The man told me that I could still drive as is without a driver side mirror and he could not help me nor anyone help me and when I asked him if there were any other options to make sure that I got home safely, he told me are you even listening? He then proceeded to tell me to get out of his store even after I said please can you not talk to me like I'm dumb? I literally have tears down my face. I'm not screaming at all. I'm not doing anything other than looking at this man and asking him to tell me what I can do to make sure that when I get on the highway and at least see. This is THE PLACE to go for windshield wiper blades…read more I looked online and planned to order online but the ones for my car were available in store so I decided to get them rather than wait for shipping. Glad I did since it turns out the blades were listed online as fitting my car but they didn't in reality as the awesome saleswoman let me know. She showed me the adapter for those blades won't work on my car even though they're listed as such online. She showed me the correct blades which saved me lot of frustration an extra trip back to the store and told me to come back for free instillation (I didn't drive the car that needed blades to the store) if I had trouble getting them on. Fortunately, I was able to install them but appreciated the offer. They're super helpful and knowledgeable here and I'll come back when I need anything for the car.

Located in the same shopping plaza as the Lidl and Hmart. So parking is ok. Started off well, just told them my car make, model, year and they gave me some options. Though the employee didn't really help explain the differences among the battery types beyond just pointing out the prices. Good thing I researched beforehand (CCW, reserve capacity, size, etc). Note: that if you want to keep your old battery they will charge you a $22 core fee. Luckily I didn't want my old battery so I got that fee waived. Not sure why they would charge you extra to allow you to keep your own battery?... But then they tried to remove my old battery. My positive terminal clamps are a little corroded so the bolt holding it tight was pretty stuck. The employee noticed when trying to twist, he was bending the copper to the point that the clamps might snap and they didn't carry them in their store. So he told me that I should bring it to a car shop to have them do it..Seeing that he only tried with a basic wrench and not even a ratchet and didn't try holding the other end with pliers or something, I decided it would be best to take to a professional. But since it was Sun, very few shops were open. I ended up trying my luck at another Advance Auto Parts and had better success. Bottomline - come here for parts, not for their 'expertise'

A year later, I had trouble with a rear-end collision sensor. I took the car to the Lexus dealership, and they determined that the wiring harness was frayed. I called Caliber. Steve looked at the video that Lexus provided. He said that my previous collision in all likelihood did not cause this new problem, but because it was unusual, he offered to replace the wiring harness for FREE. I was thrilled! And then Bingo! I see TWO tow trucks sitting on the opposite side of Route 7 blowing and waving and then a call... Steve confirming I'm their target - LOL! I reply in the affirmative and Steve says "we'll be right over". They sent two tow trucks - one to provide safety (as drivers appear to drive in drunken oblivion along that stretch of Route 7). Steve pulls up to load the Bimmer on the flatbed. Fully explains the loading/ towing process and how he'll ensure ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE to the Bimmer. I'm like (COOL!). Offers (and I accept) starting the car and gently loading onto the flatbed. Car taken care of [check]. Next - Steve ensures both my spouse and I have safe transport.
