I'm not sure why I continue to come to this location....convenience I guess. I went to the Vernon location (top notch by the way), but they didn't have the wax I was looking for. They called ahead and put aside the wax I was looking for. I showed up at the Manchester store and they had one person working the counter. The employee at the counter was helping a customer find some obscure part for his older model car. That's cool...but just acknowledge me and the other people standing in line after 15 minutes. Had a great experience here at this Autozone customer service was phenomenal. needed help fixing a fuse in my car and an employee in red shirt that really helped me out with my fuse. Finding Where it was located and helping me find the right one to replace it with even helping put it in while also teaching me for future fuse blow outs. would definitely come again and recommend others do so too. read more

I stopped by AutoZone two days ago, after my car battery threw in the towel. The staff was quick and efficient. With their help, I purchased the battery and accessories within five minutes of entering the store, and they installed it in my CRV and had me out of the parking lot within fifteen minutes total. I love myself some knowledge and efficiency, so I would highly recommend them if your car battery also hates living in New England. read more

I had to write a review because the customer service I experience at this place yesterday was beyond unprofessional. I went in to change the battery on my key fob - the young lady assisting me was having issues closing back my key fob after she replaced the battery. Another gentleman working there came over to assists he was having issues as well. After about 15 minutes the key fob was able to semi close and they told me to go outside and test it. It worked fine and gentleman was like ok you are all set I was like NO my key fob was CLOSED when I got here and it needs to be CLOSED when I leave. Another gentleman came over to fix the key fob and while I was being cashed out another employee that was absolutely useless during this process was on the side laughing at my entire situation. I don't understand what kind of customer service this is where they find joy in the customer's issues that clearly AutoZone employees created. Point is it takes 3 employees, 30 minutes and an unprofessional employee laughing on the side to change the battery on a key fob. read more

Wish I could submit 0 stars... I've been to this location many many times over the years and every single time I go I think I've met the most rude employees in history. But to my amazement, they continue to surprise me with their audacity. I'm not complaining about autozone in general, just this location's lack of humanity... I'm also not complaining about one experience but rather so many terrible interactions with these employees - has led me to write this review. Went to pick up an online order and the store was closed for cleaning. A female employee very rudely waved her arms at me through the window pointing to the sign (very small sign). I then pulled up closer to the store and the woman returned to the window, glaring at me, shaking her head and waving her arms (as well as making sure the door was locked). I went to call the store to request a curbside pickup instead and my call went unanswered. I cancelled my order and went to the Vernon store instead. Never returning to this location. read more

I just moved to the area and was in need of new lightbulbs. I usually shop at AutoZone when I can because the prices are more reasonable. I stopped by the Manchester AutoZone and I had the pleasure of working with Glenn who is extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. I was not expecting it but This was probably the most informative trip I've ever had. I suggest if you need parts for your vehicle that you stop in and see Glenn, you will not be disappointed. read more

Do yourself a favor: go somewhere else that's less expensive, has adequate customer service, and has a well-stocked inventory. My prior experience at this AutoZone was mediocre at best, but after yesterday I will never go to this location again, and will avoid other AutoZones as best I can. Service has always been slow, with customers standing in line for ten to fifteen minutes as the cashiers inefficiently try to help their current customer. About 80% of the time this AutoZone doesn't have the part I need. Yesterday's trip is the epitome of experience you can expect at this AutoZone: I needed some large vacuum caps and originally planned to go to the Advance Auto Parts across the street, but unfortunately it has been closed down. After scouring the store trying to find the caps, unable to solicit help from the employees, I was able to find some, but not the size I needed. Figuring they're only $3, I planned to buy the largest ones they had and see if I could make due. I stood in line for 15 minutes, before getting to the register. I asked the cashier if they had larger caps and he said no. He said he had been looking for them as well, and no AutoZone in the area carry's them. "Well, where did you end up getting them," I asked. He responded with an apathetic shrug. He looked at the cash in my hand I planned to use to purchase the item, "You paying with cash?" "Yes." "I can't do that at this register. You need to go to that one," he points to another cash register off to the side with an even longer line than the one I was in originally. Before I can just use my card on the $3 item the cashier turns around and walks away. I tossed the caps into a shelf and walked out of the store, vowing never to return. I had to write a review because I saw the not so great ones and I had an amazing experience today! I was in need of new windshield wiper blades. I went in and found an employee ready and available to help me. I told him I need winter blades. He asked me for my car model, found my size blades I need, and he brought me over and showed me the many options. I asked for the least expensive ones and he picked them out for me. He rang me up and came outside with me, took my old ones off and threw them out, and put my new ones on! No cost to have them put the blades on, just a nice extra they do for their customers. It all went very easy and smoothly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Being not as car experienced as most people that walked in that store, I felt like treated very nicely. I wish I caught his name, but he represented the store well. read more

Our battery died on the way up to Boston after we made a stop visit CT. We managed to get our car jumped by a tow truck. He recommended us to go to auto zone and get a battery , they will replace it for us free of charge. And indeed they did and they also helped us find an anti theft code. Thank you. read more
