Why on gods green earth did we put my tire and spin it on the FACE OF MY BRAND NEW GLOSS BLACK WHEEL Scratching it to kingdom come. Then about another hour later the tech hands my key and tells me I'm all good to go. One of the service advisors hands me my paper work and sends me on my way. YES they did not charge me anything after being frustrated as I was actively late to work.... I walk out to my "ready to go" vehicle just to hear the tire hissing from the "plug" in my tire from the OPPOSITE side of the vehicle. And when I walk back inside the service advisor tells me he is not sure why it is and that he didn't hear what it sounded like be before.... There was no noise before. We walk outside to show him it's pouring air out from the brand new plug; then he thought that was the perfect time to say that I was gonna end up needing a new tire. (Nobody even hinted at this) My paper work from them says "tech found nail recommended plug-in tire" Then after I leave the facility- I find out on my own that my wheel weights had been removed from the wheel and none put back on.
