He is kind, courteous, and got my oil changed in less than an hour. Excellent service. Final cost was closer to $130 and looks like the base cost was actually $120 on my invoice.

They offered to schedule an appointment for another day so I agreed and made an appointment today at 1pm. This place was closed/shut down for several months but has since re-opened. When I came with my appointment today no customers were in the lobby and the phone never rang. They changed my oil with a 45 minute wait. They also put air in my tires and reset the "change oil light" that was on. The guy was nice and friendly. The waiting lobby had no TV (it was off and not sure if it worked?). They also had no water, coffee, or snacks while you wait. They charged $110 for a synthetic oil change and that seemed like a lot for what they did. I might come back, if I do I'll call ahead and make an appointment as they do not appear to want or accept walk in business. But who knows, maybe the place closes its doors again next time I need an oil change?

Poor job on brake work…read more Unplugged brake sensor which caused multiple sensor failure warnings and tried to blame it on a tire shop we used for a flat tire and lied about it. Not to mention they charge $89 to change a cabin filter. It's a 5 minute job. I know because I've done it myself more than once. P.S. You can tell a lot about dealership that doesn't comment about Yelp reviews. Their last comment was in 2020.

He didn't make us feel like just another sale, but like actual people. I'd also like to give a shout out to the finance guy -- I don't remember his name, but he was such a good vibe. My mom and I were laughing the entire time. This wasn't like normal car shopping; it was actually fun and entertaining. Michael referred us to Zach across the street because we decided to go with a used car, and Zach was amazing too. After the paperwork was signed, my mom noticed the headlight was cracked. Zach assured her he would get it replaced and immediately followed up with an email so she had proof and tracking of his word. Highly recommend this place!

Had an awesome experience with sales late 2024, been to service recently and truly wish we hadn't…read more This was for scheduled maintenance (tire rotation and inspection). We arrived for our scheduled appointment (11:30am) on-time, with only one other person in the service lobby with 3 advisors at their computers and one other person off to the right on another computer. She said she was not an advisor. About 20 minutes of waiting, the non advisor (approx 11:52am) got us checked in, due to advisors being on the phone or just unavailable. Once checked in, we were told it would be 1.5 hours or less for the service. We also asked they look at replacing the wiper blades because they weren't working and noisy. Over 2 hours after quoting 1.5 hours, now nearly 2pm) they said the car is done and we owed $73 for the front wiper blades. I asked about the warranty and the advisor said the 12 month wiper warranty expired 2 weeks prior. I also asked why we weren't advised of the cost of these wiper blades and all the advisor could say was "I wasn't the one who checked you in". I asked for the new wiper blades to be removed as paying $73 is bonkers, they removed them and we left. Due to how slow they were, never greeting us, and lack of providing an estimate for services, we're not interested in using this dealership for service in the future. -we got awesome wiper blades off amazon for $26 delivered the next morning. Honestly, I would not have left this review if they would have just made us feel welcome and informed.
