Sunday, 01-18-2026 @10:45 AM, I placed an order for pick up with AutoZone. Located at 19715 Pacific Hwy. 99 Suite B Lynnwood WA, 98034. I received an email stating that it was received, and I would receive another email when it was ready for pickup. I ordered 3 item and had the expectation that it would be ready within the hour or so. Well, that didn't happen, and it was getting close to me having other errands that I needed to get to that morning. I decided that I've put off hitting the road waiting on Autozone, to get my order ready. So I decided that I would pop into the AutoZone to see if my order was ready, even though I never received a confirmation. I entered the store, greeted aggressively, and explained that I placed an online order, prepaid for pick up. This is 2:00 PM mind you, He then get in the computer, verifies my order and then precedes to fill it, only after I just showed up. This tells me, that the online orders aren't an inclining of a priority, nor was there an acknowledgement of the 3 hrs of the order being place, and fulfilled only because I actually came into the store to get what I paid for. Of course, I received that confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup after I showed up to retrieve my purchase. read more

The store looks really small but they actually have a decent selection of items. Customer service is not very good. Nobody asked me if I needed any help, even though I passed several employees. Check out was really slow too. They need at least two dedicated cashiers with other staff dedicated to finding parts and helping customers. My boyfriend works on his car, so we decided to go here for parts. The first time we came in, there were two employees talking with each other. Neither seemed happy to be working there, an older white man with a mustache and a younger black man. The younger man who rang up my boyfriend didn't talk to us at all even while ringing our stuff up. He just talked to his coworker about how tired he was because he only got two hours of sleep. He was scowling while ringing up our stuff. Fast forward to today. My boyfriend is returning some items he wound up not needing to replace on his car that he bought online. The same older white man with the mustache and glasses looks at him carrying his box of returns in and says "wrong items?" almost condescendingly. When my boyfriend says no, he just doesn't need those parts the man starts taking the stuff out of the box, and gave us an 8 minute talk about how it's better not to order things online because it takes hours away from the store employees and that its a huge hassle to return things because they have to ship it all back to Tennessee. He was trying to make my boyfriend feel bad about buying online. Well guess what? Maybe we like buying stuff online because we don't have to deal with employees like you. Autozone has the potential to be great but not all of the employees know their basic customer service skills and this is too bad. TL;DR- The employees here are here to barely perform the basic human functions of their job. Do not expect a smile, a greeting, or an inquiry on if you need help. I've gotten better customer service at Walmart. We won't be back. read more

Can't believe it. I walk in, 3 workers at the counter talking to one another, no customers. I walk past them, no greeting, look for things, walk slowly past them to leave after looking. Still not 1 greets me or says a thing. Someone else as I'm leaving walks in turns round after a less than a minute and walks out. No other auto parts store is like this that I've been into. This is the worst type of service, like we're just here to be paid, not to help anyone. Ferio assisted me in finding the battery that would hold up during winters. I wasn't expecting this, but we walked out to my car, removed my old battery and installed the new one for me. This place awful. I mistakenly a brought in a defective O'Reilly battery thinking it was Autozone. "That's not ours bro," the Latino clerk said. Ugh. I lifted it back into my car and the car wouldn't turned over. I went back in "we can't charge that and I have no jumpers. O'Reilly is two blocks up the road - they are LONG blocks." WTF?! Offered no help even though it says "free battery charging in less than one hour" on the window. The other blonde employee could have cared less, her back turned to customers and scowled at me when I came in a second time. I had to lug a battery two "LONG" blocks up to O'Reilly. I was greeted there, immediately helped and checked my warranty information. What a difference! I'll never come back to this location... People are factors in service / retail and these employees at Autozone Shoreline are the worst sort: uncaring, unsympathetic and unconscionable. read more

Nice chain auto parts store. This time they did not have what I was looking for, but store assistants were nice. Why 3 stars only. Well my husband called them in advance and asked them if they had that part for my car. When we came, they had that part but it was not good for my car. They could ask him how many prongs we need for my part and they did not ask. I am glad it was near to us, otherwise we would waste a lot of time and gas by coming there. read more

Avoid like the plague. They refuse to process returns within 90 days, even when the receipt states they will, as long as the item wasn't used. Mind you, this appears to be the only AutoZone that does so, so this review reflects on this location, not the company. read more

They were so rude here, they wouldn't let borrow the tools I needed to fix my car but the one in shoreline does, all shoreline does is take my ID and they hand over the tools with great customer service. This location said they would have to charge me $60 to use one car wrench for a few minutes. Then I walked out and one of the guys said I'll let you use it for $50! I just shook my head and walked out. Never coming back, kind of ruined my day with their horrible service. read more

The person argued we me about what i needed, so finally he realized i was right then got me the part. I bring it home and realize its for a bigger truck. I concur with many of the previous negative reviews. Customer service was poor. I got a lot of sighs and hurumphs, with a side of "I couldn't care less that you are giving us business" attitude. The gentleman acted like I was hassling him. I knew what I needed and wasn't there Long and was not a high maintenance customer. I will easily avoid this location in the future and head the mile or two down the street to the other autozones and Oreillys. I stopped there on my way home today in order to pick up some wiper blades. The woman in front of me seemed to have a language barrier, and asked the salesperson for help in getting wiper blades herself. He acted put out and said that he didn't have time to help her. She understood that, and promptly left. Next up was me. I told him I needed wiper blades too. I got the same reply. I wasn't asking for him to install them, I only needed him to look up the part and sell them to me. Can't be bothered to take my money, either. Will never shop there.
