Is this store ran by kids? I don't understand how hard it is to give someone the right part when the correct info was given and all the employee had to do was locate it. Going back twice because I was given the wrong part when it could've easily been avoided if the kid behind the counter just paid attention. They had to watch a YouTube video to install my windshield wiper and told me that I had to purchase different one that was more expensive because it didn't fit my car.... Very dumb if you ask me considering THEY SOLD ME THE PART. Wouldn't recommend this location if you want half of your day and money wasted. read more

They are so dishonest, they advertise one price on the website and when you go there, the prices are different than the website. When you mentioned that to them, they claim is only a website price but yet there is nothing noting that in the website website. That is a very dishonest and false advertisement. This is a review for the Newer AutoZone at Scott road and 215. Albertsons' plaza. Refused to accept my waste hydraulic fluid saying "it didn't look like used motor oil" even though i had purchased the five gallon pail of fluid at auto-zone. Unfortunate. One of my crew workers needed to get a battery and I called an asked if they could do a phone sale and they said yes. So we completed the transaction over the phone and was only given the core the receipt and I needed the full battery receipt. So I called up the store 3 days later and spoke with the manager (GABE) he patiently helped me out it took less than 10 minutes to to get the right information and he found the receipt and sent it over to me so I can complete my expense report. I Went AutoZone three days ago. To Have them test my battery and my alternator!! They told me I need a new alternator and my batteries in great shape and it's my alternator!! So they convince me to buy an alternator $570 . Then I go to the mechanic. Can you check my alternator and my battery just to double check because I don't know if AutoZone, knows what the hell they're doing!! Mechanic tells me your alternator is fine. Nothing wrong with your alternator. You need a new battery and then I go back to AutoZone. Call them out on your BS for selling me an alternator. I didn't need. I buythe battery then take my battery back to the mechanic. my mechanic said sold they sold you the wrong battery then I have to go back to AutoZone to get the right battery. What a waste of my time. My life did not need this AutoZone. You should be ashamed of yourself.!!! read more

I have a military account with you guys. I've been going to this place forever constantly all the time, I just rebuilt my 7.3 diesel. I go in there yesterday day before yesterday sorry I buy some orange wasn't sure what size so I bought multiple facts because I was told I could return them as long as I have the as long as I have the full packaging it's okay that's the way about the receipt because I have my name for them so everything. It's logged in. I just tried to return it different people there. They said nope I said my name is loud, I loved you and I don't remember my name nope. I always find the staff to be helpful, they'll come out to look at your car to get an idea and give you recommendations. Hrs of operation are convenient open till 10 even on Sundays when your car always finds a way to give u a problem just after you've driven around all weekend and right before the work week. My car ran out of gas and so I went to get a gas can from Auto Zone I couldn't figure out how to put the gas in the gas can so I asked the Manager Craig he tried to explain it was complicated so he said he'll just walk with me in the 105 degree heat to gas station to help me put the gas in can then I couldn't figure out how to put it in my car so he said he'll just walk with me to my car to put it in for me and yes still 105 degrees when I say he was Heaven sent that day basically my Angel I was so stressed and having anxiety over running out of gas and he stepped in to help and it meant more to me than he could ever had imagined and I'm grateful. I urge everyone to stay away from this AutoZone unless you absolutely have no other option. The customer service has really gone down hill. I want to say ever since their competitors O'Reilly's started popping up across the nation, AutoZone as a brand has started to nose dive. Well anyways, this specific autozone is in the prime location for business and just needs better management, more employees with better customer service. Little things go along way and this specific location seems to lack those little things. I mean on numerous occasions, I was waiting in line for what it seemed to be 25min before being able to speak with a customer representative. And by the time I got to speak with someone, they seemed agitated and annoyed. Well if you are so stressed out helping people and you are overwhelmed by the amount of customers you have, common knowledge would be to hire more employees. But at this point, hiring more employees wouldn't be good enough because you'd have to train them right and with good customer service. I mean it's pure chaos in there. You have about 8 people waiting in line for 20+ minutes, phone ringing off the hook with nobody attempting to answer them and rude employees. Boy I wish there was an O'reillys auto parts near here because they would have my business even though they are notoriously more expensive. read more

Also easy to find bulb replacements for headlights, fluid juices for your engine, a set of sparkys, and a fresh battery when your current one doesn't crank anymore. Service is alright but I get the feeling that when these people talk to you they expect you to know every detail about your car. Nope that's not me...and that's why I came to you guys! Also, there's a a confusing place to get in line at the center of the store. I was thinking it was a a central line for eveything but apparently it's just for ordering/finding parts for your car. After 10 min of waiting, I see someone ahead of me realize he was in the wrong line too. He just walked up to the cashier who was standing around picking his nose. Would of been nice if he would just say something to us but I guess digging into his brain was more important. It's nothing big and this is more of a convenience store to me. That is, it's convenient if you know what you are looking for in the first place. Just get it and go. Also, look for the nose-picker and that's where you pay for your goods. read more

This store is pretty good. The workers are pretty helpful. Always courteous workers and nice looking ladies too. The only thing is one time I went in there to get my moto battery charged and this one "lady" came out like she was well informed and wolfed all her knowledge about the situation. So I leave overnight, come back the next day and another guy says battery is no good. . This one "lady" is ther again and I overhear another guy tell her it's not even a charger that they have . So I go some where else because I felt like they was very wrong. And then the battery charged up just fine. I just would like it better if the people don't try to play me for a whore. read more

Well I posted a 5 star back in November 2013. That is not the case today. Tuesday night I came in for an alternator for my BMW. Wednesday morning I saw that I was given the wrong part. Brandon said the correct part is more expensive and they only had it at their murietta road location. I go to that store to look at the supposedly correct part only to see that the mounting details was still incorrect. Jonathan was able to figure out the correct parts after several minutes, but I had to wait four hours for the parts to arrive. After receiving the parts, I began to install only to find out that one of the threads to bolt in one of the pulley was stripped, I called Menifee store back and told them the situation, no apologies all Xavier said was we can have another one at 10:00 AM the following morning, needless to say I lost another day's wages. I called the District Manager to relay my dissatisfaction and she offered to give me $75 off the new alternator. Having said all that the supposed new alternator is now making a loud hissing sound. I spoke to Elario who is normally very helpful, but he said all he can do was give me a refund, without taking into consideration all the hassle I went through and the lost wages for missing work. I called the Regional office but no one has yet to call me back. read more
