I wish I could give this place more reviews but I would be dishonest with my experience and review. Ordered the XLR8 Cat-Back Exhaust(Now Discontinued) back in March 2020.Was super excited to add the final pieces to my 06 Acura TL. After making the purchase, it was a week already and it started to concern me as to when the product will arrive. To keep it short, I called more than 10 times to follow up and waited almost 6 months until I finally canceled my order. Probably the worst experience ever with a vendor like Heeltoe. I am not badmouthing the business but it's the honest truth. There couldve been a better route and solution to this. Not even a decent service recovery. All I got offered was a certain percentage off and a sarcastically saying "free shirt". I spoke to Marcus(THE OWNER) several times and he failed to follow up with me regarding why it was taking so long. First he said it was very unusual for the shipment to be delayed, then he said its not because of the pandemic, and then he said it was because of the pandemic, then he found out his warehouse was relocated, ETC. I question how does an owner of a company does not know where he the products he sells goes or how long it takes. I ended up having to contact the manufacturer that makes the exhaust system and they were able to provide me with such better answers within a timeframe. It was one heck of a experience that I wish no one else goes through because it delays not only their time but special projects that need to be completed. Service recovery is VERY important and I feel like I didn't receive any at all. Word of advice to those who buy from Heeltoe: Please contact the company before buying a product. See if it is actually in stock before purchasing otherwise you will wait for a while. read more

Awesome experience from Marcus! Super knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. They helped diagnose inner cv join on passenger side for a vibration that I was having that was driving me nuts. Dealership just wanted to sell me two $600 axles (ridiculous). Nobody that knew anything about anything would talk to me from dealerships, other Honda/Acura shops in the area were zero help. I'm happy to say that Marcus called me and left me voicemails to talk about my order issues. I'm glad to say I got back to him on all occasions. Marcus is extremely friendly and very good at what he does for a living. He really cares about giving you the best product and making big sure it works before he sends it out. He does get busy and sometimes it takes a little while to respond when you request and order update. Also, the orders don't go out as fast as you would like them too. Group buys are awesome and the best part is the great customer service provided being as busy as they stay.. New price match option they offer on their website is a very very good utility that allows the buyer to offer his own price if he doesn't think the price is fair or if found cheaper at a different store. I don't know if I just had bad luck but I ordered a gasket & hardware kit back in 6-11-19 about two weeks went by sent an email to see what the issue was and I got a response fairly quickly. They said the kit didn't come in with a shipment as expected and said we'll update you. Every other day I would check my order and it would say processing so I couldn't even check where it was. Moving forward 8-14-19 I email them again and ask if my shipment was ever coming or else they can refund me. 8-19-19 I get a response which says thanks for checking in ill let the staff know??? Bro what it's been months. It's now 9-12-19 I have now received my package..but I didn't get the whole kit. This place is terrible. read more

Great selection of parts, however, their website is misleading and most parts do not ship immediately. They usually order your parts from their supplier first which doubles the delivery time. They should state actual availability on their product pages. Also, their email support ticket system sends 3x redundant emails to clog up your inbox and they usually don't respond within 24 hours. read more

Very responsive and quick to customer service. No complaints on that. The item was delayed a week or two due to stocking issues. The main issue that I had to go through was the unclear return policy guideline which Marcus had kindly explained to me, unlike David. There was a misunderstanding as to returning an item I no longer needed but Marcus was very professional, even when I was frustrated. He helped me out throughout the whole way and again, very professional. He admitted to the unclear return policy and any confusion that was put on me and compensated for that as well. I personally like buying parts here. Marcus is always answering my shower of questions and steers me from buying stuff I don't actually need. car parts can get pretty damn expensive especially when your eyes get bigger then your stomach. but he's always guided me on what is best or worth it. always felt after buying that I've saved money even tho I could drop a few grand. once I remember I purchased an item with 2 day shipping and when it took awhile to be shipped he refunded my shipping fee since it was well over 2 days. other than that usually I'll go with standard shipping and surprisingly carmy of my parts show up very early.
