After I had the car towed to Garavelle, Ronnie had the technicians do a full review of the cooling system and other parts of the car. The technicians quickly came up with the cause of the problem and how to correct it. Ronnie also did some research on my extended warranty and found that the repairs were fully covered by my warranty. I would highly recommend Garavel and Ronnie for their excellent service.

A week passed by and i got another call, they finally got around to reading my review. I was told the following, that because I gave them a negative review I was going to be treated the Same, and they will no longer service my car, seems like a recurring theme there. If they can't resolve your issue and you post a negative review they decide not to deal with you. I posted a photo here of when the call occurred so that if owners are interested in a training opportunity they should use the call as an example for what not to say to a customer. I left a message for Jeremy Garavel back then but never got a call back, nevertheless, I didn't give up neither did Stolantis, the manufacturer, they are professionals unlike the service staff at Garavel Stolantis followed up every week. I brought my car over to Tasca Jeep in Elmsford N.Y. The problem that over two years eluded Garavel was identified and resolved in two weeks by Tasca. Tasca will now get my buisness along with 5 other Jeep vehicles we have in our family. If you are having an issue with service because they can't resolve it call Stolantis and open up a case. They told Stolantis that they couldn't replicate the issue and that is why they turned the car back to me. The service guy told me that it doesn't occur all the time, as to say, why don't you live with it. I'm happy my Jeep is working properly now. I love my wrangler! Wish I had purchased it somewhere else.

Jeramy was the sale consultant and he was fantastic. From the communication to the final purchasing Jeramy and staff was top notch. When I left the dealership with the transit connect the transmission was giving me a lot of problems. I called Jeramy immediate and he asked me to bring the truck back the same morning. They reviewed the issues with a local Ford dealership and had the transmission rebuilt with a new torque convertor at no charge which was around 5K. I purchase a lot of vans and cars over the years, and I have to say this dealership is top notch with customer service and honestly which is very hard to find in a dealership and sales consultant today. I am now seeking legal counsel to sue for a full refund and damages related to the diminished value caused by their failure to disclose these title issues at the time of sale. I'm appalled by my most recent experience at Lexus of Westport. My last three leases were all…read morethrough Lexus of Westport, and I considered myself a "Lexus lifer" -- until now. I visited to test drive a vehicle I was seriously considering. I told the salesperson I wanted to start with Lexus, since my past experiences had always been positive. He told me Lexus values repeat customers above all else. That could not have been further from the truth. I had positive equity in my outgoing lease, which I planned to roll into the new one -- but Lexus offered only half the equity I knew I could get elsewhere. When I told the sales rep the offer was insulting and that I was all set for the day, a manager called almost immediately. He laughed when I mentioned a competitor was offering double, telling me "profit is not a dirty word," then bumped his offer by $500 -- still $3,000 short of what I'd been quoted elsewhere. I understand dealerships need to make money, and Lexus stood to profit significantly from my new lease regardless. There was no need to shortchange me on the equity I'd already earned. I'm glad I found another luxury dealer in the area that actually values customer relationships. It's clear the new ownership at Lexus of Westport cares about one thing: the bottom line.
