I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was having some battery issues with my car and stopped by to ask for some help on what I can do to fix it. I showed Jessie a picture of the battery and he recommended the tools thatI needed to clean the corrosion that had formed around the battery. He was very helpful answering any questions that I had. If my car truly had no oil, why was it sitting there for two hours untouched? Out of convenience (and honestly desperation), I gave them another chance a few months later. Same situation. I waited about 40 minutes before they even looked at my car, only to be told again that it had "no oil" and they wouldn't service it. At that point, I left and took it to my longtime mechanic (about an hour away) who quickly diagnosed the real issue: a cracked gasket causing a leak. They fixed it without any confusion or runaround. So now I'm left wondering... why make appointments at all if they don't start on time? And why was the issue never properly identified or explained? Between the long waits, lack of clear communication, and repeated misdiagnosis, I can't recommend this location. It was a complete waste of time and added unnecessary stress. I'll be sticking with Armstrong Auto Care moving forward, they've consistently been reliable, thorough, anddddddd they just opened a sister shop 3 minutes from this pep boys!!

Walmart had better belrand tires, out the door, for $83. The service was good... Sometimes. Managers don't shop up until over 30 minutes after opening to open the doors. There are long lines of cars built up. As always, avoid weekends, but Walmart Autocenter on weekends is like any auto repair minus the attempt at customer service Update. Their the balancing machine was down and they claimed to call me, but I don't have a voicemail or miss call, which could possibly happen. The first lady I spoke with was ridiculously defensive, Linda, who could'vs simply heard about the issue and seek a solution, because I was trying to be clear I'm not attacking her-just laying out the facts. She even promised all these tires are available at each location and Walmart online, which says the tire isn't, is wrong. Lastly, Coral came and assisted me. She didn't try to debate and I respectfully shared the content. So, she honored my request to purchase the tire, provided me a gift card to cover the installation and balance for the hassel, then I went somewhere else to install it quickly...but they sold me the wrong size. Now this is also my fault for not confirming everything, but I thought by saying that I bought 4 of these tires recently and I want the same exact one would do it. So, I left the other shop, spent another 1/2 hour confirming all the details and squared it away. So, again, prices are great, and customer service is 50/50. When they're good, they'll be good, but when they're off, then it's bad.
