Frankly, I was rather impressed with myself, too. But, really, the people who work here are just ridiculously nice. Everyone asked if I needed help, if I was taken care of. And it wasn't just me. They were like that with everyone. They worked as such a cohesive team, it was amazing. I will not name names or places, but later in the week I ended up at a car place similar to this with a friend and was struck by how different the lack of service and dynamic was. These people were just on their game and willing to help in any way possible. I highly recommend this location. I didn't feel like a burden and it was genuinely pleasant. I won't feel as unhappy about going to the car store now that I know this place exists.

A different employee helped me, and this time I asked him for a rotor and distributor cap. He quoted me around $270. I held back my laughter, and asked if they had anything else at maybe a different location. He suddenly found something for 90, but couldn't get it in until Tuesday. I went home, logged on to Amazon, found the two parts I need, and it will be at my home today (Tuesday); I paid less than $25 for Bosch parts, which is a brand I trust. All-in-all, I recommend going to the auto zone in Cheviot if you need helpful advice, and Amazon for the parts you need.

We decided to switch the battery in the parking lot, and they let us use a few of their tools to do this. We were also able to not pay the money for the core of the old battery, as we were able to return it right away. There was some corrosion on the old battery and it wasn't coming apart easily. Ellie was very helpful and came out to lend us a hand. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The next time we need anything for either of our cars we will definitely return here.
