Not to sound corny, but I feel like a family member when I walk in. Lol. Everyone I've encountered has treated me with friendliness, respect and professionalism (Ok, there is a bit of humor thrown in too). The car processes have gone smoothly and they have always been under the prices of the other dealers. The service dept has always tried to accommodate my needs. One time I was worried about a short hesitation while driving, and when I called, they told me to come right down to make sure the car was safe to continue driving it. Bobbi has been my salesperson. She has an upbeat, amazing personality. She cares about the sale, but takes the time to get to know who you are and what your needs are. Watch out for her dry sense of humor. Ask her for a good recipe too. Lastly, if you need a quick vacation, the property has a beautiful water view that you can see from the deck-yes, I said deck. You can sit on the deck, along the water or inside-where the treats are. Overall, it's a beautiful environment. I forgot- If you refer someone, you get a nice check in the mail to use for future use. They were very transparent about what was actually needed vs. what would be easier to DIY. Overall, pretty good experience with the service department. Now, for the not so great. The body shop. The quoting was vague, obscenely overmarked, and they were unwilling to even try to work something out for both parties. They didn't want to take the job from the start, but instead of being professionals and simply saying they only really work on insurance claims; they decided to fabricate a bs quote. Don't take your car here if you want body work done, but they are still relatively good for general repair/maintenance.

Gentleman at the counter was wonderful help, he plugged in a scan tool to look for codes. When that one didn't pull up anything he tried another scanner, all the while standing patiently in a freezing cold parking lot. When THAT one didn't produce a result he advised I have a mechanic do a more detailed diagnostic, possible an ECM issue. Didn't try to sell me a battery, or cat cleaner. So nice to have CAR guys, not just SALES people, at this store.

Mopar had a package to get 2 oil changes for $100.. yup all over that. My service advisor was Mike F & he is awesome! I mentioned that my key fob needed battery and immediately took care of it for me & replaced it. I have some warranty work that needs to be done and he had technician look at and he ordered the parts. Unfortunately they no longer sell Fiats so they can't do it there but he went so far as to call where I did buy the car and had them order the parts. First class guy who offered first class service! They work on all cars so call and talk to my new friend Mike and they will make sure they have the oil you need!
