This place needs major improvements. So I came here to get a part from my 2016 Ford escape and I…read morefound the part. However, I can't get the part because it's not off the ground (well it's supposed to be) and these people will not let me use a jack. Also the staff is very rude and unhelpful and good luck getting a hold of them because they will not answer the phone. I do not recommend this place.

Upon entrance I tried to check in using their computers and I was going to use the one closest to the entrance. The Mexican guy behind the counter looked at me in disgust I don't kno if he has a thing against black people but he told me I could use the other computer as if I was too close to him. I was very offended but didn't let that ruin my experience. I wasn't able to find the part I needed but when I was leaving I asked this same Mexican guy how much was a radio?? He told me $20... this weekend they have a 50% off sale. I said even with the 50% my price would be $20?? He proceeded to tell me YES! With an attitude as if he didn't want to be bothered. But what he didn't know Is that I had the price list already pulled up. The website states that a radio with cd is $25.29!!!! So with the 50% discount that would have amounted to $12.65!! He didn't want give me the correct price and I feel like I was discriminated against because of who I was! I will definitely not be returning here for any reason!!! First and last time!! Never coming back!!

I have been four times and never been impressed with their lack of organization, but since they…read morewere bought out by this discount dealership parent company it has really gone down hill. They are still expecting $3,000 to $5,000+ for basic service visits, but they will only pay for one credit card terminal for 8 to 6 service advisors to use leaving them all huddled around waiting. On top of which it apparently runs everything as debit so if you have an actual credit card they are saying the charge won't go through without a PIN which on a normal credit card is a cash advance which charges MUCH more intrest. So the same card you used 6 months ago is now not acceptable as payment to them. Then the 12 year old service advisor will live down to the Gen Z stereo type and ask YOU want to do to solve their broken systems problem.

Attempted to buy a vehicle from Baron BMW, was passed from Jenna to Ryan Bell. Received information…read moreon the vehicle and agreed to purchase with proof of funds ready on Wednesday. Ryan told us that he would be out of office Thursday, and that the vehicle would be going into the shop on Friday for reconditioning prior to sale. No word from any salesperson Thursday, no word on Friday. Multiple calls to Ryan on Friday and Saturday went unanswered. Calling the dealership on Saturday asking to speak to a salesperson somehow transferred me to Ryan, who then informed me that he had sold the vehicle Friday morning, now citing a previously undisclosed policy that sales cannot roll over month to month, even though we had agreed to purchase prior to the end of month. Save your time and money, work with an ethical and up front dealership.

Overall they are an excellent choice for servicing European manufacter vehicles. I own an Audi and…read moreBMW and they have provided me with clear, timely, and fair service since 2023. They are flexible in many ways other shops are not: 1. The provide clear descriptions of any needs (beyond what you may have come for). The don't pressure you to make any repairs you don't want to. If you are unsure of their recommendations the internet is a vast source of information, use it to educate yourself to ask more informed quesitons and help validate or question their recommendations. 2. I've also found they don't add additional items that may not really be needed just to try and gain more business. I've had other shops suggest things, ran it by them and they have said things like "no, that's not needed." 3. I see some complaining about part prices, look they need to make some profit on parts as well as the service. They provide a 5 year warranty so that is some value should something they do go wrong. Also they will happily allow you to source and provide your own parts. There are reputable dealers of parts that provide lifetime warranties and they have no problem if you come with your own. (now I get in unplanned cases that may not always be possible). If not possilbe, I've negotiated with them the price of parts and in turn accepted a reduced warranty on those parts. Again--they are flexible to work with you to get your business. Many shops will not do this. 4. They have regualar specials and even send out coupons via the mail for discounts on future services. They follow up after your service by both text and often phone call as well. I can only speak based on my own experience, but compared to another "Euro Shop" I've tested out with some basic stuff, and then tried on a more complicated issue (and I didn't use them for the work as I didn't trust their diagnosis) Star European repair was a far better choice.

My problems are with the hydraulic system which controls the top and locking system. I have had all of the hydraulic cylinders replaced (at least once). In addition, after most services something had been broken (hood release, center console... I love driving the car have tolerated the the problems. I am looking for an experienced shop/person who is honest and can get me back on the road. Thanks.
