I went there to pick it up around 8PM, and found only the windshield washer bottle was available. The power steering fluid which I really needed was not available. So, there was another brand but much more expensive and on top of it, I could not apply the 20% discount that they offered because it's an in store purchase. I was not too happy about the waste of time and more spending than planed, I decided to come back in to return the item. The associate that helped me was on the phone helping someone. A couple minutes later he hung up and unloaded a bunch of profanity, uncontrollably in front of me! After he was thru, he tried to explain to me why he went off. (Blah blah blah...probably well deserved complaint that he got) I won't be coming back there anytime soon! And I hope others will have better luck with their orders.

I'm a car novice so I appreciate that they aren't condescending like some employees at other locations are, they are usually patient and help teach me the right way to fix my car (especially when you come on off-peak hours and they have more time). I remember one time, it had to be at least 6 years ago, where I was changing my brakes and I brought in a brake caliper piston that I thought was broken beyond repair and asked if they had a replacement. Lo and behold, one of the guys (I believe his name was Adam) showed me how to fix it right there on the spot, costing me nothing except some brake grease. Now that's customer service! They have a good selection of items and 99% of the time they have what I need in stock. If not, they can order it and it comes within a day or two. I always come here for my car needs and will continue to do so.
