Bought wipers for my car (Buick) 6/8/2019 @ 2150 (store closes at 2200) and the young man had directed me to the correct wipers that I could never find. Fit perfectly and helped me install it. Horrible horrible! Why open my car key if you have no clue how to change the battery. Young guy takes my car key and starts to open it with a screw driver. No clue what he's doing. Key falls apart. We're trying to find the pieces but no clue where they flew. Let's just say it was a great 45 minute ordeal to try and find them so that we can attempt to put the key back together. read more

If you're NOT going to stay open till 8PM, then don't post it online or on your door that you are open till 8PM. It was Sunday evening where I needed to buy replacement light bulbs for my car. I checked online to see if the Autozone was open and saw that it was open till 8PM. As I pulled into their parking lot at 7:45PM, I saw an employee noticing my car coming in, locks the door, and disappear. I checked the door to see if I the time was wrong and the door even said "8PM" closing. I think it upsets me more that he saw me come in and immediately hid in the back. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. I will never go back to your crappy store. NAPA and Advance Auto Parts are much better. read more

Extremely bad customer service , walked in and ask a question seemed like the guy who worked there had no idea what tool to recommend but instead of explaining or saying anything at all such as I'm sorry but I have no idea what tool you can use for that, he just said stood quite and walked away. read more

It's hit or miss with this place. They either will answer your questions and give you the right parts, or they will not be helpful and give you the wrong part. I ordered brake shoes and I call the guy up and I'm telling him that they don't fit. He's telling me that maybe I'm doing it wrong. I finally give up. I said it feels like it doesn't line up. What happened, instead of a part like 34527, I get a part 34257. Grrrrrrr!!! Not the first time, and certainty not the last time! What a waste of time and gas! read more

I needed two new headlights and Justin M. helped me right away. Christian V. was nice enough to install them for me. He even gave me a few car care tips. After my repairs were complete and they went inside, I was having a separate mechanical issue that was preventing me from leaving. Both gentlemen noticed I was still in the lot and came back out of the store to help me. Great customer service. Definitely above and beyond and I will be back for my future auto needs. I'm writing about an extremely unpleasant experience at this location, especially with the rep named Ana M. I came in for a broken headlight and when I purchased it, the technician Adam said that he would be able to install it for me. There were many customers coming into the store after me so Adam told me he had to take care of these other customers first before coming outside to install it. So I waited for about 25 minutes as I watched customers who came after me receive service, one after the other. When I asked Adam what was going on, he said, "Oh I really want to help you but I'm told I can't. I'll come after this customer." So after another couple minutes of waiting, Adam put on his coat and started to follow me out to my car. Before he exited the store, Ana called out his name and he went back inside. I was outside with the hood of my car open waiting for Adam to come out. After couple minutes, I went back inside to find that he was at the register helping other people again. Adam was apologetic but I was so irritated and when I asked what was going on, this is when Ana addressed me by saying, "Putting on a headlight is a courtesy so you have to wait until we help everyone in the store first." But am I not a paying customer?? How do you call this a courtesy? Shouldn't the right thing be to help me first AS A COURTESY, since I came before everyone else? The attitude and lack of respect that I was met with was unbelievable. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Ana had the worst attitude, she was screaming at Adam in Spanish throughout the entire time. And it seemed like she did not want to be there at all. She kept rolling her eyes at customers and her mannerism was completely unprofessional. If she is the supervisor, then the entire store is in complete trouble. She does not know how to manage let alone interact with customers. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. read more

Hurbert, the employee who helped at the store had no idea where any of the products were and instead of looking for them on the computer he was standing in front of, he simply said "sorry, we dont carry that. when i went to purchase the products and use a credit card, it wouldnt read and he said that he couldnt punch in the numbers because it had a chip. by far the worst employee i have ever had the displeasure of meeting. read more
