Before installing the replacement rim, we took the car to a tire shop to get new tires. There was nothing wrong with the original rim that was on the car. We had lost a weight that balanced the tire, causing the shimmy. We never returned to Audi in Columbia.

Great prices and top notch service…read more Cold weather did a number on my battery this morning and after getting a jump I did a quick review of the standard auto part shops in the area (Auto Zone, O'Reilly, etc). This location had the highest scores in the area so I took her in to get looked at. I was immediately welcomed by the staff when I walked in the front door. A tech asked how they could help and she immediately brought out a test kit to diagnose my battery, alternator and charging system. After determining everything was copacetic with the car itself, the robot noted that the battery was still low and needed to be charged. The staff hooked my battery up to a charge unit in their shop and ran it through a series of tests while also charging it to full capacity. This was a lengthy process but the staff made it a friendly experience while I waited. Looking around the store I noticed a few items that I had recently been price shopping at Walmart and Target were actually cheaper here. Wiper blades and windshield fluid. I made a purchase while waiting. Eventually they charged and tested my battery and for free. Turned out that my battery was at the end of it's useful life so they recommend I replace it but here's something unique: they also understood that I wasn't ready financially to foot that unexpected bill today so they helped me reinstall my battery with none of the high pressure or nagging that other shops seem to always do when they have you in a bind. These guys were so helpful and although I know I need to replace my battery, they could have taken advantage of me but didn't. They basically helped me out of a tough situation and let me decide how to handle things. Across the board they treated me like a friendly neighbor and I hope that this review helps steer some good people in their direction. There are a lot of options in this area but I have to definitely echo the past reviews in saying that this shop is where you need to go. Thank you!

Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff, and within minutes my truck was over a bay getting an oil change. The staff explained to me that the Groupon was for an oil filter and up to 5 quarts of oil. So I had to pay any additional expenses (approximately $12) which consisted of 1 quart of oil, oil disposal, and taxes. Altogether I felt really good about this experience and their staff. Please beware of the service department staff damaging your Mercedes and not notifying you at all…read more I took my 2019 Mercedes to the Dick Dyer Mercedes service department after paying $3100 for services I drove off with a broken wiper blade in the rear and side swiped doorknob. It took three weeks to get my wiper blade fixed. Then, after getting in a heated useless argument with the service manager about damaging my vehicle's door knob, he agreed to repair the damages. A third party painter did a deplorable job on my doorknob. Then, the truck paint was scraped also when placing name plates in the back. If I had another Mercedes dealership that was nearby, I would never take my SUV there again. . Damage SUV Mercedes that was not damaged when I brought the vehicle in to be serviced. And, horrible service manager and unprofessional when handling customer complaints.
