Having an old car is not fun. At all!! I always like to keep an eye on everything that goes wrong or is about to go wrong. Today, around 10:30 AM, I took my car to this Jiffy Lube to get an oil change. This past few days, I have been noticing oil leaking under my car. I didn't want to take a chance and drive like that. Once I got there, few of the employees highly recommended for me to put Synthetic oil, which I was warned before by them and other places that I take my car to. Most European cars are highly recommended. Edgar, was extremely nice, kind, efficient, professional and helpful. Not only did he do my oil change, he rotated 2 of my tires for safety reasons. The whole thing lasted 15 minutes. They offered me to wait in the waiting room, but I chose to wait outside. They do tire rotation, check your coolant, do brake inspection, window wiper replacement, and battery replacement. This was my 3rd time at this particular location. Prices vary depending the service that you get. Forever thankful and grateful to Edgar, management, and of course to Jiffy Lube. Will be back whenever I have a need for any one of their services. They do have a gender neutral restroom, but I didn't use it.Accept most credit cards and cash is always an option. Have been around for over 50 years! read more

I visited this location for a routine oil change, which took over an hour. However, the biggest issue was what happened during checkout. The employee assisting me (Juan S) asked whether I believed in God. When I responded that I do not, he told me he would pray for me and my soul. I found this extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. I came in for an oil change, not a discussion about my religious beliefs. Whether a customer is religious or not is a personal matter and should not be part of a business transaction. Employees should focus on providing service for customers' vehicles, not questioning customers about religion. Because of this interaction, I will not be returning to this location. I plan to speak with management and contact corporate, as I believe this crossed professional boundaries and created an uncomfortable customer experience. read more

The lack of honesty and professional guidance is what bothers me the most when it comes to these places. Because after everything was set and done, and I asked the technician honestly the car is only nine months old almost a year driven less than 5000 miles actually to be exact 4463 does it really need an oil change and only after he did it he said no I wouldn't gone from my car. I would just add another cord of oil and drove another 3 to 5000 miles. Why won't you tell me that ahead why would you charge me 180 effing dollars for freaking oil change the cost less than 20 bucks less than five years ago what is going on with this world and he's rip off companies if I could've given him zero stars and actually penalize them one or two I would've done that. read more

Simply said, the staff was great. I was so happy with them, I went next door and bought them all lunch.

I arrived at this location in need of a cabin filter replacement. Once there, the attending employee informed me that they were currently out of cabin filters for my vehicle. I then asked if they could order any. After scanning my car, he responded by stating they would have the available part by the next morning. I wanted to confirm that the part would be in that soon, to which he restated that it would, he then left to walk back to the shop. A few hours later, I called this location to inquire whether they needed my car information, such as make, model, etc., but the man who answered simply said, "If they scanned your car, they don't need to ask you about your information." He then commented, saying a cabin filter would be available tomorrow morning, like the first employee. Near the end of the day, I answer my phone, only for another employee to say, "Hello, it turns out we won't have access to any cabin filters for another three or four days." I simply let them know that there was no need to order any for my car. The man replied, "Alright, thanks, have a good one." My issue is, as many times as I asked about the timeframe of the cabin filter being supplied, no one wanted to take the time to look up the status of the part. Considering I called to ensure there wasn't any confusion, it just seemed dismissive at the least. read more

It is not often that I come here. I would usually go to my routine place to get full service. But with my busy schedule, I decided to stop in. I came for a simple oil change. I was overdue for one. This location is right across from Ralphs and next to Taco Bell, at the corner. The staff was friendly. Car took a bit longer than I expected. They had two other cars chillin there. one with a customer inside who pulled in after me. My car was parked in the back still. I saw that they worked on that car before mine. I was very annoyed, but nobody was inside with me, so I did not say anything. I paid $98.12 and I usually do not pay more than $80-$87, but for "full" service. So in the future, I will be back but only if I absolutely need a quicker service. The price is just not worth it unless its a last minute resort. read more

Best experience I've had at a jiffy lube thus far. I called this afternoon to make sure they had my synthetic oil in stock (Mercedes e450) before I drove there. Jose not only confirmed he had it in stock but also gave me the price of how much it will cost me in total. I have started to come here more and more for my oil changes because the service is great and I'm always in and out. Located on the corner of Hazeltine and Woodman, it's very convenient for me to stop by on my days off and right after work before they close. They are a pretty good one stop shop for basic car maintenance. They can do your oil change, check tire pressure and change cabin air filters. They also have a great top off policy in that you can come back within 5000 miles of your last oil change to just get a top off. The Yelp check in offer is a pretty good deal too! You just have to mention it to the cashier right as you're paying and they can take $20 off your check! They can print or email you the receipt. Their waiting room has nice air conditioning and there is a bathroom you can use while you wait. Overall a great place to get an oil change! read more

I called this specific location to request an oil change quote. They said $107. I went to their website, entered my car's VIN, got the same quote. When I went, they quoted me $120. I asked why it was different and they said it was because my car required over 5qts of oil. This is a lie. My car requires 4.5qts with filter replacement. It's only a $13 difference but it really bothers me that they took me for a fool. Also, they gave me a sticker to note when the next oil change would be due. My car requires changes every 7500-10000 miles depending on driving habits. The sticker said in 4300 miles. So another attempted future rip off. Maybe because I'm a woman. I'm not stupid though and I know my own vehicle. Never going there again. Pros, it was fast. AC in the waiting area was great. read more

I shared with him the car notice and he said no problem and within 5 minutes, he looked under my car's hood, removed the coolant cap and topped it off.
