them, and his owner was standing by that policy. If the engine light had come on, the oil pressure fell, an oil leak began or anything that remotely resembled a problem with an oil change I would have quickly returned to Express Oil for a solution. There is absolutely NO way to connect an AC drain leak inside the car and the oil change that was done four days prior. I tried to contact the owner several times with no returned call so I posted on my local neighborhood private Facebook pages warning my fellow neighbors of this situation. The owner, who lives in Boca, had a friend provide access to the page where he made a post bad mouthing me and calling me a liar. Some weeks later following Channel 9 contacting both Of us one of the owners called me to offer me a full cash refund. He still would not take responsibility and told me that "someone was lying" but he was going to take care of the customer. I agreed to the cash refund and the next day emailed him my receipts and a mailing address for the check. Three days later the owner who posted on my neighborhood Facebook page called me to tell me he was rescinding the cash refund and would give me a store credit. Since I have been publicly called a liar and treated so poorly I have no intention of ever taking my business there again, even if it's free. I suggest no one else does either read more

This place was very express for sure. I went to get my wheels balanced. The price is very reasonable. The mechanics are friendly. They suggested a rotation when I got there, still a reasonable price. But like I thought, it wasn't possible because my tires are different sizes in the rear. He then returned and said we can't rotate so the charge is less. I like that because some places would still charge the initial quote. The only think I disliked is the way they left my trunk. They didn't replace the cover piece properly, so it was flopping. I was not pushed into other services I didn't need and the oil change included tire check and air pressure, and an overall inspection. The entire job took less than 20 min and the car is running nice and smooth. I like sitting in the car while getting this work done because most shops are not wheelchair friendly and I end up sitting outside in the heat. He asked how many miles were on the vehicle and noted that I was 1500 miles early for my oil change. I thought since the car has been sitting so much with work at home that I should get it changed. He looked at the oil and said it was clean and they would recommend I come back in another 1500 miles. I was very impressed - most places would have changed the oil anyway just to make the sale. Today I went to this repair shop to repair the air conditioner. The result was that it could be used, but the effect of one side was not good. After their inspection, something absurd happened. After the inspection, it was completely unusable. The boss didn't show up and was irresponsible. Here's the thing. I drove over in the morning and planned to repair the air conditioner better. After explaining the situation, the person at the reception said that I needed to add refrigerant. I asked him if he could watch the repairman do it, and he said yes. When I drove the car in, the repairman rudely kicked me out and didn't let me see it. After a while, it told me that I needed to replace the parts. I just said that the person in front of me told me that I just need to add refrigerant, and now I want to replace the parts without letting me see it. Then the boss came over and talked a lot. In order to save some trouble, I stopped talking and asked him to repair it. After a while, the boss said that the car must be kept and picked up the next day. I will continue to use the car. I can't stay, I can come back the next day, but he said no, if I drive back, there may be a problem with the car, and I will bear the consequences. My car just doesn't have a good cooling effect. Others use it normally. Even if the cooling effect is not good, it can be there. Why can't I drive away after checking it? This made me very uncomfortable, I still told him patiently that I couldn't leave the car, and then the boss said rudely, then you can drive away. Seeing that there was no way to communicate, I drove the car out, but the air conditioner didn't work at all! I went to them again, but the boss didn't even show his face, and asked the employee to tell me that he was not responsible! No wonder other auto repair shops had to queue up, he was deserted here. I explained this to the gentleman who greeted me and next thing you know I'm getting educated on my car !! But this was awful I would leave zero stars if I could. So I have been too this place a handful of times for oil changes and there always fine. This time I pulled up and told the guy I needed a oil change and I think I need Freon (I know nothing about cars btw I had my 4 kids in the car as well) I told him my ac was blowing hot air and he said yes you need Freon (nothing else was said). Then I asked him how much would it be he said 39.99 for oil change and 75 for Freon I said ok let's do both. I pulled up and I'm asking how long it will be he says 10 mins for oil and 45 mins for Freon then he adds btw you car only takes this said oil so it will be 55 not 39.99 ok fine I said then he comes back and he said oh btw the Freon is actually 100 not 75 again I agreed although slightly annoyed price changed again. Again I have my four kids in the car and frankly desperate because we had all been sweating for 2 days! So I go and wait at the Burger King for a hour I come back pay and go to leave out the kids in the car start the car and I get back in the car. I waited a few minutes to see how the ac so working and expected it to be cold well it wasn't it was still blowing hot hot air. So I tell the guy who cashed me out and he felt the ac and said let me go ask the mechanic. The mechanic comes out and proceeds to tell me well you need a new compressor and that will be 1000 dollars. I'm livid he explains you have to text Freon fist then if that will tell u if u need a compressor. I asked for a refund on just the Freon because I was not informed they rolled there eyes and offered no solution expect 10 perfect off compressor. I feel like I got completely ripped off just because I'm a girl. I understand that sometimes they can't tell you things without fixing things. But literally no one explained that to me maybe I should have known but I didn't clearly trusted the guy at the beginning! Also, why not tell me all this before I fucking leave instead of me coming to you saying why is this not working why didn't you explain hey I did the Freon check it turns out u need a compressor I can take 100 dollars off of the if u do compressor now. Nothing at all I'm so upset it's not like I have 100 dollars to waste and maybe if they explained all of this from the get go you wouldn't get upset customers. Stay away from this place. I should have realized to pull out when the service techs were rude. About a week later I started to notice wet puddles in the driveway. BTW, I have a 2 year old SUV, so it is not an older car. Then, an engine light came on. So, after taking my car to my mechanic he told me whoever did my oil change last never put the washer back in, but luckily my oil was not totally empty and it was a slower drip. I had to pay for a computer diagnosis to be done to my car and almost drove around with no oil. Can you say ENGINE problem?
