Very thankful to have a local parts store with very kind and thoughtful staff. I needed some brake parts for my daughter's vehicle the next morning to accommodate my mechanic, but there was a very likely chance it would not happen. But Torrey, an associate there went above and beyond to make it happen to where she called her manager and made it a priority to get the parts transferred from another store. Next day rolls around, and I receive and email that parts are in. This was hours ahead of schedule. The guys at the regional distribution center were great but didn't have all the parts on hand i needed so theY found the closest store that did on Watt and Elkhorn where Mohammad took good care and noticed that i needed a different part, so he walked me back to supply shelf where we found the part. Went in today not really knowing what I needed for my car and one of the guys there was so helpful. He said his name was Joseph and that he was relatively new but he is very professional and knowledgeable with great customer service. I didn't feel stupid for not knowing exactly what I needed and told him what was going on with my car, he suggested a certain part for it and it turned out that was the problem all along. It makes a difference for a woman who doesn't know anything about cars to be able to come into a store like this and get the help that you need. read more

I purchased a battery for my car for $213.44. My salesperson Robert did not share with me I would be eligible for $5 off fior every $100 i spent by signing up for this offer from NAPA. I notice the advertisement whennI returned the following day to turn in my battery and getvreimburse for the core charge. I asked if I could redeem the offer since I had my receipt was told No. Second issue- the Battery weighs aporox 40 lbs-Randy the Mgr is outside very clisecto the entrance door (wearing his NAPA Auto Parts shirt- his cell phone having a cigarette - perhaps on a break. He never offered to bring the battery into the store but definitely could see I was walking into the store with a battery. Vety dissatisfied with poor level of service I received. I could have gotten the battery elsewhere at a lower price but I wanted to support a business in my community. It appears that is not appreciated by the employees. read more

Some people love and cherish their cars and the people that work here will not help you. June 20, 2020. I called store asked if they carry axle for my vehicle. Guy checked and said yes, we closing in 13 minutes. I said: Ok, I'm coming, I might be minute or 2 late, can you wait for me? He said: No, I'm not even supposed to be here today I asked: How about if I pay with credit card over the phone? I'm really glad NAPA auto moved to this new location. I didn't know what to expect because I have always gone to Kragan auto because they were the only ones around. The employees that work here really go above and beyond to assist customers. This is why I had to write about this particular NAPA in north highlands next to Ross. Right when you step foot in the door your going to be greeted by Lou or Laurence and Alana. The whole team including this guy name Sam are just awesome. The most friendly group of people I have ever encountered at a auto store. They are knowledgeable of all items and if they don't know then the computer always does. They also recommended other items to assist my project and explained the difference between the 2 items so I can choose. That was the wow factor, they are not pushy sales people and they just recommend and let we the customers make the choice. I'd give this place no stars!! I came in to buy a power washer that uses a hose... You can tell they were all used and the first thing the guy says I don't want to argue with you .....wait what??? Who's arguing??? Bad customer service!!! Not Koo at all ..I would of bought it if he lowered the price. It was used and claimed the product just came in... EXCELLENT customer service! My battery died on my car. I took it to a different place and they said it was completely dead and I needed to buy a new one. But I'm so glad I when to Napa. As soon as I got up to the door, I was met with friendly staff who gladly opened the door for me because I was carrying a heavy car battery. They gladly tested the battery for me. Turns out it was actually still a good. They charged it up for me and I was on my way. Not a penny spent! Thank you so much Napa! You saved me hundreds. I can't say enough about this Napa and especially Wes, the assistant manager. He is what I remember part guys being like before the mass chains ruined them with staff who only know how to search a computer by vehicle, who have no real knowledge of car parts. I went to 3 other parts stores on my way to Napa, not only did they have no idea what a banjo bolt (I was looked at like I was asking for blinker fluid), they simply told me they didn't have them. Only one person took the time to even look at the inventory at all 3 stores. Went to Napa and Wes was on it, he took the time to pull every banjo bolt he could find that might be a potential match to my non-stock set up. When we said we needed a washer, he knew it was a copper one. Wes was literally running through the store to take care of us. Even with a line growing, he never lost patience and took the time to make sure we had the right parts before leaving the store, even though it took 45 minutes. It was a Saturday night and they could have had more than 2 people working, but its usually not so busy and I've never had a problem. From now on this Napa will be first stop instead of the last, even if I drive past the other 3 on the way. Every time they have been patient, knowledgeable, and never question returns. I bought a water pump that was bad out of the box and had no issues or questions about the return, they even gave me a better quality one at the same price when they didn't have anymore of the one I bought in stock.
