This is an HONEST auto place. I'm a customer for life. I found this place years ago when I needed to change a light bulb in my headlight. All three places I went to said it'd be $500+ because they need to remove my front bumper to replace a lightbulb. Larry changed my bulb for $30. He told me "Lexus wouldn't make a car requiring you to remove a bumper for a light bulb." I've trusted him ever since. I do all my oil changes here. And I just had another GREAT experience today with Natalie, Raquel and Rubio. My car started making weird noises last week, so my dad replaced my serpentine belt. But it was still making some weird sounds the day I got it back so I took it to Firestone. Natalie kept my car to try recreating the sound. She couldn't. She told me the sound I heard was my new belt just adjusting itself, and didn't charge me anything. This is why I trust them. They don't make stuff up. They're not money driven. I brought my 2014 Toyota Corolla to Firestone because the check-engine light was blinking. The staff was professional and the repair appears to have fixed the problem, but I was disappointed by the price. After the diagnosis, I was charged over $1,300 to replace four spark plugs and four ignition coils. The bill also included a diagnostic fee of about $111, which was not waived even though I approved the repair. As a customer, I wish the pricing had been more competitive and that the diagnostic fee had been applied toward the repair cost. Looking back, I would recommend that customers ask for a detailed written estimate and compare prices with other shops before approving major repairs. The repair fixed the issue, but the overall cost felt significantly higher than expected for this type of work. read more

I rarely ever give a review, but I have too the continual amazing service from Raquel. I have special order tires on my vehicle and she always finds them, tracks the order to make sure they're delivered and communicates with me. I've been here on three occasions for tires within the last 10 months and I can honestly say, that I don't bother shopping around because of how good Raquel's customer service and people skills are. I normally get my tires from your competitor down the street, but I'm faithful to Firestone because of Raquel. read more

Firestone helped us in a time of need when other locations were closed on Sunday! Noted for future we will be going to Firestone instead because of the fact that they are open on Sundays. Their service was fast and they changed our tire in a timely manner. The customer service was excellent, we had a pleasant experience at Firestone. Now a days, I have been bringing my car here for oil change. It is near me and so far they do a good job. Except that when they tell you - your car need this and that. Or try to sell you new tires. Other than that, I am recommending this place. Appointment is recommended. read more

I just want to say that everybody at this business are wonderful, professional, and just people. They looked over my truck, found out what's wrong and sent me in the right direction to where I can get it fixed. Since it's a transmission problem, they can't do it on their site. The old man with the glasses working there is not helpful He tried to get me to go buy new tires when my original tires were in a good shape and I told him that I got new tires like 5 months ago. He go real upset and started giving me attitude for no reason he also started shaming me for not knowing when a car needs new tires. I know customer service is not supposed to be like that and being rude to your customers is highly unprofessional. I don't want to start a fight with him so I kept quite but please if manager sees this you need to keep an eye on your employee specially that one. This place feels very deceitful. All my car lights turned on during a day I was scheduled to travel. So I decided to come here because I needed my car fixed ASAP to drive out of state. I explained my situation to them, I said I need my car fixed so that I can travel with it today. They understood my urgency. So they went ahead and checked my battery. They said my battery needs to be replaced. They charged me over $220 for a new battery. However this did not fix my car. Once they replaced the battery and I paid for it, the repair technician was showing me that there are two additional codes that need to be fixed however I would need to take my car into a Toyota dealership. They should've told me from the beginning that a battery replacement would not fix my car and make it drivable for an out-of-state move. It seems they intentionally did not tell me about the other repair codes so that they can make a battery sell. I'm very disappointed with firestone. Very disappointed with how this location handled everything. I feel cheated. read more

Worst customer service ever. I made an appointment for an oil change for Friday and it was confirmed. Right before the appointment, I was told that they are fully scheduled and would have to reschedule. I rescheduled it for Sunday fine. On Sunday when I came to the get the oil change I was told it was going to be one and a half to 2 hours. This is only for oil change and I had an appointment. On top of that even with coupon, it still ended up to be $71. When did oil changes start costing so much? All in all I canceled my service and do not recommend this to anyone. read more

I am NEVER giving my business to them again! I used to go there a lot and I regretfully gave a LOT of business to them. I used to get my tires aligned and get a "free inspection." The free inspection would come back with a printout of things I supposedly needed to fix. I made friends with one of the mechanics and I once pressed him if what he recommended really needed to be fixed. The total cost of recommended repairs went from almost $2,000 to less than $200 and he said the $200 worth of repairs wasn't urgent. On a different day I confronted the old manager and he gave me attitude to try and silence me. A mechanic friend who works there opened up about how they get paid- he said they get paid by the jobs they do, not so-much hourly...so THAT GIVES THEM AN INCENTIVE TO SCAM CUSTOMERS and recommend jobs the customers don't need. To be fair, I haven't given my business to them in a long time and it is possible things have changed, but I doubt it. My advice is to keep looking for a good mechanic (maybe based on friends' referrals) and then get a couple opinions before you get a lot of work done. I NEVER want to give them any business again, nor AWARD SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS! read more

If u want a simple tire change go elsewhere. The manager will hold you your car and your time hostage trying to squeeze out approvals from your rental company to fix things that aren't immediately necessary. I was there from 7am to 10:30 am. I had to DEMAND my vehicle back because he was still trying to press to fix other ish. It made me late to my appointment and set back my whole day. I was there over a week ago. I spoke with Larry, he was very helpful. I haven't met him in person but spoke with him over the phone. I had a flat tire and I had my car towed there overnight. He took care of the car and changed my tire. He gave me a good deal on the tire. I had a tire that was hard to find that are run flat . Thanks again Larry. read more

My mom took her car in yesterday at noon and spoke to Larry. She got her brakes replaced and two new tires. They called her to come pick up the car just before they closed and she told them she was unable to pick it up within that small amount of time as I wouldn't have enough time to drive to her and drop her off, so she would have to leave her car there until the morning. Larry, a total stranger, then called my mom back on his personal cellphone and said "I'm picking you up right now from your address on file. I'll be there in a minute!" and hung up before my mom could protest. She called him back and said no, you are a stranger and there is a pandemic I am absolutely not going to let you do that. She told me this, so I went in with her today to help her feel comfortable in case he was there. He was not, but she made a complaint to another worker that was there. This worker chalked it up to Larry wanting to make the sale and essentially brushed it off to "that's just Larry, he's old school and aggressive". She did say she would talk to him about it and give him an earful, and while we do appreciate the sentiment it is very concerning that that his aggressiveness can be taken so lightly and ever be accepted. My mom lives alone. An employee at a reputable tire company should never assume any woman would want to (nor should they) get into a strange mans car let alone during a PANDEMIC. And now she worries about what people will do with her address she has to provide for paperwork. We will not be returning and just because Larry is "old school" doesn't mean he shouldn't worry about women's safety or anyone's during a pandemic. read more

I arrived to my APPOINTMENT for new tire installation and alignment on time. It was at least an hour before they even started my car to move it. Almost another hour later they found or fabricated a problem that costed an additional $80 to fix. So over two hours and just short of $600 later (for a simple two tire job)...no explanation, no apologies, no "thank you for your patience." Just, a 30 day offer to upgrade to some lifetime alignment BS. Hard pass. No thanks. Although the staff was personable, I would not recommend. read more
