On the flip side, I asked for a part for my car, and the associate went and grabbed it for me, but was not very helpful in explaining how to install it, or at least providing me resources to find out how I could do so. Luckily, there was another customer who was able to help me, but that really should have been the employee's job. Also other experiences were store manager did not know how to use the computer. Employee did not check box brake pads were in to see if the right pads were in it which they were not. The district manager I spoke with about these and other issues tried to make the brake pad issue into my fault. I kept telling him the wrong pads were in the wrong box because the part number did not match the pads. Even sent him a picture. All he kept saying was I had told them the wrong information when I got the pads. He said he did not care that the wrong pads were in the box. All he was concerned about was trying to put the blame on me that I got the wrong pads. It is very obvious that no one in the Autozone company cares about the customers. Either they do not have the basic parts in stock, none of the employees open boxes to check to see if the part in it matches the part number on the box, and if the wrong part is in box they will tell the customer it is the customers fault even if the part and the part number on the box do not match.

I called to the dealership to inquire about the loaner. The serviceman was a little unorganized but found out later he was new to the job. We purchased the loaner vehicle the next day but the Ranger Rover came home not so cleaner. I was a little disappointed. Everything else with the Ranger Rover was excellent. The XF was sold without service. I had to call back to schedule a service appt. I really couldn't believe a vehicle could be driven off the lot with having all the bells and whistles completed. I bought my car July 23 out of state, my temporary tag is expired, and I don't know when I will be registered and legal to drive, they told me if I have any fines or fees that they will take care of it. But not one manager has called me back the title lady did not call me back, sales guy told me that she didn't think she could communicate very well. They send all your paperwork to a third-party, even reached out to the third-party to find out when my DMV paperwork would be submitted, and she couldn't tell me, but she said she was going to call the dealership to make sure their Title lady call me and get me up-to-date . Lawrence in finance told me it took three weeks for my funding and I leased it, it was funded that day. When I was purchasing the car Laurence was very attentive, now he barely text back with answers. And then he wasn't truthful. Another thing is, I asked for enclose shipping, it was shipped to me open air from South Carolina to Texas not close, the guys unloaded it with one ramp and a block after buying $170,000 car, I was very upset. They did take care of the lame shipping job. If you call, they will transfer you, but everybody's voicemails full, and if anybody answers the phone you just get passed around, I waited 15 minutes on the phone for the general manager, for the receptionist to tell me he was in a meeting, so I asked for the sales guy, he told me that the general manager left at 5 o'clock so he wasn't even there! I've yet to talk to the general manager, the sales manager that I worked with is no longer there, which is unfortunate because he was great, I asked to talk to the new sales manager and they told me he wouldn't know anything, eventually I reached out to Corporate Landrover, they can't really do anything but they did reach out to the dealership, and asked the sales manager to call me, I have not heard from him. I was told that copies of my contract would be overnighted, I've yet to get them he said now they're supposed to be here Friday. This is a very very lousy ran Landrover, I highly suggest to stay away. I wasted two days, just to find out when my car would be registered. I'm finally told just drive expired illegally, hopefully you have them in a couple weeks. And still not one manager has called me!! but I will say Chris reached out, when I called interested in a car, he reached right out!! Now nothing, customer service is one of the worst I've ever seen.
