The store located on East Michigan Avenue is Ypsilanti, has only been open now for three years and is very modern on the inside. Moreover, the staff at this store are very friendly and knowledgeable, and will help you find what you're looking for in a hurry. I highly recommend Murray's over the other auto stores in the area. They are clearly the best, and carry a very broad inventory of items.

The young man behind the counter was very helpful showing me a variety of choices and telling me which ones he would definitely not recommend and which ones he thought we're good. I picked a windshield wiper and went to pay. He then asked me if I needed help installing it. I said why yes, that would be awesome. Two guys came out to my car and in 10 seconds put a new windshield wiper blade on my car. In and out with the wiper blade replaced in under five minutes! I highly recommend this business.

I had some expired birthday discount coupons that the store (customer service told me) can override that the ladies there told me they could not do. So I went to the AA and the canton locations and got it taken care of by both locations. But my last visit went better. There was an older gentleman and a younger woman who I kicked off with immediately. They took care of me and my coupon snaffu that visit right away and easily. It's a good average like location from the little I've been there and used it. If I need something major or harder to find so far I believe the canton location is better. So far. But my last visit left me feeling better about this location.

I just wanted an estimate & as I left they offered to try to push the dent out so I can at least open my door. ( I did not even sign no papers nor did I say I was for sure coming to them ) I said of course & that's what they did ( picture 2 ). I ended up dropping my car off a couple days later & my car was completely fixed after just 3 days (picture 3)! They had great customer service and even washed AND vacuumed my car for me.
