I visited this location this past sunday for a quick oil change and I have nothing but good things to say about the entire encounter. From beginning to end, Jonathan was very professional, helpful, accomodating and knowledgeble. He explained everything in detail, and made sure that things looked good under the car. He offered us to wait in the lounge and was very pleasant and thorough in the service he provided. He is definitely an assset and a valuable employee. I usually go to the dealer - I decided to go here because they were fully booked and I needed an oil change. Their prices are nearly the same. I felt pressured to leave a yelp review (this explains all the positive reviews). When I called manager said they would rotate my tires and check the pressure at no additional cost. When I arrived, I told them what the manager had stated. They stated they performed the service and that's it's $29.99 and that it would be waived if I left a yelp review. I was clear with them that I did not want the service if it was not included. I was in a rush and did not want to deal with the issue at the moment- I left a review and then deleted it. Upon receiving my car my tire pressure light was still on - I Informed the mechanic he stated he must be another issue is if it's not turning off. I checked my tires and the air pressure still needed to be adjusted. They were done with an oil change and rotation of tires in 45 minutes. I will not be returning or recommending this location. It was my first and last time. If they would have not pressured me to leave a yelp review and simply checked my tires again to ensure everything was fine , I would have returned. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because the branch manager was nice and offered the tire rotation for free (he was not present when I arrived). read more

Superior customer service! I've been getting my oil changed here since 2019. I really like this location. I never have to wait too long. They don't try to crazy upsell you which is so nice. And I forgot to have them replace my light bulb in my headlight so I went back with a bulb that I had bought and they replaced it for free! These guys are pros and really nice and very helpful. Special shout out to Armando who helped me out today. It is a little pricey so make sure you search for a coupon. But other than that it's a great location!!! read more

The guys here are super friendly and helpful. I've been going to Jiffy Lubes for years and didn't know about free top offs before my next visit until they told me on my last oil change. So I came in today and was told that I was a week past the deadline. However, the supervisor on duty was cool enough to allow the free top offs! I usually have good service here but after yesterday's service, I'll be going to a different location. I came in for an inspection for driver check off list. As soon as I came in we got greeted (the usual) I explained what we needed and right away I got attitude from this young kid saying " do you need the inspection for Lyft or Uber because I have to charge you double! " this kid was so defensive like he's life depended on it if we weren't clear if it was Lyft or Uber. At this moment I decided just uber because I actually printed the form! And replied " no I just need one inspection and it's for Uber. ( I called the day before for information and a guy answered and was super polite, explained I did not need an appointment, walk ins before 6pm are welcomed and it would be $29.99... never mentioned if it mattered for what company Uber or a Lyft) after the young kids gets pissed off and tells us to wait in the parking lot and he will let us know when to pull up ... 45 minutes passed ... until i finally asking another guy Allen (he's so polite and chill) I asked him how much longer I had to wait. Told him the guy originally helping us is being rude and I rather wait for someone else. Allen was so polite and attentive he said I can help you now he was almost done with a client. Allen ended up helping us did the inspection then Moises decides to come and interrupt the inspection reaches into my car without asking starts icing things around and proceeds to tell Allen something in regards not being right (like dude you took almost an hour to help and now you want to butt in?! Who is this guy?!! I have been coming here for years and all the guys are professional, attentive, respectful. There's times they're busy which is understandable but Wednesday Jan 28th, 2026 at 4pm was not! Moises made us wait because we got in his nerves or something. I was not disrespectful towards him he just had an attitude to begin with. I don't ever want to get service from this person, I rather go to another location maybe another company I really hope the rest of these kids do not get unethical, rude and full of hateful attitude like Moises ... geez what is this world coming to. read more

Came in for a Uber and Lyft inspection, in my EV. There were a lot of cars. They said an hour and half wait, I went inside to read a book. After 45 minutes they said ready. And it took less than 5 minutes to complete both an Uber and Lyft inspection. read more

Would not advise going here. Got an oil change and a day later my car ENGINE BLEW on the highway.oil leaking everywhere. Of course Jiffy is taking no accountability. At this appt , I also learned Jiffy forgot to return my coolant cap which I had been driving without for months. After checking my previous visit notes, The GM apologized and ordered a new one/ told me everything was good with my car , then on the back end made notes about my car listing all possible issues this caused. I I asked him to make sure things were ok because I would be taking a roadtrip with my child that upcoming weekend. He told me everything was great. I'm unsure why I wasn't communicated with about any concerns with my car. I originally switched to jiffy because of their customer service, but the customer service doesn't matter if the care of my car is rooted in negligence. read more

I've been coming to this location by my work for the past 5 years to get my oil changed and check my tire pressure. The workers here are always so so pleasant and help me all the time, especially with checking my tire pressure for free! I was just in a couple months ago and got my oil changed, today I popped by in to check my tire pressure because one of my tires was low. When I came by, it was super busy but the worker Moises helped and got me in sooner. Johnathan was so efficient in checking all my tire pressures even though only one of my tires was low. I stopped by here as I was in the area and this location was very convenient off the 405 and 101 freeway and some major thoroughfares (corner of Victory Boulevard and Sepulveda Blvd) in the area of Van Nuys. Boy, was I glad that I did stop by here at this particular location!! This must be the *BEST jiffy lube station* I stopped at. The service was nothing short of incredible! They knew exactly what they were doing, were incredibly efficient in assessing my car and it's needs and communicating this with me and performing the work, and I felt throughout my entire time I was there--from entering the lot and getting my work completed and leaving--that my car was in exceptionally good hands at this exceptional and amazing Jiffy Lube at the corner of Victory Boulevard and Sepulveda Blvd!! They performed EVERYTHING to my satisfaction. The staff was amazing in knowing what to do and performing the work, absolute experts in what they do...and it shows. You cannot go wrong here.
