I questioned the location because there's multiple numbers for this ABC auto parts. She's constantly saying Riverdale, Riverdale, Riverdale and I still couldn't verify the number and address so after eight minutes of rudeness and over talking me I requested to speak to someone else and was told that someone else would call me back. The call ended at 10:07. I'm sure no one will call me back and if they do, I would definitely update this review. She is not hard to identify so someone should be coaching her especially if they want business. I know most places feel you lose one and get another one. Eventually you'll end up losing it all. I wouldn't recommend no one to this place. That's plenty of other places where you can go and spend your money and get treated better and remember your receptionist is the first line of contact so I see why they are the reviews are what they are.

The store is well setup with some isles, equipment displays, and a back shop area. The parking lot is well sized but it is very difficult to turn left on the way out. Trevor recognized us waiting for some assistance and interacted to show he would be with us soon. Trevor was easy to speak with and had in depth knowledge of the store inventory and what to use the tools for. Trevor got to know me and respected me for being an occasional do-it-yourself mechanic. At checkout, material was presented to me based around courses the location offers (Free and Charged). Overall I recommend stopping in to grab materials for the upcoming powder coating, rust repair, or automotive work project. Items are moderately priced and the quality appears to be decent.

The guy went to the back and did not return when the other guy ended up helping us. He said this part is not returnable at all clarifying the statement we asked if it's not installed can we still return it? They said this part is nonrefundable because it is an electrical one. We said we understand that but if we don't install it, can we still return it then he said really again don't you understand and we said well if we don't install the part it's still brand new then he simply said well maybe you should go to another store and return it there. That's exactly why they have no employees there because they have a sign out that it says they need somebody to work there. These two are chasing people away from good jobs with their bad attitude lack of communication skills. The manager really needs to take a look at these two people train them properly and communication and customer service because what we have received there was absolutely deplorable.
