I was told "the battery tester is out and won't return until next week." Yeah sure. I went up the street to Advance Auto Parts, got my battery tested, and purchased a new battery. This Autozone is poorly stocked, disorganized, and the parking lot should be declared a hazardous waste site! I'm afraid they will need more than the assistance of the EPA to rescue this Autozone. read more

If you're worried about COVID-19 DO NOT come here. I've been here twice in the past two weeks and each time employees and customers alike haven't been distancing or wearing their masks. In my most recent visit one customer was not wearing a mask and was actively blowing/wiping their nose while talking to the employees who did not seem to care. I often come here due to it being the closet location in my area. There are often times where customers are left waiting more than 20 minutes to check out due to lack of staff or staff not willing to assist customers. They are very great with assisting customers with small jobs for their card such as (windshield wiper, a/c recharge and etc). The pricing is fair, you can get sone parts cheaper if you shop online. The managers are very helpful and friendly and do there best to accommodate the customers. read more

I was stuck this morning with a dead battery. I called Autozone and spoke with Edward. I explained that I needed a battery and had no one to put it in for me. He told me not to worry. I purchased a battery and he was kind enough to put it in for me! I don't know what I would have done. I accidently dropped my wallet at the store and the store manager was kind enough to hold it for me . He went to his friends cell phone to see if he knew me which was coincidentally my beat friend.. any ways he held on to the wallet which had quite a large amount of cash. We went in because our car wasn't starting correctly. A kid came out with us to check and discovered we needed a new battery. When he tried to change it, he did a wonderful job. Unacceptable level of customer service. For a simple battery check we were taken in circles and unnecessary lines. The responsiveness was slow and at now point dos we know who was managing this location. I cannot speak on available inventory, but from the standpoint of customer service, this location is a go to if you have exhausted all other options. read more

The windshield wiper that I purchased from auto zone that they initially helped installed was missing the cover part of the adapter. People gave this place bad reviews but I went in with a scrape on my car and everyone was very friendly! They came out and took a look at my car and then recommended a product and explained how to use it. When I was checking out the gentlemen found a cheaper buy one get one version of the microfiber clothes and saved me money! The only reason for the 4 stars and not a 5 is that the first man to help me offered me a different solution than another so there was a little confusion but then again fixing scratches on your car is always a toss up. I went here to get a new battery. The staff is rude and unhelpful and really seem like they hate helping people. They advertise free "battery testing and installation". So I went in and asked for this service, as I needed a new battery. I was given instructions on how to tell if I needed a new battery or if my alternator needed replacement, which included running your car and unplugging various parts and timing how long it takes the car to stop running. Not helpful as I don't know how to disconnect the battery. I'd suggest going to Advanced Auto Parts 5 min away. Very helpful/knowledgeable staff. read more

Excellent service. Purchased a battery back in 10/2014 which just this month failed on three occasion due to the cold. I went back to the store with my original receipt and they tested the battery and my alternator. Both came back as good and they still quickly replaced the battery at no charge per their warranty. I went in to pick up replacement bulbs for the taillights of two different cars. After finding them on my own, I asked the employee if I had the correct ones based on the old bulbs I handed over to him upon check-out. He replied that since I had four eyes (I was wearing my glasses) that I should be able to see better than him. Rude and not understanding that I was clarifying that I had chosen the ones that match the old bulbs. He then proceeded to ring me out, and scanned in a special rag/glove to use while replacing them that he had behind the register, without asking if I wanted it. When I questioned him he said "oh yea" and told me not to worry he would come out to replace the bulb for me, continuing my check-out with the added item. He told me to go out to my car and he would be out soon. After waiting 5 minutes I left. I will never go back there again, and will spread the word of their rude service. read more
