I go purchase them and while this older gentlemen is going to get the item for me, "Roger" comes from behind one of the back aisle, and asked "Am I being helped ". I said yes I am. So I pay for the whippers, than I ask "Can I have roger help put them on for me". Keep in mind he just asked me if I needed to be helped 1min ago. I can see him in the back aisle doing nothing. He tells the older gentleman that is ringing people up, when he asked him to do it, that " He never said he would put them on himself". When it is his job to assist and HELP! Especially when "ROGER WASEN'T EVEN DOING ANYTHING AT ALL. YET HE WANTED TO TURN AWAY FROM HELPING EVEN WHEN HE JUST ASKED ME IF I NEED HELP AND WHEN I DID HE MADE A PISS POOR REASONING TO NOT HELP, SO THAN WHAT IS HE GETTING PAID FOR? Than the older gentlemen went back to ringing people up, and the woman that works there took the initiative to say" ILL DO IT". Even when she was busy finishing ringing people up. After she was done I looked back in the store window and "Roger" was still standing around doing nothing. For him to come to work and only want to clearly just answer the phone and ringing people up, but forget to do the other half of the job which is going outside and give assistance like he's paid to do, and than wants to pick and choose what he does, than while everyone else is occupied he wants to hand things off on them with is not ok!!! To the woman that works here that is going over and beyond and doing what the men get paid to do and should do and can do and rather she's busy or not she seeks to help. "Roger" iS lazy as hell, he's not a good team member, and to say he never said he was going to do it but he said "YEAH WE CAN" which he ment the people that work there and last time I checked, HE WORKS THERE!! Receipt in Hand, Warranty Denied. Buyer Beware…read more Very disappointed with DFW Truck & Auto Accessories. We purchased a set of SUSPA C16-02622 shocks from this store in May 2026. I have the original receipt, and the part number on the shocks matches the receipt. The shock failed within the one-year warranty period. My husband took it to the store and was turned away. I then called and spoke with the manager, who said we could have purchased the shock somewhere else. We did not purchase another set anywhere else, we purchased these from them and have the receipt to prove it. The manager said they could not accept the shocks because they don't sell that brand and have nowhere to send them for a warranty claim. However, the receipt clearly lists SUSPA as the manufacturer, and SUSPA is also identified on the stickers on the shocks. The manager also questioned the scratches and wear on the shocks. They are installed on a work truck, so normal wear is expected. The issue is that the shock failed during the warranty period, not that it looks new. Despite having proof of purchase and a matching part number, our warranty claim was refused. My advice to anyone shopping here: keep your receipts, pictures of your parts, and document everything. I would even recommend taking a picture at the time of purchase showing the item being handed to you. That way, you have additional proof if you're later told, "You could have purchased this somewhere else." Based on our experience, I would think twice before purchasing anything here that you may need warranty support for.
