They may be great for other batteries, but NEVER TAKE YOUR IPHONE HERE. You'll see I don't leave…read morebad reviews. But I need to caution everyone that they do not provide genuine parts. That's not the worst part. They broke my Face ID when they installed the battery. When I first turned on my phone I was alerted that Face ID may not function properly. It didn't. I took it to Apple, and they agreed you could physically see damage with a naked eye. Apparently this is one of the risks of unauthorized repairs. The cost to replace the camera is too much for the cost of the phone, even the apple associate advised against it. So no Face ID until I buy a new phone. Now lets talk about the BATTERY. This new battery is zero improvement from my 5 year old battery. In fact I would say its worse since it still dies by the afternoon and it frequently overheats. If I have it plugged into my car for carplay and charging, and its 82 degrees outside, forget it. It's unusable within 5 minutes despite air conditioning. All this for just $10 discount off the apple store cost. Can you believe th Hope my review saves someone $$$ and heartbreak

He also recommended i clean my engine to prolong the airfilters & explained multiple benefits of keeping the engine clean. Not only did Tino swap out my battery but he provided a demo and cleaned my engine. Tino was super knowledgeable & helped lower my anxiety over the battery issue by swapping it & and educating me on how to change a battery as well as proactive battery care. Thankyou Tino for taking such great care of my car needs today. Im now and forever will be a loyal O'REILLY customer because of the amazing customer service provided.

One guy said they don't have the means to diagnose, and advised me to go to the same shop they owned in Roseville, and then proceeded to tell me that it's a process to diagnose check engine lights. Having little to no general automotive knowledge but possess common sense I drove to O'Reilly's and met Gary, who greeted me enthusiastically & with a smile, asked how he could help me (I could tell he genuinely wanted to help). I let him know my sons cars check engine light & traction light came on yesterday, and without any hesitation, he said, "I gotcha"! Several minutes later I followed him out to my son's car where he connected a diagnostic code reader, that he provided me with a print out. The cause, "Replace Ignition Coil, ignition coil #2 misfiring. Gary recommended I change all 4 spark plugs, along with coil #2, which I did, and it remedied the issue! Cannot say enough about Gary, who I found out served our great Country in Vietnam! He made my day.... Thanks buddy!!

Bought a battery from them 3 years ago. Tech disconnected the grid charger cable from the battery,…read moreclaiming that it would void the warranty. Spoke to Austin Baker in support who confirmed it would not, had the technician reinstall the cable. 1 year later, battery is constantly entering negative calibration and it's not due to heat or other failures, no diagnostic code. Contact greentec and they refuse to work on it unless there is an active code. Refuse to believe that not all failures will generate a diagnostic fault code. Problem continues to happen, car is taken to Jue motors in West Covina (the recognized expert on this particular hybrid). He tests the battery and learns that it has an internal wiring misconfiguration causing a false temperature reading (which will not trigger a fault code). I contact Greentec again, they still refuse to honor their warranty because not fault code is present. Car is repaired by Jue motors. Problem reappears 1 year later but in a different manner. Battery state of charge unexpectedly goes to zero in this new failure scenario. No fault code. Can't can't be driven. Towed to repair shop. Contact Greentec auto again. Spend several weeks arguing with them about their warranty and the ridiculousness of the "fault code" premise. Car is still not driveable. Eventually the VP approves a battery replacement and I pay for a mobile repair visit of roughly 375 dollars. During the battery swap the tech removes the grid charger cable AGAIN. I discover this after picking the car up. I contact the support line, who sends a request over to Austin Baker. Austin Baker calls me and starts asking me about the charger. I reminded him this is one of the best known grid chargers on the market, Prolong, and that we've had this discussion before when the battery was originally installed and he confirmed that the use of a grid charger would not violate the warranty. I also reminded him that the warranty terms do not say that the use of a grid charger is prohibited. He says "it says use of an approved grid charger", and then proceeds to ask me questions about the charger itself. I remind him that this is the same grid charger that has been on the car since I bought a greentec battery that he personally approved for use 3 years ago, that this is one of the best known grid chargers on the planet for this car, and that the tech had no authority to remove the charger cable from the car. He indicated that he would have the location near me call to schedule the work to install. They haven't called and there is no way to call the location directly. I have spent hundreds of dollars fighting with these ridiculous people who don't know how engine diagnostic codes work, and that they don't monitor every single thing that goes on within a vehicle. Time for a lawsuit, which I'll be filing tomorrow.

At the time of…read morepurchase, one of the store employees offered to install the bulb, and the installation was completed by their staff. Only three months later, the bulb burned out. I returned to the store to ask whether there was any warranty coverage. I was told there was no warranty because the bulb was supposedly "self-installed" and that bulbs can fail quickly if touched by bare hands during installation. I explained that the bulb was not self-installed--it was installed by one of their employees. The response I received was that none of the employees who worked there three months ago are still employed at the store, so they could not verify who installed it. I am disappointed with both the product and the customer service. A headlight bulb should last much longer than three months, and I do not believe I should have to spend another $70 because of what may have been an improper installation. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, the store dismissed my concerns and refused to take responsibility. I expected better customer service and support from O'Reilly Auto Parts.
