    I've held off on writing this review, but it is time... Sales and finance folks were ok. Financing options as presented by the sales guy were unclear. Specifically, the only two data points presented were sales price and monthly payments. But when i crunched the numbers the interest rate came out to 17% (or something like that). After some discussion, the monthly payment presented had all the dealer add-ons (warranty, tires, maintenance package, etc.) baked into it. The actual price of those packages wasn't presented until i got in with the finance guy. Seems a bit disingenuous, but whatever, the finance guy wasn't particularly pushy and the numbers and rate came out in the wash. And i do feel like i got a decent deal on the truck. However, the make-ready folks are terrible. I left with a half a tank of DEF, they (and i) missed a pretty significant paint blemish between the cab and the bed (that my ceramic coating guy was mostly able to correct, but on my dime), truck covered in blue smudges which looked like residue adhesive from shipping, left various caps and protective pieces from the shipping process on the truck, and some control panel installed under the steering column has already come loose and has been dangling by my feet. Then there is the relationship between the dealer and the finance company. To get my account number from Stellantis took over 30 days and two phone calls. I never got a letter,and the first time i called Stellantis they had no idea who I was. It wasn't until i reached out to the dealer to let them know that i can't make payments on the truck until the finance company has an account that i was finally provided an account number (after a second call to Stellantis). Finally, the icing on the cake is my registration sticker. I've had the truck over six weeks and still no sticker. Dealer called about 3 weeks ago and asked if I wanted to pick it up or if they should mail it to me. I said mail it and, while the USPS is slow, it's not 3 weeks for a letter from Pearland to Houston slow.

    A promise to Jaime Lopez for a 600 credit

    Randy Martin general manager would not honor a credit that was emailed to me from Southfork Dodge. They love to take your money, but when it's time to give anything they have every excuse you can think of not to give out 1 penny. The credit was for 600 service or parts and Randy Martin said he would not honor it. What a shame.

    Keeping telling to take it to Porsche for reset BS, all I did was add a quart of oil!!!

    I would put 0 star if they offer! Trade my car in 3 weeks ago. Brett was great when he sold you a vehicle and the service afterward was TERRIBLE HORRIBLE, He GHOSTED me for about 2 weeks now with promises that never kept his word I've purchased owned more than 30 vehicles in my lifetime (name a few Porsche 911, 911, cayman s, 2 Cayenne, bmw M3 M4, c8 c2 Vette, Audi R8, benz G63, Gls550, Sprinter, rx7, Supra, NSX, s2000, Range Rover, defender and a lot more !!!!! this is the first time a dealership that's so terrible for me to even write a damn review!!! The vehicle they sold me have issues and they promised to fix it and I have to chase them every couple days with NO CALL BACK WHATSOEVER!!!!! Oil was low when I pick up the car, battery truck fill with rusted water, fogged up everytime it rain, crack windshield promise to replace! Non of these things have been resolved. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER BY A DEALERSHIP.

    THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Cruz over sells and under provides! Andrew Moody is just a straight up liar and doesn't care if you know it! Financing tried to change our deal after signing contract, we advised we didn't want certain things, they throw them in there without us knowing! Andrew Moody uses scare tactics to sell vehicles that have been sitting on the lot for 2 weeks, "this car has a lot of hits"! Cruz told us the brakes where just re done, and that the vehicle we were purchasing wasn't lowered, and to excuse the loud noise it was because of the brakes! Come to find out the truck had been lowered and it wasn't the brakes, it was the bed slamming into the tires! We advised him we wanted a truck for towing to add to our fleet, "this would be the perfect truck" he said, come to find out we can't even tow with it because it was lowered, any weight will cause tires and cab to rub! Andrew Moody, started with here's $500 to get spacers, we advised that wouldn't work, he promised and guaranteed, even said he would put them on himself, we take it to our mechanic, "spacers won't work" the tires are not the correct offset they are from an older truck, you either need to replace wheels and tires and put correct offset or lift the vehicle to account for the drop! We mention this to Andrew he says he will call back later that evening after talking with his G.M! We never got a call back, it's now Monday!(3 days later) Anushka is nice and can hold a conversation, and I'm sure she is only doing her job, we told her we didn't want certain things on our vehicle, come to find out she added them to our contract without us knowing! We mentioned our $500.00 credit come to find out they didn't even add it to our deal, so they use "deceptive practices" now they want us to take a check for the amount! The check doesn't account for all the finance charges the amount will accumulate! They send you threats throughout the day, we needed to send insurance, advised we would send after lunch! Received continuous messages about truck being out on "bailment" after we advised we would send insurance after lunch! Ridiculous! We still don't have a copy of our contract, they said the machine was down and wasn't working and they couldn't send it! We've asked multiple times for it and still have not received it! On the add we used to find this vehicle it clearly states "No Mark Ups or Add Ons" that's a lie! We will definitely be in further contract as we made a deal and they changed the contract after the fact and didn't honor there part! "Deceptive Practices" The text Photo is the message Cruz sent us with his conversation with Moody! This is a lie the truck was never discounted, he also tells us to buy parts off of Amazon, a $80k truck and he wants us to put cheap Amazon parts on it within his price range! The chat with Cruz in "blue and white" was Cruz trying to tell us that even after we made a deal it would be up to them to make the adjustment or not! "Deceptive practices" we shook on it and have a signed document between both parties about it! They failed to add it to our contract! The document showing price, is with SF Pro Pack which includes LowJack and Paint Protection, they later changed the price of those items after with no approval from us! The last document shows the contract price they put, reflecting no discount! This also shows the price changes they made for the SF Pro Pack, originally quoting us $798.00 and then changing to $1,198.00 without our knowledge! They adjust the government fees and proc/doc fee as well, and added on extra inventory taxes! Again a company that says no add ons or mark ups!

    I thought I would write my review of Southfork Dodge but I would just be reiterating what all these…read morepeople have shared. My experience was an accumulation of every bad rating that Southfork Dodge has gotten and believe me they truly earned every one of them. I was made to believe Brett and Andrew were the epitome of sales and service - that was until I tried to get items corrected then as stated I did not have my issued corrected even after leaving for several days. "Ghosted". I remember once bringing my truck in less than a month after purchase for a trailer break recall. I waited over a week for them to get the part and got on their schedule. I was sitting at their door at 7:00am, about 11:00 I am told " well we did have it, but we had to use yours on a truck we sold last night". So, they made me wait five hours to tell me they gave mine away. My truck is a 2025 2500 Diesel that was sold without a cord for the block heater. When I call service to see why a cord did not come with my truck first, he said he didn't know what a block heater was then I am told by service that "HE" had been in the business over 20 years and never heard of anyone using a block heater in our area. Thinking we were just not communicating I ask him to look in his service manual to see if Dodge just overlooked sending one...it was then I was floored. He then said " we don't have service manuals", in astonishment I asked why. He then said "Well they expect us to know these things" I said Well they missed the mark with you. I wound up getting one off Amazon and putting it on myself. I have much more but dealing with Southfork is like an exercise in futility. I have since changed dealership to Angleton. I hope I didn't jump out of the frying pan and into the fire!
