dont even bother, as they are all either rude or just incompetent. oh, where to start. let's see...i brought my bosche battery here because my car wasnt starting and the battery was totally drained from trying to start it. I figured if nothing else I could at least test battery to make sure the batteries battery wasn't the cause of my issues. I'd see a commercial about how their experts would be happy to test a battery and stuff anytime. Well, needless to say, I went in there, and the person working in the counter, looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language when I asked if they could test my battery to make sure that it wasn't my battery that was dead and then it was something else and so he goes and get some tester and reports back how there's no charge and I'm like "yeah I know that, but is it able to hold a charge?" and he looks at me with a dumb stare like again I'm speaking a foreign language. Regardless, I end up basically donating my boesch batteries and buying one of their batteries off the shelf there. Why do I say donating? Because of course I get home put the battery in and it still is not starting so it's not the battery that's bad since I have a brand new one of theirs that I really didn't want instead of my OEM boesch battery. Fast-forward to three years and I start having more issues with my car not starting so again I'm trying to rule out the battery as this battery doesn't seem to be holding a charge after only three years. Once again, I end up replacing the battery with a brand new one only to find out that it still isn't starting so it probably wasn't the battery but whatever now I have another brand new battery that I don't really want. Here's where it's good, I go to get the core deposit back for the original battery of theirs that I bought that I didn't want and I was faced with nothing but rude and just unimaginable horrible customer service from who is the manager working in the story at the time. From the moment I walk in there and they hear that I want a court deposit. I am met with nothing but attempts of trying to deem me in eligible to get a court deposit. "Well it's gotta be done in 90 days..." is the kind of stuff I hear from the manager. Here's the best part, is I originally had purchased the first battery myself and put it on one of my credit cards, the second battery I was in a bind and my father in attempts of helping me out quick had me put it on his card so I didn't have to worry about it because I was in a hard place financially at the time. Oh boy did this just completely mess everything up because I didn't have my original receipt for the battery from 3 1/2 years ago and apparently they were unable to look it up in their computer. OK it just happens. I have my laptop on me as my phone was dead.... do they have Wi-Fi I can quick hop on in search out this receipt so that we can get this $20 or whatever it is refunded to me? No, of course not. So I have to go out and basically Ward drive to find a Wi-Fi signal in the area businesses surrounding the store so I can finally get on a free Wi-Fi and searching my email for the receipt for the original battery. 15 minutes later I finally get it all tracked down and go back into the store and once again just rude attitude while I go and track down the receipt for this thing. So what is the manager finally do he finally gives me the court deposit back but he refund it to my dad's credit card why the hell would you do that when it was on the original battery that I purchased on my credit card that makes absolutely no sense and even more so he could not even ask me if that was the preferred method of receiving this deposit back he just took it upon himself to do it without asking. And then when I questioned him in doing so he looked at me and snapped at me like I was some idiot, and it was a ridiculous question to ask. Never again will I set foot anywhere near the store as they're just incompetent rude and I'm still pissed that I gave them even a dollar of my money in the past. read more

My battery ran out on my key fob and I couldn't get it open. I headed to AutoZone for help. Turns out it is a sticky little key fob but Tony was able to help. He opened the fobs and I was able to replace batteries for both keys. $14 later they're working like new. Thanks for the help!!! read more

My headlight had burned out so I went in to buy a new one. Blaze, the kind associate, looked up which bulb would fit, then went to get it for me. That alone was amazing, but then he asked if I needed any help putting it in, which was ridiculously nice of him, but I watched a YouTube tutorial so I was good to go. Headed home only to find the bulb didn't fit in the socket! So back to AutoZone to get a different bulb... Tony, the Manager, was at the register when I came back in and I showed him how the bulbs were different. Yeah, I accidentally removed the high beam bulb instead of the headlight! ‍ Tony walked me back outside to my car, put the high beam bulb back in, and then installed my new bulb into the correct socket and place! Both Blaze and Tony renewed my faith in humanity AND kindness today. They were both helpful, kind, and never condescending nor dismissive. They didn't have to go the extra mile to help me like that, but they didn't have, and to say I sincerely appreciate them and AutoZone is an understatement! read more

I come here all the time with my partner. They're pretty rude and not helpful. They also said the jacks are final sale although it was never opened or used. Overall, I just started going to O Reillys down the street. The Asian dude and younger Hispanic dude are the rude ones. Managers aren't helpful either. They need to be retrained. read more

I bought a car battery and when the guy brought it out, it noticed it was significantly smaller than my original battery. He said it was fine, so I figured he knows more than me about cars. This was NOT the case! The battery bounced around in while I was driving and the terminal end flew off. I had to go deal with fixing that and then having to go back! Such a waste of time. My boyfriend and I visited a local AutoZone looking for advice on a stinky car issue due a rodent that got in but couldn't get out. All of the employees were friendly, and one of them took ownership of the issue. He spent about 45 min with us, very carefully searching for the source of the problem. Rather than going into specific detail, we just wanted to take this opportunity to recognize exceptional service! The employee's name was Paul. Turns out he is the store manager.
