Am glad with a phone call to confirm. Having now installed them, that's one less concern. Here you can find almost any automotive part. Getting in and out of here, please do be careful. The parking situation is unique. For whatever reason the county zoning folks approved this, but be ready for anything here. Prices are considerably higher. I was told by the manager I should buy brake parts in person and not use the online purchase site. He stated the two systems are not connected so he cannot honor any warranties from online purchases. Very rude customer interaction, I live 5 miles away and have been a customer for many years. I will not be returning to his store. I had a taillight bulb burn out. It was a dual filament bulb that's not difficult to replace. It was raining hard when I visited Advance Auto Parts but TJ greeted me with a smile. He put on his jacket and braved the weather to confirm exactly what type of bulb was needed and after I purchased it, he installed it ... without me asking. I know cars and I know how to get to the taillights of my car ... but I was impressed by his willingness and appreciative of his assistance. This is mainly for buying a new battery and getting it installed. I was looking for a car battery for my van since it was on its last legs. I noticed online that Advance Auto parts installs them for free. I went to the counter and the man was friendly and helped me find the right battery for my van. I went with the "gold" battery and since there were 2 sizes for the same price, the man measured my existing battery to give me the more powerful one of the 2. He installed it for me and everything was good. I kind of felt bad since my van was so dirty. Anyways if you need to replace and get a new battery, go here. read more

Totally awesome experience. I needed a new battery for my vehicle so I went to their website and found the exact one that was best for me. I completed the purchase and got an extra $50 off! The website lets you have items delivered or sent to the nearest store which is the option I chose. This location is about 1 mile from me. I went in and my battery was waiting for me. They came out and within 10 minutes they had it installed and tested. I can highly recommend them. There are a lot of things that they will do for you at no extra charge including batteries and wiper blades! read more

I have been to this location a dozen times and they usually stock what I need. My projects and parts have been varied from maintenance to repairs to painting to other minor modifications. Their managers are helpful however they have a few employees who need more experience and training. Overall it is a solid location and access is pretty convenient. Be careful where you park in the parking lot though because it can become a madhouse and just this week I witnessed a lady slam her car door into the car next to it. I wish people had more concern about others property, but all you can do is try to find a vacant spot with some vacant adjacencies and make it quick! Also note to make sure to check their clearance shelf. I've found several really good deals through it, the main items you can cash in on clearance sales would be detailing. If you're into detailing definitely make a stop here, occasionally you'll find some steals. read more

Came here to get some parts for a brake job. The employees treated me like an inconvenience. They had a hard time answering simple questions like "what does it mean that my brakes have a limited lifetime warranty?" Or "do you carry X?" The prices are great and they are able to order parts that you may need. But the service could be better. read more

Horrible customer service. I needed to return the brake pads that were sold to me - which were not the right ones that i had asked for. They refused to accept the return (I have the receipt) because they said it was missing parts and I need to go find them. The manager on duty said he can't resell them like that. All 4 pads were there, but it was supposedly missing some other pieces. I didn't even open the box because upon reading the outside i realized they were the wrong ones, so i don't know where they would be. For all i know those pieces probably weren't even in the box to begin with. But he said "i can't resell them like that," so all they are concerned about is reselling, sales, and their numbers - more so than providing proper customer service. Any other store would still accept this kind of return - especially because it was THEIR employee who gave me the wrong item. But they did not want to accept the return for brakes that i have no use for. So again..... horrible customer service. Very unhappy with this experience. read more

Absolutely horrible. I go there thinking that a professional was going to help me with replacing the headlights on my truck, I give the full description of my truck and they provide me with the alleged head lights that fit my truck. When I proceed to install them, they did not fit and when I compared them with my old head lights the fitting was different. I return right back to advise the employee of what had occurred and he says that the only help they can give me is a discount on other lights, but that they will not nor can't refund my money because they do not refund electric components. Stay away from this place, I'm placing a claim on my credit card which protects from merchants like this. read more

I was a long time customer at this advanced auto for over 5 years. I have seen many different managers and employees come and go from this location. In recent months the service has greatly declined. Today while going in to return an item ordered online an employee argued with me accusing me of opening a package. In reality thats how it was received in the mail from advanced. He also then cuts open the packaging to look inside. He next attempted to say he would not return it. I then asked for the manager and he stormed off. It amazes me employees are arguing with customers in such an unprofessional way. Thank you to the manager for resolving a simple return that her employee obviously could not handle. Good thing their is a NAPA auto parts very close by with more professional staff. I will not be returning to this store and don't recommend it to anyone who needs service! read more
