On 7/10, I call and check to see when would I likely receive my car back from service and I was informed by Mark, one of the service workers, that I didn't in fact have an appointment. I then proceed to talk to Will, the service manager, and he then tells me I actually had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. I then request a confirmation of an appointment and they apparently don't have a way of confirming appointments? I get called on Tuesday and was informed that the 200 dollar fee was now close to 600. I was not informed about that when I initially scheduled the appointment, and was baffled that at no point in time was I informed of the complete cost of the service. I spoke with my friend Will again and his only solution was to take the new part out and put the old, failed part in. The final straw came when I went to go pick up my car. I had requested that after the servicing, to have my car locked with the key inside. I get there and, as pictured, my key was clearly visible, and the doors were NOT locked. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this "Fine" establishment.

The employee came to my car and carried the old battery in for me so he could test it. It was dead as a doornail even after we charged it at home for several hours. He hooked me up with a great replacement. On a another note, a while back, my daughter said the battery in her car died, do my husband went and night a replacement here. Come to find out, that wasn't the problem at all, so I went to return it. Surprise! They don't allow returns on car batteries. Thankfully, the store manager had mercy on me and refunded my money on the battery anyway as it was unused and untouched other than to transport it to and from the store and my house. He earned my business with that kind act. That's customer service. :)

I dropped it off and they diagnosed it as.... sit down for this one ... a mouse had chewed up an ignition coil connection wire. Now SLEAZY shops could have made up all sorts of issues starting with the ignition coil itself or engine issues and there's no easy way to double check. But these folk were honest and charged, well, I won't say the amount but a very fare price. Bonus: they actually got the part in a couple of hours and I had the car back at noon. very highly recommended.

I'm in, I say! 6 years with an Escape and I didn't plan on changing anything so I told him my preferred color, interior, and features. In minutes he's got quotes and window stickers coming into my phone. Got nearly everything I wanted for significantly cheaper than I'd been paying for the last 3 years (the only trade off was one feature that would have bumped me up to a higher level, it was worth passing on to keep the savings). We did all the paperwork online via e-sign and they had someone drop the car off, fully gloved up and masked, in my driveway. A quick switch of plates and a wave goodbye to my old Escape and he was off. Practically no contact at all and the whole process took two days. One day to pick out the vehicle and another to complete the paperwork and get the keys. The incentives and rebates right now are wild. If you've been on the fence about a new car but have been putting it off, now's the time. I'm saving about $40 a month on my payment! Can't go wrong with that. My new car is a real beauty and I'm enjoying admiring her in the driveway. I won't be driving her much over the next few months but that just makes the new car smell last all the longer. To their credit, the dealership did attempt multiple repairs and eventually provided a rental during one of the visits, but the process became extremely frustrating. Since purchasing the vehicle, I've had to make repeated trips back to the service department for the same unresolved issues. The Explorer sat for hours during one appointment without being looked at, I went several visits without any loaner assistance, and communication between departments often seemed disconnected. On top of the original leak issue, a leaking rear shock, rear main seal leak, oil plug leak, and a metal-on-metal noise were later discovered. Some staff members, including Lance and Shaun, were helpful and professional when addressing concerns, but overall the experience has been disappointing considering how soon these problems started after purchase. As of my latest visit, the metal hitting noise is still present despite multiple attempted fixes. I understand used vehicles can have issues, but I expected better inspection, communication, and follow-through from a large dealership.
