We were looking to purchase a new battery for our collector vehicle, and the existing battery was four years old. We had looked at the warranty receipt and it indicated that we had an 18-month full refund warranty on the battery, which surprised us, so we asked the gentleman behind the counter. Before we could say much more, he took the receipt into the side office, which was remarkably close to the counter, and proceeded to tell the manager that these guys are trying to get a refund for a battery that was four years old. They had a good laugh which I found extremely offensive, because we just wanted to buy a new battery, but thought we would ask whether the warranty we were told about had some type of prorated amount connected to it; which would have been pennies on the dollar. My interpretation of their conversation was that he was implying that we were trying to get away with something which could not have been farther from the truth. When he came back out, I called him on this and told him I did not find this amusing, and the conversation spiraled from there. He even went on to say that "this was not the same Napa that we bought the battery from". Same address, same phone number, and same Napa logo; so apparently this location is now a privately owned franchise, so they think they can use the Napa Brand and have no accountability. Anyway, we took the battery and went to O'Reilly Auto parts right up the street where they treated us professionally and even gave us a $10 gift card to take the battery in on trade for a new replacement, with a 4-year warranty. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere in Forest Grove for Auto Parts since there are at least two other brands to choose from. The most frustrating part of this entire experience is that the "Manager" sat in their office and heard the conversation go south, and yet, made no effort to come out and save the customer relationship. I will never go back and would encourage the actual owner to clean house and hire some professional employees who know how to treat their customers. I do not typically put these types of things online, but the lack of emotional intelligence with this group is off the charts.

Check engine light came on and they gladly took it in to their shop and replaced the mass air flow sensor, only to have the light come on again before I left. Their lead mechanic let me go with him to drive it with their computer hooked up to the truck and was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. At that point, he recommended a new fuel pump, which they ordered that day. They installed the new fuel Pump and also found one of the spark plug wires was bad and grounding out as well. They replaced ALL of my plug wires as a courtesy! Not gonna lie, I was Leary about purchasing a vehicle here at first, but we are thoroughly pleased with the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from their service center!!! The entire crew especially Travis and Keith have gone way above normal expectations when fixing my 2012 Ram 2500 crewcab 4x4 diesel! I had them completely rebuild my front end including a gear box and Kryptonite suspension parts! They replaced the notorious grid heater! They repaired a cracked frame! Huh a frame? Third member seal. Serviced transmission and engine oil. Replaced valve cover gasket. New batteries. They replaced a bad instrument panel. Replaced a bad rear third light! Not only that, they replaced my left fender flare that took a rock or something. They even repaired some issues i had for free! These guys really care about your vechical! I had several small dings in my paint and body, they said they knew a vendor that fixed those dents perfectly! Did they ever! ( the company is called the dent medic the owners name is John) John was amazing he fixed about 10 dents like they were never there! It was amazing! These guys at Pure Addiction Diesel are so knowledgeable that I had my 2010 Dodge Challenger R/t repaired there also! It was the only car there! It looked out of place in their shop with all those trucks! Lol! I don't know if they repair cars or not but they did! Again, I recommend them highly even if you have a car not a truck and has some issues give them a call! I wouldn't doubt if they fix motorcycles too! After making the purchase, it was a week already and it started to concern me as to when the product will arrive. To keep it short, I called more than 10 times to follow up and waited almost 6 months until I finally canceled my order. Probably the worst experience ever with a vendor like Heeltoe. I am not badmouthing the business but it's the honest truth. There couldve been a better route and solution to this. Not even a decent service recovery. All I got offered was a certain percentage off and a sarcastically saying "free shirt". I spoke to Marcus(THE OWNER) several times and he failed to follow up with me regarding why it was taking so long. First he said it was very unusual for the shipment to be delayed, then he said its not because of the pandemic, and then he said it was because of the pandemic, then he found out his warehouse was relocated, ETC. I question how does an owner of a company does not know where he the products he sells goes or how long it takes. I ended up having to contact the manufacturer that makes the exhaust system and they were able to provide me with such better answers within a timeframe. It was one heck of a experience that I wish no one else goes through because it delays not only their time but special projects that need to be completed. Service recovery is VERY important and I feel like I didn't receive any at all. Word of advice to those who buy from Heeltoe: Please contact the company before buying a product.
