Come to find out that I had a nail in my tire that they patched for free (warranty) and if it couldn't be patched, they would have replaced it for free. Their response was, "well....we can order the parts to install them onsite, but unsure when we will receive the parts"....as if it was an inconvenience for them. I let them keep the trailer to install the two items I initially order. - TTS called me two weeks later saying trailer was ready.....when I arrived, only one of the two items were installed. Their response was, "well....we can order the part to install it, but unsure when we will receive the part. I understand parts are taking longer than normal considering events stemming from pandemic, but they told me my trailer was completed when it was clearly not...this after driving 50 miles one way from my home to TTS twice bc they said the trailer was completed. Why tell me over the phone trailer was completed when clearly not!?...TWICE!!?? Thinking this was a sales tactic to buy the unfinished product.
