been carless for 6 months after an accident and finally got my personal injury settlement and could get a car. found one I was looking for on auto trader at Keyes and John Morovitz reached out to me to schedule the test drive. I submitted my car through KBB for an instant offer and Keyes immediately began calling and texting me nonstop for over a week. I explained I was out of town for several days, but the messages continued from multiple people, including a very odd "multiple choice" text asking me to select my intention for my own vehicle. When I finally had time to come in, Dulce assited me, whose attitude throughout was stale, rude, and completely unprofessional. I handed over my key fob for inspection. When she handed it back the top right of the casing broken off! It had minor wear but it was without a doubt intact when I handed it over. It appeared to me that the casing had been picked off, perhaps while inspecting it to see if it worked. When I questioned it, Dulce said "you gave it to me like that". Girl, please. You don't think I'd notice this? It's the unlock button. I had just driven over, locked the car it and it was fine. It was fine all day, and every day leading up to today. She went into an office to write the offfer while I waited in the lobby then comes back out with her stale attitude and an offer that was immediately reduced by over $1,000 due to a claimed 3,000 mile discrepancy in the original description of the car. The adjustment felt arbitrary and more importantly, it was completely inconsistent with standard mileage valuation, and a tactic that I declined on the spot. At this point I had enough. This whole experience was terrible so I gathered my stuff and as I was leaving I said that I had a far better offer elsewhere (actually w other places) and again that my key wasn't like that when I gave it to her. She made this sort of half laugh half snotty reflex noise as I walked away. Just imagine the noise a 13 year old girl makes when she hears something she doesnt like. That should give you an idea of the sound. The overall experience was aggressive in outreach, careless in handling personal property, and rude and dismissive when concerns were raised. Based on this experience, I would caution others from bringing a vehicle here, buying a vehicle here and especially relying on their appraisal process. I drove straight to another dealership who had also reached out and not only were they very professional and very nice, they offered me over $3,200 what Keyes did. Even you take out the fact that Dulce is awful and the other issues with property damage and relentless texting, their offer was incredibly low which is something that should be taken into consideration before entrusting this business to treat you fairly. I NEVER leave negative reviews, but if it happened to me, it can happen to you. I bought a car with 18k miles and drove it about 30 times before it had a catastrophic failure that cost over $7,600 to fix, and Keyes Hyundai coldly told me it's not their problem. They refused to buy back or even help with the huge cost to fix the car I just bought from them, and even ignored the Better Business Bureau when they reached out on my behalf. This was a true nightmare and I'm left deeply saddened by how people can treat each other. And if they comment on this review with condolences or an apology, know that it's fake. They had many opportunities to be polite or do what is right and they refused. I would recommend you stay away at all costs. read more

This is a review of the service department. I scheduled my first maintenance appointment for my Ioniq and arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time. I pulled up to the service area and got out of my car and walked into the service office area. There were 4 people sitting at the desk and not one looked up to greet me - not a great first impression, but okay. I approached a gentlemen to let them know I was there for my appointment. He told me to get back in my car and someone would be out. I felt it was a little dismissive and again didn't leave the best impression but I understand that this must be the ritual here so I returned to my car. I waited for 25 minutes before anyone came out to get my information. They then brought me in and went over what would be done. They said it would be quick, it's an electric vehicle and it's the first service it is getting. Based on the location of my car it's been three hours and it hasn't even been moved/worked on. In total I was there almost 4 hours for a simple service. This is my first Hyundai, and I was not impressed with the customer service at the desk nor the speed of service. I have owned Honda's previously and have experienced friendly staff that go above and beyond. Here I felt like serving customers was more of a nuisance for them and I'm not looking forward to going back. I would recommend some serious professional development in the area of customer service for the staff so that guest feel welcomed. I get that things can get backed up and I wouldn't be writing this review had I gotten clear, service oriented communication. I hope this gets addressed because as much as I like my car, I'll probably be looking forward another place to provide service. read more

I want to take a moment to thank the staff at Keys Hyundai for their exceptional customer service. From the second we stepped onto the lot, my dad and I knew we were in good hands. We came in to look at the 2026 Santa Fe and Palisade, and we quickly fell in love with the Palisade. There was only one issue: they didn't have the color in the trim we wanted. But that wasn't a problem at all -- the team immediately offered to source the vehicle from another dealership. After our test drive, we went inside to talk numbers. During negotiations, Sales Manager Taimur came over to shake our hands and walk us through our options. He was extremely smart, deliberate, and transparent in how he presented everything. We also had a truck to trade in, and I can confidently say this man is a genius with numbers. After just a few minutes of back-and-forth, they presented us with an absolutely incredible deal. On top of that, Taimur personally sourced the exact vehicle we wanted from Santa Monica and secured a great value for our trade-in. Very impressive. When it came time for financing, Lucine was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Truly 10/10 customer service. The paperwork process was quick, and what really stood out was that she took the time to explain everything clearly -- including the optional add-ons -- without any pressure. Brought my car in for service today that's the last time I will go there. They just yesterday added a fee for using a credit card, but didn't make me aware of that until I picked up my car. I had no way to pay but a credit card. Last time I had my car serviced there they charged me to change my cabin filter, but when I got home and pulled it out, it had never been changed. I went back. I am very unhappy because I was unable to use the remainder of my warranty within the three-year period and had to pay out of pocket. When I asked about the reason, I was told that it was because I did not come in on time. However, I had undergone eye surgery and was in recovery at home for two months, which made it impossible for me to visit before my warranty expired. When I came in yesterday, it had only been two weeks since the warranty had expired. Me: I want to buy the car right now but I'm not paying $3500 for any of your insane add-ons. $700 for nitrogen in the tires? 78% of our air is already nitrogen. I'm not paying for any of this junk. Keyes Hyundai has the most efficient appointment & confirmation system around. Their Service Professionals are absolutely (proven) professionals. While waiting one time during a routine service, I saw for my self how Keyes Hyundai's Sales handled their customers: efficiently and with absolute class. I turned in my lease November 2025 and gladly had another Sonata... with Keyes Hyundai this time. Edmound Davoudian is indeed efficient and has a certain class above other typical sales professionals. He takes time to answer questions and concerns of customers. First I absolutely love my ioniq5. But my issues with this dealer are on 2 fronts. 1. The sales people lie and try to position the 3 years of included maintenance as "full maintenance for 3 years". It's ONLY tire rotation and simple services like Blake fluid which is needed every 2 years is a $299 charge. 2. Service is SLOW! do the night drop off where you just leave ur car and drop the key in the box. If you go during the day you'll be sitting in your car for an hour just waiting. read more
