I have been coming to DDM tuning for the past 6 years and getting their Saber ProX 55W LED every two years because one of the LEDs always goes out right after the two year warranty. I swear they would each break at the 2 year and 3 month mark, or somewhere close. Justin recommended me to get their HID kits due to lifetime warranty. Not only was it cheaper, hopefully it lasts longer than 2 years and 3 months. In addition, Justin even helped install the new HID and ballasts onto my car for me! Ordered a set of clear front reflectors to replace the orange ones on my car. Unfortunately, one of the lenses popped free from the backing when I went to install them. No complaints so far. Guy at the front desk is pretty knowledgeable. He advised me to stick with HIDs since I didn't have HIDs and not to convert. The LEDs he gave me are very bright and so much better than halogen bulbs. I later went back for yellow LED fog lights Crisp cut off lines Yellow LED fogs leave a cool light yellow tint If you have a grand Cherokee you'll have to take the rubber seal around the bulb in order for them to latch on Hoping that doesn't cause any issues Edit: I had the rubber seal on backwards. I have been going to DDM tuning for quite some time, back when they used to be in northern HB. I always liked the decent pricing and relatively expected quality of LED's, though my like was availability and that they would warranty their products. Over the years they have changed much of their warranty coverage as expected. Prices go up and business needs to run. On the other foot is customer service. I have noticed this has not always been the best but have seen this teeter with prices and are prices getting higher. Other side I wish they would allow for at least store credit for parts that are still under warranty. I purchased LED headlights that are under their two year. Had them just over a year when I noticed them flickering. Went to see what my options were figuring I would get some credit toward new or different purchase and was disappointed and told I could buy the new model with a now built in mini fan. Ok so options are to get free replacement bulb. Or spent twice what I did a year ago for the same bulb with a small fan and no discount? I decided to take my replacement bulb , was given a bulb that looked used with scratches and was told they don't sell used bulbs. It has scratches, it was used for something. I just wanted one that was not scratched, so on the third attempt and an audibly annoyed sigh. I was brought box to choose my bulb. THANKS, your parents raised you well. So the best part I can choose who I do business with and can choose how I would like to be treated as a loyal customer. My hope is that others get to live through my experience and make their choices. Maybe DDM management will provide training on customer service. Maybe the gentlemen may read this post and think how the shoe might fit on the other foot, or learn to treat people in general with respect. read more

Take my words for it, don't go to them. Their quality sucks and they do NOT last. You'll have to keep coming back to them to replace overpriced low quality LEDs and they won't honor it if you keep coming back to them even though it's still under the warranty period. Their headlights are low quality and don't last. Mine failed right after the warranty is up, so that's a huge waste of money. Go to Lasfit. LASFIT LEDs are FAR BETTER than this place.
