Autozone denied me service because one of their techs messed up and was sued, now upper management refuses services for certain vehicles. If you want to take a chance with your vehicle getting damaged especially how expensive things are now, Autozone will make sure to deliver subpar service at your cost. read more

Micah went above and beyond customer service! helped us unscrew my old license plate and put up the new frames even when his bitchy manager (couldn't get her name) told him not help us in front of our faces!!! I have used this location a few times and also downloaded the AZ app. I was helped by the manager the last visit as I needed to drop off some oil and also get a few minor parts. No special reason other than he was the one I walked up to and ask where to pour the oil. Recently I did a order on the app and had something shipped to my home which worked perfect Today I did an order on the app with store pickup. And it also worked great. When I arrive I was greeted and helped by a young lady named Tori she was awesome and really has great customer service skills. If you like waiting in line for two slow ass cashiers to check you out for two small items, be my guest. Line was building up right around 5-6 on a Sunday evening and I literally had no patience. I waited for 30 mins while they took their previous time checking other people out. It was the most dreadful wait ever. Have a sense of urgency if you see the line getting long and people have been waiting for awhile. Clearly they do not account for good customer service since they disregarded everyone else's time and couldn't even apologize for the long wait. read more

My battery was getting low so I called and they had the battery I needed and the price was reasonable. So I went to the store and it was 34 degrees with the wind whipping around, it was miserable outside. Dylan talk my battery to my vehicle and removed the old battery and installed the new one. The entire time, working under freezing conditions he had a great attitude and even cracked some jokes during the installation. Dylan has a great attitude and is a very valuable employee for Auto Zone. I highly recommend this store. read more

I've been here a couple of times and every time it's been a great experience. This time I came over to buy a new battery for my vehicle as it was dying and it needed to be replaced. I walked in ask for the battery and for help changing it at the location since I was running errands and needed to do it on the road. They're very helpful knowledgeable and quick. Manager today and also his associate from yesterday were both just great ! Spouse stopped by with a check engine light Sunday and the diagnostic was MAF sensor -- needed to be cleaned - so got cleaner - told us to come by next day to reset check engine light - applied cleaner - dropped by today and they checked, reset. Running a little rough since the car is 2001 so when we mentioned it suggested fuel injector cleaner -- which was way past due. Had great experiences here in the past - helped me replace batteries on car remote and helped with other minor maintenance issues for my own vehicle. Friendly , fast and responsive team! read more

I needed a new marine battery for my pool cleaner. I called and they let me know the one I needed was indeed in stock! Usually I have had to drive over off Jones and 1960 to get these. On a separate visit, my husband went inside to purchase some turn signal bulbs. He went through the book and was told which ones to get. When we got home, we found out they were incorrect. Exchanged with no problem. Also, we had purchased some wiper blades for my car. By the book, we bought. They were totally wrong! These did not fit. We took them back and I just went to Walmart for some. I had no issue by the book there and they actually had more options to choose from. I do like that they are local, but we have just decided not to follow their book anymore. read more

Hello to all! I have just recently moved here a month ago. It can sometimes....(most times!) be difficult being a woman when searching for a new auto place that instills an unwavering level of usually much earned trust over time. But may I say.....Not the case with this AutoZone.... I went in the other day and Brian came outside to check why my engine light was on ( As you gals know...a much dreaded light indeed!) and was so patient and kind with me. He never made me feel rushed at all. A glorious trait to display! I went back yesterday and had the extreme pleasure of asking Gary Boehling for help with Bon Bon ( Yes my little Fiat 500 has a name:-) This darling of a man is the manager and so much more. He went on to tell me of how this new AutoZone came to be. His passion and utter excitement for his business was absolutely infectious!! He was so helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was the only customer there that day...which I clearly wasn't. Wow! Exceptional service. I came in flustered, my hands full with a baby. I needed a certain spray paint and he could have sold me anything... he showed me something that MIGHT work for what I needed, but suggested I go to Wal-Mart instead. Also, I needed him to grab the correct windshield wipers for my truck and he asked if I wanted expensive or cheap... no one does that anymore! He could have taken total advantage of my situation, and he didn't. They also offered to put my wipers on! read more

This Auto Zone in the Fairfield subdivision is amazing because I had an urgent problem and was not close to my home or friends that could help- I went in and Jamarcus helped above and beyond!
