But today two men were there an older man and a middle-aged man, and they were extremely rude when we asked where items were they ignored us and when we said we also made an online order. The guy went to the back and did not return when the other guy ended up helping us. He said this part is not returnable at all clarifying the statement we asked if it's not installed can we still return it? They said this part is nonrefundable because it is an electrical one. We said we understand that but if we don't install it, can we still return it then he said really again don't you understand and we said well if we don't install the part it's still brand new then he simply said well maybe you should go to another store and return it there. That's exactly why they have no employees there because they have a sign out that it says they need somebody to work there. These two are chasing people away from good jobs with their bad attitude lack of communication skills. The manager really needs to take a look at these two people train them properly and communication and customer service because what we have received there was absolutely deplorable.
