The current Manager Rosa with the blonde fried curls is a problem and has got to go! I went to head into this auto-zone location today to get a replacement lightbulb. When I went to start my car today, my car wouldn't turn on at all and the car was completely dead. Since I recently bought my battery from this location I decided to hit two birds with one stone and get the new bulb and my battery checked out at the same time. I asked Rosa to assist me in finding out which bulb I needed, and after she looked up my Make and Model she refused to tell me the bulb number I needed. At first I thought she just didn't hear me ask the question so I repeated "can you please tell me which bulb I need". She insisted getting it for me and would not answer my question. At this point I asked more firmly and she continued to ignore me. She then picked out whichever light bulb SHE decided I was going to purchase. That's not how this works, there are many brands and different prices and it's not your job to decide which one I'm buying. Also I only needed one bulb and she handed me a two pack. I then said "thank you ma'am I'll take it from here" since I no longer wanted to deal with her. She decided to stay in the same aisle as me to pretend to "adjust" the merchandise. She really was just watching me to make sure I'm not stealing and this is the oldest trick in the lost prevention book. Absolutely not. I will not tolerate this level of disrespect in 2025. I addressed her directly regarding this and she decided to play stupid and act like she really was just adjusting the merchandise. No. I even asked her why she wouldn't tell me the number of the part I needed at that point she decided to just talk over me. Obviously, this turned into a yelling match because who do you think you are being this disrespectful to a customer who is trying to spend money at your location. Obviously none of the other employees intervened and I did apologize to one of them outside for causing a disturbance but you will not ever treat me like a thief just because of your own prejudice and ignorance. Another customer came outside, let me know he heard everything and told me he also has been treated poorly by Rosa. He gave me his name and number so we can communicate further regarding this situation. I'm very glad I had a witness who can now vouch for her rudeness. Upon checking this Yelp page this seems to be consistent behavior from this manager, and the regional/general manager of this store has yet to address it. This woman is a liability for AutoZone and they need to reconsider what they value more, returning customers or a disgruntled employee who discriminates against her customers. read more

The battery indicated for my 2019 530 E BMW is incorrect in AutoZone's attached database. I don't blame the employees they just looked it up. But after I bought it, and I took it to the mechanic, we opened it up and saw that the battery for my car is actually thinner and slimmer. I think the database does not distinguish between the electric versus the regular 530. Wasted a lot of my time. read more

As I've come to take care of my car more and more, I've made it a point to not order online but actually walk into Autozone and look for what I need. As always, the staff is always professional and courteous! I've yet to have one negative encounter. They always have what I need and most of the time something extra that catches my eye, that I end up buying. Even if your not sure what you need, come in and talk to them. read more

Never had a problem at this location. The only thing is, they seem to be a bit low on staff so you may have to wait in line a bit to get information you need or lookup a part. But they do have self checkout for quick pickups which is nice. read more

I stopped by this Autozone on my way back after picking up my car from the dealership. I wanted to get a Turtle Wax product that I know Autozone carried but wasn't sure if this store would have it. This Autozone was on my way back so I didn't mind driving here. This store is in a plaza that is shared with Seafood City. So you know the main attraction is Seafood city and that means parking will not be so great. I was lucky to find a open spot when I pulled into the plaza. When I walked inside, they were really busy with people inside. The car detailing supplies are on the left when you walk in. I saw some chemical guys, meguiars and griots product but didn't see the Turtle Wax product I wanted. I checked the other aisle but didn't see it there either so I figure this store didn't have it. They did have a decent amount of car detailing stuff so that's always good but the prices are higher than other places. read more

This place help me out fully. Man when your forte is not mechanics you better ask somebody. Decor: I mean its a car shop, it has car parts. Customer service: I have to had it to this crew. The helped me out without attitude or condescension. They digged a little deeper just to make sure I got the part on what I needed. Sometimes I go in with a question and get an employee who doesn't quite know an answer to my question (which aren't hard curveballs) but other times I get someone who seems to be a certified expert on whatever I ask which is lovely. the store manager here was super rude. I understand I'm a girl but I have a decent amount of car knowledge to know what I need in order to change my spark plugs. How is it that I can go to one Auto Zone and call to ask if they have tools but this lady doesn't even want to give me the time or energy to even help me look? There was only me and one other gentleman in the store this morning. It wasn't busy, she wasn't helpful and she pretty much laughed in my face when I tried showing her a YouTube video with the pictures of the tools I need since there seemed to be a language barrier. For a "store manager" she's horrible at her job and her customer service is awful for being at a location surrounded by college students. Came in the other day to pick up some oil and an oil filter... We got everything that we needed, but when it came time to pay - I felt like we were invisible or something. Three employees just working on other things and not one would acknowledge that we were right in front of the checkout stand waiting for help. Then I figured out who was the manager and it seemed like he was finally going to come up to help us and then he just walked away. There was no "One minute please. Someone will be right with you" or "We apologize for the wait" from the manager. I do feel like it's because this store is in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood and we are caucasian, but who knows, maybe he treats all of his customers this way. Even when I had terrible days at work and was completely swamped with things to do... I always showed people more courtesy, kindness and respect than this guy. I'm writing this in an effort to bring AutoZone's attention to one of its managers who works at this location who is a HARD PILL TO SWALLOW! Her name is Ilda Fraire and she is NOT a good manager and much less a good customer service representative. I bought a flat tire plug repair kit, some additional plugging material, and some rubber cement. I purchased the material on my debit card. It turned out I didn't need the additional plugging material and rubber cement because my housemate already had some. I went back a few days later to return the unused and unopened items. Another young man started assisting me but then Hilda, as she always does, butted in and insisted on helping me. This is NOT the first time that Hilda has done this with me, insists on inserting herself in matters that don't involve her (i.e., helping me when I'm already being assisted by someone else), and she is always rude, disrespectful, and anything BUT helpful. Upon trying to return my items, she tells me that something was wrong with my card, that it wasn't going through. I found this to be EXTREMELY ODD as I had just used it at Food4Less not 30 minutes prior. She kept insisting that she couldn't perform the return because my card was faulty. I returned the following day and attempted the return again. This time, another young lady assisted me and she tells me that the return had already been processed and the money refunded. I showed her my bank acct on my app and showed her that I had NOT received the refund AND, I said, "How can the return have been processed when I am still in possession of the items?" And, mind you, I was only returning two of the three items that I bought and on AutoZone's system, it showed that ALL THREE ITEMS had been returned! Hmmm, interesting. What's the deal? So, the refund/return was processed per AutoZone's computer system yet I hadn't received it AND I still had the items in MY possession. How does that make sense? Seems fishy to me. Eventually, these two employees refunded my money and I retuned the items. Hilda is NOT a good manager, not a good customer service rep, and she's giving AutoZone a bad name. I'd choose to go to another AutoZone but, 1) this store is close to home and 2) I'm not going to let a bitter, angry, and unhappy individual drive me away just because she doesn't like me. I would encourage AutZone to look into this individual and send her to some training on how to better provide good customer service. read more

The employees here went above and beyond with their service. I went to another AutoZone near my house they didn't have a battery in stock. This store did and they help me install my battery. It was tough because my negative terminal would not come off. One of the employees tried his best and couldn't do it. He got his manager to help me out. The manager was able to get the negative terminal off my old battery. He also taught me why it was stuck on there and gave me advice. I appreciated all their help! This is one of our preferred Autozone's due to its central location. The staff here are always friendly and ready to help. Nick and the other staff members seem to have good synergy and they try to move the lines as quick as possible (which is not always easy for an auto parts store). We usually order ahead for pick up and the part comes in pretty quickly. Note this location shares a parking lot with a market and other retailers but we usually have no problems with parking. read more

I was just denied service. Discriminated against because I'm going through tuff times. My vehicle was stolen. I had to pay 700$ to get it back only to have no keys bad starter bad alternator bad ignition. I nearly homeless so I had AutoZone get me a starter which I was overcharged for just so I could get it that day. I ordered alternator wrong one was sent to me so fir 2 weeks I've had to charge my battery everyday pretty much living out of my car and the AutoZone that I used to frequent daily spending $1000 of dollars with now says I'm not a customer and charging my battery is not worth her time. Im not a customer. The females of this store know nothing about cars. Only how to plug in there little testers which are obviously incorrect if my battery holds a charge but it says bad battery. Bad alternator uneducated lonely female must need to get laid because she was so rude and inconsiderate of what I am going through.
