This means the title is not clean and will affect your insurance and if you want to get a warranty no company will approve you. Do not believe the phony and fake smiles these are con artists not business men and will take advantage of you in the end. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable place to conduct your business. Do not make the same mistake I did and trust them "Buyer Beware". Also the Jeep had major issues including engine (they repaired it just enough so I wouldn't find out till later). Spent over $12K to get the needed repairs done some of them were the customization they did which took over 3 months just for radio, alarm, and a few other items also they charged me for a kill switch and alarm but never installed the kill switch they said it was part of the alarm but charged me separately and never refunded my money. I normally do not post reviews like this but this has been the worst experience of my life do yourself a favor and just go to Total Off Road & More. If you do not believe me ask around you will see the positive reviews you see on Google do not reflect their reputation which is horrible.

Thank you Interstate battery for NOT taking care of your customers. ***Original Review*** We have always used Interstate Batteries, but our recent experience has been very disappointing. Around Christmas, my husband started having issues with the radio in his Ford truck. We tested the battery at home, and it showed zero voltage. He took it to Interstate to have them test it, and they told him the battery was fine. After continuing to have problems, we took the truck to the Ford Motor Company dealership, and they informed us the issue was the battery. We called Interstate again, and the person my husband spoke with was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We have now had the battery tested twice showing that it's not working properly, yet Interstate continues to say it passes. It's very frustrating when a company stands behind a product that is clearly failing and offers no support to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, we would not recommend using Interstate. Customer service and product reliability matter, and unfortunately, this situation fell short on both.

And settled on getting a brand new one to save some hassle, well the expert Mark sold me another faulty alternator. So after having already spent time and money to uber myself back up there to return and replace it once again. Mark decides and I quote "it's your car not our product, I don't feel right selling YOU another product if you're just going to return it" so after a brief but respectful argument and his coworker Maria stepping in to mediate. I let mark know his job is to sell car parts. Not play diagnoses hero. And end up buying a brand new one out of pocket again because mark refused to refund the faulty product he sold me and also refused to get a manager. I ended up taking the part and vehicle to Universal Auto Mechanics shop and they kindly let me know it was yet another bad product. Luckily they decided to just sell me a new alternator directly and I returned marks faulty product again to the store manager.
