On the flip side, I asked for a part for my car, and the associate went and grabbed it for me, but was not very helpful in explaining how to install it, or at least providing me resources to find out how I could do so. Luckily, there was another customer who was able to help me, but that really should have been the employee's job. All he kept saying was I had told them the wrong information when I got the pads. He said he did not care that the wrong pads were in the box. All he was concerned about was trying to put the blame on me that I got the wrong pads. It is very obvious that no one in the Autozone company cares about the customers. Either they do not have the basic parts in stock, none of the employees open boxes to check to see if the part in it matches the part number on the box, and if the wrong part is in box they will tell the customer it is the customers fault even if the part and the part number on the box do not match.

There was a loud squeaking noise coming from the belt area of the engine compartment. My 2006 Envoy XL has 181000 miles and I am very careful to keep it well maintained. Purchased a certified 2024 RR SV from Darryl, who is one of the salesman at the dealership. The day we received the vehicle, the brakes were squeaking, which Darryl even informed us about with a text that reads" car just needs to be driven, as it's been sitting for a while". After having the same issue last for weeks, we took to our local Land Rover dealership, who said it needs new rotors and brakes. Long story short, This dealership can't be trusted obviously. They also had the opportunity to correct the issue, which they obviously declined to do.

Buyer beware: This…read moredealership is practicing shady and unethical business. They say whatever to get you to agree to terms, and then they change the terms of the agreement. We negotiated a deal and had the terms outlined. They then told me that I had a market adjustment on a vehicle that I ordered despite it being custom and me waiting for months. Market adjustments are generally for low inventory climates. They also encouraged me to get a lease instead of cash so I could get an EV credit all for them not to honor it. When I tried to contact the general manager, they keep saying he's in a meeting and unavailable. We have left numerous voice messages and are receiving the worst customer service ever. They will lie to sell a car and then they disappear when they get you to sign. Patrick the general manager is who I had the pleasure of working with. It was so bad I have filed a corporate formal complaint.
