So glad I was assisted by Service Advisor Jacy, she was very helpful and informative. And Brian one of the service techs was very helpful as well. Though sadly when I first arrived it didn't really seem like any of the 6 advisors wanted to assist me and I just stood there for about 5 minutes with only one other person there who was being helped. Some SAs seemed to look up from there computers, but then immediately went back to doing what they were doing without a word. This was even with an appt. Lounge area nice...has comfortable seating, kids play room, coffee, snacks, drinks, computer nooks, apparel for purchase and vending machines. That first 5 minutes of my time being ignored definitely is making me want to push this review to 3 stars, but I left satisfied and my Jeep performance felt better when driving. read more

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. This place is literally the worst. They kept my boyfriend's jeep for 1.5 months for a battery recall. When he picked it up the rear view mirror fell off before he even got out of the parking lot, so he turned around and took it back to them. They kept it overnight and when we went to pick the car up the next day, the front shield was cracked from top to bottom. The service manager, Justin, immediately denied responsibility and said it was a rock chip. We showed him, and had him feel the outside of the windshield so he would see the crack was on the inside of the windshield, not the outside and it was at the EXACT location on the rear view mirror that they had to fix. Even pulled off the outer case of the mount for the rear view mirror to show that the crack is exactly where bracket attaches to the windshield and that's what cracked the glass. Justin was rude and just didn't give a F. He's definitely not someone that should ever work in a position where he has to interact with people. He just kept denying responsibility and refused to repair or pay for the repair. There was no rock chip in the windshield when we dropped the car off with them, and still isn't now because the crack started on the inside, and we had a perfectly intact windshield before they "repaired" the mirror that they broke. Don't buy from them, definitely don't take your car to them for service, and don't give them any of your business. Worst dealership and service center i have ever encountered. Would give the zero stars if that was possible. This is now opened with Stellantis Customer Care (case 95980010) so the incident is formally documented. I had a couple fault codes on my Dodge 2500 truck and wanted to get it checked out / cleared. I dropped it off and was told a diagnostic check was $250, not a problem. They called me a couple of days later and said the truck was ready. I asked for the final bill; "$250", not a problem. I picked my truck up yesterday and the final bill: $313.25. So they were apparently only quoting me only the labor? Bill was $250 Labor, $50 "Shop supplies", plus tax, plus a 3% fee for credit cards. Just be warned. Maybe get those quotes in writing. I'm shortly going to be in the market for a Wrangler and maybe a new SUV and it's a shame I have to cross this dealership off the list as I'd rather not have to worry about they shady tactics going forward. read more

I currently have three Stellantis vehicles in my driveway. My newest is a Ram 1500 Tungsten. I would have purchased this truck from Southfork like my other vehicles, but they didn't have a Tungsten in stock or one in the color I wanted coming in. While I was in Austin on business, I found exactly what I was looking for and purchased it there instead. Unfortunately, my brand-new truck, with only 8,000 miles, is already experiencing issues and needs warranty service. Knowing it would likely be in the shop for several days, I called to schedule an appointment and reserve a loaner. I was initially told there was a three-week wait for a loaner, so I asked to be added to the waiting list. I was then transferred to another employee who told me I would not be eligible for a loaner because I didn't purchase the truck from Southfork. That was incredibly disappointing. I've purchased multiple Stellantis vehicles, have had a good relationship with Southfork over the years, and have recommended the dealership to many friends and family. I wasn't asking for special treatment--just reasonable customer service for a nearly new vehicle that requires warranty repairs. Because of how this was handled, I'll be taking my service business and future vehicle purchases elsewhere. I've held off on writing this review, but it is time... Sales and finance folks were ok. Financing options as presented by the sales guy were unclear. Specifically, the only two data points presented were sales price and monthly payments. But when i crunched the numbers the interest rate came out to 17% (or something like that). After some discussion, the monthly payment presented had all the dealer add-ons (warranty, tires, maintenance package, etc.) baked into it. The actual price of those packages wasn't presented until i got in with the finance guy. Seems a bit disingenuous, but whatever, the finance guy wasn't particularly pushy and the numbers and rate came out in the wash. And i do feel like i got a decent deal on the truck. However, the make-ready folks are terrible. I left with a half a tank of DEF, they (and i) missed a pretty significant paint blemish between the cab and the bed (that my ceramic coating guy was mostly able to correct, but on my dime), truck covered in blue smudges which looked like residue adhesive from shipping, left various caps and protective pieces from the shipping process on the truck, and some control panel installed under the steering column has already come loose and has been dangling by my feet. Then there is the relationship between the dealer and the finance company. To get my account number from Stellantis took over 30 days and two phone calls. I never got a letter,and the first time i called Stellantis they had no idea who I was. It wasn't until i reached out to the dealer to let them know that i can't make payments on the truck until the finance company has an account that i was finally provided an account number (after a second call to Stellantis). Finally, the icing on the cake is my registration sticker. I've had the truck over six weeks and still no sticker. Dealer called about 3 weeks ago and asked if I wanted to pick it up or if they should mail it to me. I said mail it and, while the USPS is slow, it's not 3 weeks for a letter from Pearland to Houston slow. read more

I purchased a vehicle from them that requires two key fobs for me to program my vehicle pass code. The salesman and the manager both said they would find the second fob. After I purchased the vehicle, he promised me a second key fob. Two weeks later I followed up. I then drove to the dealership and he sent me back home apologizing and saying he will have a locksmith reach out to me the following day. Very frustrating experience with Southfork Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (FA TX HOU CHRYS LLC). Add-ons like GAP, warranty, maintenance, and LoJack were included without clear explanation. While some refunds were processed, they sent the money to the lender--even though my loan was already paid off. The most significant issue: LoJack. I canceled the service, and LoJack confirmed the dealership is responsible for refunds. Southfork still refused to refund it. Furthermore, this makes no sense--my 2025 Cadillac CT5 already has OnStar, so LoJack was completely unnecessary. Poor communication and excessive back-and-forth are required just to fix basic issues. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Cruz over sells and under provides! Andrew Moody is just a straight up liar and doesn't care if you know it! Financing tried to change our deal after signing contract, we advised we didn't want certain things, they throw them in there without us knowing! Andrew Moody uses scare tactics to sell vehicles that have been sitting on the lot for 2 weeks, "this car has a lot of hits"! Cruz told us the brakes where just re done, and that the vehicle we were purchasing wasn't lowered, and to excuse the loud noise it was because of the brakes! Come to find out the truck had been lowered and it wasn't the brakes, it was the bed slamming into the tires! We advised him we wanted a truck for towing to add to our fleet, "this would be the perfect truck" he said, come to find out we can't even tow with it because it was lowered, any weight will cause tires and cab to rub! Andrew Moody, started with here's $500 to get spacers, we advised that wouldn't work, he promised and guaranteed, even said he would put them on himself, we take it to our mechanic, "spacers won't work" the tires are not the correct offset they are from an older truck, you either need to replace wheels and tires and put correct offset or lift the vehicle to account for the drop! We mention this to Andrew he says he will call back later that evening after talking with his G.M! We never got a call back, it's now Monday!(3 days later) Anushka is nice and can hold a conversation, and I'm sure she is only doing her job, we told her we didn't want certain things on our vehicle, come to find out she added them to our contract without us knowing! We mentioned our $500.00 credit come to find out they didn't even add it to our deal, so they use "deceptive practices" now they want us to take a check for the amount! The check doesn't account for all the finance charges the amount will accumulate! They send you threats throughout the day, we needed to send insurance, advised we would send after lunch! Received continuous messages about truck being out on "bailment" after we advised we would send insurance after lunch! Ridiculous! We still don't have a copy of our contract, they said the machine was down and wasn't working and they couldn't send it! We've asked multiple times for it and still have not received it! On the add we used to find this vehicle it clearly states "No Mark Ups or Add Ons" that's a lie! We will definitely be in further contract as we made a deal and they changed the contract after the fact and didn't honor there part! "Deceptive Practices" The text Photo is the message Cruz sent us with his conversation with Moody! This is a lie the truck was never discounted, he also tells us to buy parts off of Amazon, a $80k truck and he wants us to put cheap Amazon parts on it within his price range! The chat with Cruz in "blue and white" was Cruz trying to tell us that even after we made a deal it would be up to them to make the adjustment or not! "Deceptive practices" we shook on it and have a signed document between both parties about it! They failed to add it to our contract! The document showing price, is with SF Pro Pack which includes LowJack and Paint Protection, they later changed the price of those items after with no approval from us! The last document shows the contract price they put, reflecting no discount! This also shows the price changes they made for the SF Pro Pack, originally quoting us $798.00 and then changing to $1,198.00 without our knowledge! I thought I would write my review of Southfork Dodge but I would just be reiterating what all these people have shared. My experience was an accumulation of every bad rating that Southfork Dodge has gotten and believe me they truly earned every one of them. I was made to believe Brett and Andrew were the epitome of sales and service - that was until I tried to get items corrected, even after leaving for several days still not corrected. As said,, I was "Ghosted". I remember once bringing my truck in less than a month after purchase for a trailer break recall. I waited over a week for them to get the part and got on their schedule. I was sitting at their door at 7:00am, about 11:00 I am told " well we did have it, but we had to use yours on a truck we sold last night". So, they made me wait five hours to tell me they gave mine away. My truck is a 2025 2500 Diesel that was sold without a cord for the block heater. When I call service to see why a cord did not come with my truck first, he said he didn't know what a block heater was then I am told by service that "HE" had been in the business over 20 years and never heard of anyone using a block heater in our area. Thinking we were just not communicating I ask him to look in his service manual to see if Dodge just overlooked sending one...it was then I was floored. He then said " we don't have service manuals", in astonishment I asked why. He then said "Well they expect us to know these things" I said Well they missed the mark with you. I wound up getting one off Amazon and putting it on myself. I have much more but dealing with Southfork is like a exercise in futility. I have since changed dealership to Angleton. Worst car buying experience ever! I will never Buy another car from them, or even take my car to them for repairs. They forced me to get a warranty and all these extra add ons that I didn't want or need even after I repeatedly told them to take them off. I even talked to the manager and he told me the same thing, that it's automatically included in all the cars they sell and they will not/cannot remove it. I wanted the car so bad, eventually I gave in. I had already been there forever and was just ready to get the whole back and forth thing over with and take my new car home. BEWARE. After picking up my vehicle, I drove approximately 80 miles and noticed: The engine fan was running extremely loud. The fan continued running after I shut the engine off. I returned the truck two days later because: The oil light came on I reported the loud fan as my major concern After about 1.5 hours, Southport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team stated the vehicle was "fine." I drove only 20-25 miles afterward because the loud fan issue continued. I continued to drive it another 400 miles 5 days later, I received a warning that the engine was hot (light blinked on/off quickly). I immediately stopped at the next gas station and checked under the hood. I discovered the radiator cap was loose, with coolant visible on top/around the cap and nearby areas. There was no coolant puddle on my garage floor, suggesting this was not a long-term leak--more consistent with the cap being left loose. Unacceptable SERVICE. A loose radiator cap is a basic safety issue that can cause overheating and engine damage. I had to add two bottles of antifreeze to get the coolant back to a safe level. I'm extremely concerned about possible engine damage due to overheating risk following service. BEWARE OF INCOMPETENCE. read more

I went in last week to try to get an offer on a car I was selling outright, without any trade in. I wasn't sure what to expect since I wasn't buying a new car, just selling one and honestly expected a bit of a time consuming ordeal, but that was not the case. I met Glenn. the buying manager at Southfork, and what a surprise. Told him what I was trying to do, no interest in a new car, just an offer, and fully expected to be waiting around an hour or more, but that didn't happen. Glen was polite and courteous and professional, took the keys and did his drive and look around and in less than 30 minutes I had an offer that exceeded that of the two previous dealerships I had visited. That's why I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience with Southfork Jeep and the way they handled the complete engine failure of my 2017 Jeep Wrangler at just 71,000 miles. This kind of failure strongly suggests a manufacturing defect, not driver neglect. When I purchased the vehicle, the dealership presented a warranty as a perk for buying locally. At no time was I informed that oil changes performed outside the dealership would require pre-authorization -- a detail that conveniently emerged only after the engine failed. I've provided complete oil change records showing timely, professional maintenance at reputable providers. I even requested, twice, that the dealership provide me with copies of the oil changes they performed, and they have refused. When I spoke to the manager, Glen, his demeanor was dismissive, cold, and unhelpful. He acted as if I was bothering him and made me feel unimportant and disrespected. To add insult to injury, he told me Mopar "shouldn't have opened a goodwill case" -- despite my following all proper channels. This is a clear case of warranty misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices, which fall under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) and violate the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. I'm not asking for favors -- I'm asking for accountability. I maintained my vehicle properly. I've been transparent and respectful. In return, I was met with evasion, blame-shifting, and refusal to assist. Jeep and its dealerships must do better. I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with Southfork Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Manvel, TX. @southforkdodge, #southforkdodge My car remained in their shop for an excess of 4 months (19 weeks) due to damage they caused by their negligence and poor workmanship --which they admitted to-- During that time, I had to fight for a rental after they had my Jeep for 2 months. I only had the rental 3 weeks and had to cover a significant portion of the rental costs myself. Even after turning in the rental after 3 weeks, I remained without a vehicle for another 2 months (10 weeks). Although the dealership eventually agreed to cover the cost of the initial repairs, the entire experience was a mess--poorly managed, unnecessarily drawn out, and frankly inexcusable. To make matters worse, after finally completing those repairs, they "discovered" a new issue with the power steering--something that was not a problem when I brought the car in--and are now expecting me to pay for that repair. Throughout this ordeal, I dealt with the Senior Service Advisor, Ron Gayden, Jr. and his Service Manager, Glenn Holloway--individuals whose handling of the situation made an already difficult experience even more unpleasant. The issue traces back to an engine replacement they performed just one year earlier. During that repair, damage occurred as a result of their negligence and poor workmanship. When my vehicle began having problems again, I returned it for service, and they claimed the issue was resolved. At that time, the Senior Service Advisor, Ron Gayden, asked me to pay for the repair in cash--$600, which I paid directly to him. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in 2018 and have brought it here consistently for all required service. That history is well documented. I upheld my end as a loyal customer, but when it truly mattered, they failed to uphold theirs. This dealership is owned by Foundation Automotive Corp, @foundation_automotive, a company that publicly claims to care about community values and "doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do." Sadly, my experience was quite the contrary. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and general disregard for the customer were deeply disappointing. Purchased a 2020 Ram Rebel March 2020. Truck is barely driven with only 25,925 miles on it. Within 6 months of ownership the ram boxes tore up. I have brought it to the service department 6 times, to date, to keep fixing the same problem: see attached photos. The entire service department, managers included, play dumb every time I go in to have the issue fixed. Worst 65k dollar purchase I have ever made! Do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING ELSE from ANYWHERES ELSE!!!!!! And to the person from Southfork dodge that is going to reply to this with fake sympathy to try and save face on yelp. This is my 1000th review and I am glad it is a 5-star review! I was in need of a new remote for my 2014 vehicle. I called up Southfork and spoke to Michael Hundley in the parts department. He was very friendly and helpful. He found the part I needed and gave me the price over the phone. With special orders, unfortunately, payment needs to be made prior to ordering so we swung by and paid for the remote. While there, we grabbed a drink and a snack from their refreshment area! We were told that the part should be there tomorrow and they'll call us when it was in. We never did get a call but after a couple days, we called to make sure it was in before we headed back. At this time, we also spoke to the service department to schedule a time for them to program the remote. The waiting area here is comfortable and the snacks are definitely a nice bonus. No sh*tty dealership coffee at Southfork! Our remote was programmed in under an hour and we were out the door. I love my new remote! It's so nice to be able to open my doors again. Haha. As much as I liked it here, I hope we don't have to return too soon- as we want to keep our PAID OFF vehicles running as long as possible... preferably with NO ISSUES. read more

I purchased Olivia (my Jeep) in October. During the month of January 2021, my alarm decided to stop responding to my Jeep. As a result my Jeep wouldn't start. My first thought was to reach out to my Jeep family via Facebook & I'm so happy I did. In addition to two Jeep owners coming to my rescue, Robert Yaniec, one of Southfork Service Technicians also offered to help. Talk about "above & beyond" I have never had a service tech from a previous dealership (e.g. Nissan, GM) offer to help after hours. Robert, called the tow truck company on my behalf & kept me updated until Olivia was ready. Jackie in customer service was also great. I'm still a little upset I had to pay $100 for a new key before paying my first car note. That should have been a freebie, LOL. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My family has been a religious buyer of this place, my parents have bought 3 cars from them and I was planning to buy a car for my family from this same place. I got a quote from a different dealership and called them to tell them "if they beat their offer I would come by and sign papers" to which they responded "they could for sure beat that offer" We drove 45 minutes to get the credit application going but didn't get any immediate answers so we were sent home, then the next day we get a call back saying that we needed to come in because the credit application came back so we drove there, I left work early to be able to make it on time. Turns out these people were not even able to get down to the price that the other dealership gave me, their excuse was that they were offering me a higher trim, however, never during this process did I mentioned I wanted a higher trim, that's just what they had and that's what they offered. To me, if you are a dealership trying to claim you can give someone a better price and you're offering a higher trim you need to at least be willing to discount the higher trim to be able to match the price that the other place was offering. We got all the variables down to the same spot they were at the other place and not even then were they able to at least match the price all because "it was a higher tfim" that i didn't want!!!! be careful with this dealership they don't care about your time or you as a customer and will say ANYTHING to get you to come into the dealership. SERVICE DEPT IS BAD AND I'M PRETTY SURE THEY ARE TRYING TO ROB YOU! I took my Cherokee here a couple of years ago for service and had a bad experience and said I wouldn't come back and didn't for two years. I recently had an issue with my power window switch and also needed my brake fluid replaced and a tire rotation. It had been 2 years, as I said and their location is so convenient for me that I thought I would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE! When I texted them to check on the progress the young lady told me that everything was done except the tire rotation which they couldn't do because the lug nuts were swollen, and they couldn't get them off normally. They would need to be forced off and that would take a lot of labor. I asked how much that would cost and she replied, $1400.00!! I asked how much of that was for the new lug nuts and she said $400.00! That was outrageous enough, but I then said, So you're charging $250 per tire just to turn the lug nuts with a special socket that you have? Then she said that they didn't have the socket needed that's why they would have to "force" them off. She said that would be nearly 4 hours of labor at $260/hour! So I told her not to worry about rotating the tires. I picked up my car; went to Discount Tire and asked what they charged to remove swollen lug nuts, get some new ones and rotate and balance my tires. After they got all my info, they said $98.00 total!! And I was out of there in 30 minutes! I can only come to one conclusion. These people were trying to rob me!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! read more

Avoid this place at all cost! The most dishonest crooks I've ever dealt with. I didn't even buy there and my score went down 20pts. Promised a soft inquiry-not only was it a hard inquiry but 3 different hard inquiries. Would be fine if we had actually agreed to a deal but when I discovered the hidden fees of nearly $3k. They refused to remove them telling me it's because they need to pay the people in the back! Not my responsibility! That's like having a tip line at Burger King! Terrible experience... started out great... good communication... no pressure...once I got time to visit, I show up and it took 45 minutes for them to tell me the vehicle I came to see is no longer available. 45 MINUTES. There were lots of communications (Patrick Reilly) and lots of opportunities for that significant piece of information to be communicated. ALSO... don't believe ANY of the trade-in estimate they run for you on their website. Was given quote that was in line with KBB. Once there, trade in value was $10K less. Classic bait and switch. As far as customer service... none. Was introduced to the "B Team" from the start. Salesman (Alex Tarantino) made an obligatory intro, then disappeared. "B Team (Catalina) couldn't answer basic questions about the vehicle models and different packages. Southfork sales manager Henery Pimentel reached out to me to "make it right". I feel he honestly did what he could to first, apologize, then to make the situation and offer the best he could. But in the end, I feel it was more about me removing the bad review than to really "make it right". This place was is horrible , and have terrible customer service ! I brought a car on Oct 5 from Sales Rep Johnny Johnson , and he ensured me that they will return my rental car back to Enterprise car rental for me . The sales manager Andrew came and got the keys to the rental car , and told me he was about to get someone to run the car over there ! Zach from Enterprise car rental called me Sunday asking me . About the whereabouts of the car . I told him it was supposed to be dropped off yesterday. Which was Saturday by Southfork dealership . They were closed Sunday. , so I called them first thing Monday morning . Johnny said they was about to drop it off in an hour . That was Monday the 7th . Enterprise withheld $300 from my account , Then $158 , and then another $148 on Oct 15th . I called and asked "Why are you guys still taking money from my account ". They said the car still hasn't been returned . Southfork Dealership costed me $606 , for not returning the car like they promised me they would ! I just came in today for an oil change. Usually I come in and drop of my keys and they usually give me synthetic blend but I was not informed or aware that you no longer offer synthetic blend only full synthetic and no one told me this until after the oil change was done. Plus they did not inform me that my car was ready and i was sitting with an appointment for 10am and waited for 2 hours. Please do not get the service advisor by the name of Steven Garcia the lack of communication is just frustrating and ridiculous since all of this could have been avoided had they communicated. I contacted customer service they said they would reach out to me about it but they never did and when I tried reaching out apparently my call with them was canceled this is just plain ridiculous. I purchased a car as is in January and immediately began having issues. I understood it was as is, but when the car completely died in May (after being driven less than 1000 miles), I reached out to the dealership to see what (if any) recourse I had. It's a reputable (or so I thought) dealership so I would assume the cars they sell should last more than 4 months. Rather than either a) telling me sorry, you purchased the car as is and we are unable to assist you or b) working out the option they had for me prior to a weekend where they sold most of the used options they had on the lot, the drug it out over a busy holiday weekend and made lots of empty promises and told a lot of lies. While they did attempt to make it right, they offered us half of what we paid for the vehicle (would have been cheaper to fix the car), tried to upsell a car we couldn't afford (because they had run out of vehicles due to the Memorial Day Sale weekend) and now won't return any phone calls or texts. Our original salesman told my husband that they had had 4 of his cars sold alone recently returned because of the cars being bad. Seems like they are sourcing their used cars from somewhere less than reputable! And they don't stand behind what they sell. On my last visit in to express my concern, used car manager Kirk Matura decided to scream at me in a lobby full of customers, told me that if he had had a choice he would have told me go screw myself from the beginning (which he had every opportunity to as I encountered him many times - but he just kept lying to me) and appeared like he was going to jump over the counter at me because I honestly was yelling back at him at this point. I left VERY upset and went to the new car side to find the GM Steven Swad who I had been told had already left for the day and when I returned to my car one of the used car salesmen was standing in the doorway laughing at me. I've reached out to Steven Swad and Foundation Automotive Corp (who currently owns Southfork Dodge) to at a minimum request an apology for the way I was treated by their manager and the employee who laughed at me, but to date have not heard back. A complaint has been filed with the BBB, but they obviously don't care about that either because they have an F with them and all the reviews there are bad. They know they are selling bad cars, their management team has an "I didn't sell you that car, your salesman did" attitude and their ownership/general management has no regard for what their employees are saying and doing to alienate their customers. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THEIR USED CAR LOT! I never asked for more than what I paid and was even happy with them just helping to do the repairs on the car but they chose to drag it out and take what was already a bad situation and make it 100X worse. read more

Corresponded with Sam on Sunday on their c7 Corvette convertible as ready and able to buy. Found out this AM, that Sam doesnt know anything about the condition of the car [active DTCs as it was run thru their shop], doesn't have a photo of RPO build code label that you should have with every vette [its a label inside the car} and most importantly that there is a mandatory $4000 customer purchased dealer option package required, in order to be able to buy the car!!! B/S option package includes paint & fabric protection. WOW [in a bad way]!!! SO the real price to actually be able to buy the car is $64k NOT the advertised $60K. Obscene margin made on the dealer mandatory option. Is this how CDJR dealerships run in TX? Talk about deception, dishonesty and B/S! No way! You be the judge! read more
