On a…read morecar I was considering...400 miles away...Jerry at Top5Mobile Mechanic did not disappoint and came to the rescue! offering a same-day appointment, Jerry's quick response and willingness to accommodate my urgent needs were truly impressive. Jerry arrived promptly and wasted no time diving into the inspection. He conducted a thorough multi-point check, including a code scan and thorough test drive. His attention to detail was evident, as he scrutinized every aspect of the vehicle. What truly sets Jerry apart from other mechanics I've encountered is his honesty and transparency. He explained potential issues in clear terms and provided valuable insights into the vehicle's history and future maintenance needs. Unlike some other mechanics who might try to upsell unnecessary services, Jerry focused on the essential repairs and provided a fair assessment of the vehicle's overall condition. After the inspection, I received a detailed report outlining the findings and recommendations. This report was incredibly helpful in making an informed decision about the purchase. I've had experiences with other mechanics in the past, but none have matched the level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service provided by Jerry at Top5Mobile Mechanical. If you're in need of a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend giving Jerry a call. You won't be disappointed! A Happy, money secured in a solid remote investment. In a 2017 VW Jetta owner!

She had to Call him multiple times after he left her car not working and has yet to respond to her messages or return to fix the issues as he said he would. After Jerry worked on her car it was not operational. He made such a mess there was oil everywhere they charged her 600 dollars to clean it up if he didnt come back and fix it. Please listen too all the other reviews that this man JERRY AGENOR is not professional, not knowledgeable and will cost you more money in the long run. I will update this in a weeks time to let you know if Jerry has cleaned the garage! UPDATE Since I gotta go back and forth with you on yelp. My car was working until you touched it you did not replace my gasket properly and if you knew it was mixed why wouldn't you fix it as a mechanic! You arent making any sense. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and he has not registered his business with FDACS to take payments from individuals. Update Instead of doing the honest thing and rectifying his wrongs!! Jerry has reported my friends account on yelp instead of doing the right thing Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.

I was due for an oil change on my Volkswagen lease, and he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Ryan has a great personality--very charismatic and welcoming. He suggested a few additional services, which I appreciated. I explained that I'll be trading in my lease this summer, and he was very understanding and honest about what made sense for my situation. Truly great customer service. Thank you so much, Ryan, and thanks to the whole team as well. I really appreciate the experience!

READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS....There is a theme here. STAY AWAY…read more This place didn't even get started on my car's oil change, when they broke the dipstick off from its stopper/handle. After an hour of them trying to get the broken dipstick out, the manager asked that I leave my car there for them to be able to free up the bay so as not to get cars backed up and so that their onsite mechanic could spend some time trying to retrieve the dipstick. (The manager offered to order a new dipstick but he said it would take a week or more. I ordered a new one online and got it in two days). The manager called me back in an hour saying they "got the dipstick out" and that I was able to pick up my car. He also said it would fine to drive it without the dipstick. Upon inspection, I saw that there was no dipstick in the opening and no broken dipstick or its handle in sight. I drove home 3 miles and despite what the manager said, I didn't drive it until the new dipstick i ordered came in. When I got the new dipstick, I placed it into the oil opening and when I pulled it out to check the oil reading, the old dipstick, THE ONE THEY BROKE off came out with the new dipstick. (see photo)! Despite being told when I picked it up that they had "taken the broken dipstick out". This was not the case. On top of all of this, I noticed my car was now leaking oil. So I drove it to my mechanic and upon inspection he said there was no leak but oil was covered all over the bottom oil pan and seal. He cleaned off the excess oil and checked the oil and ok'd my car to drive. This was the first and last time I will use this place.

I arrived at 10am for my appointment to get my brakes serviced. I decided to wait with my car…read morebecause when I've changed my brakes in the past it took roughly an hour and change. I didn't think I would be sitting there for 4.5 hours. After the diagnosis and estimate, 40 minutes into my visit, my car just kind of sat in the air with no one actively working on it. About 30 minutes later I finally asked. I'm pretty passive but I was already close to 2 hours in and no sign of any labor being done. I was informed the owner went for a part. The way the waiting area is set up you can see the cars, the attendant, the mechanics, and the managers office. When the owner returned another 30+ minutes later he had food with him and began eating in his office. I can only assume that while getting the piece for my car, he stopped for lunch. I think that was the point when I realized there is absolutely NO sense of urgency at this location. So of course the mechanic who was working on my car decided to take lunch shortly after the owner and the part for my car finally arrived. Again my car is just sitting in the air at this point for 2 hours. I mentioned it to the attendant who said he would ask the other mechanic to switch tasks to finish my car. If I hadn't said anything I imagine my car would've just continued to be a piece of workshop decor. 4 hours later the job is finally done. The attendant tells me that there is a sort of glaze on the brakes that can only be stripped with a high velocity brake, so one of the mechanics takes my car for a "quick lap" around the block. When he returns with my car I noticed he was carrying a WAWAs bag. I was furious. I had waited more than 4 hours, 2 incredibly inconvenient lunch breaks, and now the mechanic had the incredible audacity to go grab lunch IN MY CAR!!! I must've made some kind of face because the mechanic immediately tried to hide the bag and told me he would clean up my interior. I was so angry I hadn't even noticed all the hand prints and dirt all over the driver's side and even the passengers side! He quickly returned with a wet piece of paper towel for my leather interiors. Again I'm pretty passive and relaxed but I was fuming inside. My car smelled like sweat and oil, had greasy black hand prints all over everything, my radio was set to a hip hop station, and my ac was blasting... I couldn't believe this was the way they were giving me back my vehicle. The attendant came over while I was cleaning up (with my own leather wipes from my trunk) to tell me that because his team was behind on work HE TOLD the mechanic to grab something to drink/eat while doing the lap for my brake test. I honestly couldn't find the words to express my anger so I muddled "of course" or something to that effect. I spent $1000 AND 4+ hours waiting, and this was the service! I'm still furious. I never saw the new pads, the axels, or rotors so I can't tell you what brand they are or what they cost on the market. This was my experience. I'm still just at a loss for words at the entire thing.
