Well, that was easy. Autozone location is very convenient and easy to get to. In the past, I had gone to places further away for my auto needs. Easy parking and a good way to get into the front door. While there, I noticed how clean and orderly all the aisles are. It was actually better to just ask for the items I needed than to wander through the stocked shelves. I was immediately helped at the counter by a friendly staff member, and he actually walked me to the items and helped me pick up the selected products. Good service. He added up and rang up the sale. Then the manager came, and he added me to the Autozone list. I will now receive future promotions and specialty sales. I'm glad to have found this conveniently located Autozone store. read more

I came in On an emergency pick up. My headlights went out. I was coming from corona California which is about an hour away. I got their 10 minutes before closing. The representative helped me with the tools and gave me the headlight lightbulb. I Literally was changing the lightbulb outside the store because I had to drive back. Turns out that Brandon contrer gave me the wrong headlight lightbulb. I had to sleep in my car and wait till the store opens. I'm sure whoever is reading this can Understand that I'm frustrated. The guy sitting in the far right who turns out to be the general manager of the store. His name is Matthew Taylor. I greeted him and said I'm very frustrated. My life was at risk yesterday. He responded to me and said why was your Life at risk. I Explained to him i had to sleep in my car and that that's risky. I showed him what i needed , He then was explaining to me the difference between the bulb I purchased yesterday And the bulb that I needed. I got irritated and said why are you trying to explain this to me. I don't need to know this at that moment, but your employee needs to know this. It's literally a step-by-step computer process. He then said in a condescending tone well if you have a commercial account you should know this. You can imagine my face. I then told him no I don't. He then said that he didn't like the way I was speaking to him. Trying to get out his mistake... trying to blame me. I said I'm speaking to you fine i am just Sounding assertive and that it's not rude. You are sitting here trying to school me and not even apologizing. (Which is baffling to me now that I think about it. He's sitting running a store and I own businessES.) I then asked where is the manager. He then said he was the highest up and then began to laugh. I told him it's not funny and I can't be Believe you are not taking this seriously and that we're done here I will contact your district manager and get an apology. I DID A LONG REVIEW AND IT DID NOT POST FOR SOME REASON . I gave them 2 stars because at first this one guy name JR helped us tested the battery because my car stopped starting last night and today I have to run over to this store location to replace my battery and it is my baby girl 1st birthday Jr helped us picked out the battery and he will help us replace it. After we paid his fucking manager told him to help others customer first because there's a line . So we have to stand to the side and wait , we didn't have any problem with that then jr came out to help us install the battery that was when we realized our terminal is rusty so he said we need to buy a new one . Then his manager reminded him that he needs to take the old battery from us !! Which means we can't leave the store to go to the workshop so they can help us with the terminal replace . So my husband asked if they would let him borrow their tools so we can do it ourselves since we can't leave the store without a battery . Then we couldn't remove the terminal because it's so rusty the worker kept walking back and forth to check to see if we can so they can take our old battery ! Jr tried to help alittle but was t helpful , my husband asked if he have a glove so he can use it since he's bare hands ! That dude was like uh we don't have any ! Then we have to call the workshop to asked them for help! The owner of the workshop told us to use coke ! So we go a head and buy a bottle of coke next door and that Jr guy asked if he can remove the old battery and take it away ! He didn't bother to help us right after . It frustrates me because I know it's not there problem and it's their policy to take the old battery as an exchange but the fucking rude manager walked back and forth passed and never looked at us . So we are pouring coke trying to remove the terminal a worker walked out and we asked him for help he said he recommended to soak the coke for a few mins ! He would help but he's running late . Right now I'm still hanging in the parking lot trying to figure it out and no one is helping . I wouldn't recommend this place , I would go to the one on new land and Westminster they are very helpful . I remembered when I was little my mom and I came and they always do all the work for us because they know we are single mom . He got me set up with some spark plugs and wires, even talked to me about getting a coil for the cylinder that was misfiring. Zachary did all this for me all while a random lady got in front of me and started yelling at him for not having good customer service. He obviously doesn't enjoy his line of work but that's no excuse to not offer proper customer service especially as a manager. Thankfully a young man named Austin was there to provide me service and he did a great job. The manager needs to be retrained before his poor attitude kills the morale of his employees which I got a glimpse of while I watched his communication to Austin. And the further the insult I decided to lighten the mood and say "Good Morning" directly to the manager in a hope that he would get the message and change his attitude and believe it or not he looked directly at me and said nothing in return. When I think peak customer service, this is what I mean. Went in to get some lights for my car that had burnt out. Initial experience was helpful. They got me the 4 lights I needed. On my way out, Phil, asked what I was doing and proceeded to follow me to my car. A job that would have taken me an hour+ took Phil 15 minutes. He got me out and on my way and was incredibly friendly to talk to as well. This will be my go to auto parts company from here on out. I'm really glad I decided to go to this autozone location because the other ones I have experienced have not done right by me. I came here to autozone because my car wouldn't start, and I figured it was because something was wrong with my battery. The associate that helped me, diagnosed my battery with being low on charge and low voltage and recommended i have the battery replaced under warranty. They didn't have any left in stock but told me they could order me one but I had things to take care of and needed my car to drive, so I opted to go to the nearest autozone that had one. He gave me the address to the Anaheim location and was kind enough to help jump start my car outside. Once I arrived to the Anaheim location everything went downhill. I kindly asked to speak with a manager to see if he could help me with my battery situation. As soon as he came out he looked like he didn't want to help me. I began explaining my situation and he cut me off and told me "that store should have called me, I don't think I can help you, we close in 1 1/2 hours" I told him I'd make it fast and that I just needed a 10mm socket to get the battery out so he could test it, even though I just tested it at the other location. He told me that they didn't have any tools, which I find very hard to believe and he proved me right because after I told him I would bring it right back, he suddenly found the socket. I brought the battery to him and he tested it only to say it's fine even though I just had to jump start my car 3 times in the last day. Every time I turned my car off, I would need a jump start to get it running again. He began to give me more attitude as we continued our conversation to the point where I just gave up on trying to convince this manager that I needed help. He refused to help me and was very combative. Luckily someone in the parking lot was nice enough to jump start my car so I could get home. The next day I brought my battery into the HB location by my house and met the manager Nick. It was such a breath of fresh air to be able to speak to someone who actually cared and was helpful. I explained to him my situation and he kindly agreed to help me solve my troubles without any hesitation. He immediately ordered me a new battery and told me it would be here the next day. Not even 12 hours later I got a call letting me know that my battery was ready for pick up! I came in and Nick was there to help me get it all figured out. I'm very grateful for everyone that helped me at this HB location, everyone there was kind and very helpful. I appreciate the manager going above and beyond to make me happy. I will be coming back to this location as they have earned my business. I encourage anyone else who is looking to get car parts or anything to come here. Man, this is going to be a long review... I went to Valvoline to get my battery swapped out (because my car was glitchy and didn't want to turn on but the battery wasn't 100% dead) they told me the battery was fine and to go to the dealership because it was the positive termal that had to be replaced. I left called Honda and they quoted me at more than $1,000. Drove over to autozone to see if I could do something about it... I walked in went to the battery area and looked at the replacement terminals, Brandon, asked if I needed help and offered to take a look at the battery terminals to narrow down our selection. He then noticed that we wouldn't be able to switch anything out without cutting wires (which I didn't want). Mario came outside and confirmed that it would require cutting wires but maybe we could tighten the termal with a new bolt. Then Keyara came outside and suggested a shim for the termal and to my luck it worked. Brandon and Keyara helped fix this issue for me and provided me good laughs while doing it. They did all the hard work & were so nice about it. These 3 just saved me over $1,000 and I couldn't thank them enough. When I offered a tip they asked for a review instead. I have never been more pleased with an Autozone in my life. Please go there and ask for these 3 to help you. You'll never be in better hands (not even with Allstate.) read more
