Buyer Beware! I purchased a used Ford vehicle from Key Chevrolet and was sold their 3rd party warranty. Was told it was their best warranty they offer and the vehicle was covered bumper to bumper with the exception of normal wear and tear and that I would only be responsible for the $100 deductible per event. When asked if I could bring it to a Ford dealership closer to home, they said absolutely, the warranty is accepted at all dealerships nationwide. With that being said, my vehicle has a transmission issue and the driver's side heated seat is not working. The Ford dealership contacted the warranty company and was told the heated seats weee not covered and basically that they only pay a certain rate and that they had to reuse the old nuts and bolts for the transmission not new ones. WHAT! Whoever heard of such a thing. They were also not fully covering the transmission repair. This is a mechanical issue not normal wear and tear. I contacted Key Chevrolet regarding this issue because I purchased their "best warranty they offer" and was told that I would only be responsible for my $100 deductible per event and that is why I purchased the extended warranty when buying the vehicle from them. I told them that they should stand by a warranty that they sell. When it was sold to me I asked numerous times about different possible things that could occur and if they were covered, including transmission and heated seats and was told yes, absolutely you would just be responsible for the $100 deductible. Well that is completely false since I am now not only responsible for my $100 deductible but an additional $793 that the warranty company will not cover. This is a total misrepresentation of a product that was sold to me by them. Their response was basically too bad so sad that's the way it is. If you don't like it you can cancel the warranty and get a prorated amount back. Really, exactly what kind of response is that!!! So I should get a prorated amount back and owe more money?! When you sell people something be honest with them and tell them exactly what they are getting! I want other people to know this so they do not have to go through what I am going through. This is absolutely unacceptable! read more

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone we were having simple new tires put on my husbands business dump truck the technician didn't secure vehicle properly in the lift damage was $7,500 to the truck the dealership paid to have it fixed but the amount of money my husband lost in business really hurt us it took over two weeks to fix I was told to setup with the auto body place the best time for us to be without the truck you know when is the best time to be without a business vehicle?... never , we need it all the time very very disappointed in this place will never return or never recommend I would give negative stars if I could read more

This business ran an ad on Facebook looking for interest in a sale. I noted that I was interested and laid out all my criteria and qualifications. The business messaged me and informed me of their procedure and asked when I'd like to set up an appointment. I informed them that I was not interested in one of their new cars, and that their used lineup did not contain a vehicle I was interested in, and as a result I would have to pass. I then typed another message saying that if they do happen to get one of 2 models in, I would be interested in buying it. When I tried to send that message, I found that I was blocked. To block someone because they are not interested in your current deal is bad business, speaks fathoms about the quality of their business, and warranted this review - which will not be taken down under any circumstances. Honestly I have never had to deal with such unprofessional people in my life. I purchased a car from this dealership within a week the light ballast went and the door panel fell off. I brought it back to the dealership and got it fixed. A week later the engine began to leak oil everywhere it was such a bad leak that it went all the way back to the rear driver whee, the alternator was completely caked on and covered in dry oil. I called the dealership and explained what was going on and after bringing in they determined the cam shaft covers were bad. The dealership tried to charge me $1,000 for the covers because it was not covered under the warranty although I had literally just purchased the vehicle from the a few short weeks before. After the dealership returned the car to me I had all sorts of lights in the dash, check engine and the start stop was flashing like crazy. I was told at that point to take the car to another dealership to get it fixed because they didn't want me to drive all the way back to their dealership and they also told me they wouldn't have a tech to fix my car for a few days. So being that I commute and hour to work daily I had no choice but to go to another dealership and get it fixed. Upon bringing it to this other dealership the techs there were able to find the problem and the issue was that all of the censors and wiring for the cam shaft replacement were left unplugged. I got a ton of pictures from them to show the dealership that completed the work. At that point I called the dealership and explained everything and how I had to pay money out of pocket to get my car repaired when they created the issue to begin with. The manager Brion that I had been trying to reach for weeks was avoiding me at all cost. I left messages everyday with his service department and his sales department and the man never called me back. finally I called in the middle of the day and to my surprise he pick up the phone. After explaining everything Brion explained that he was going to get me a refund for the money I spent and that he would stay in touch just incase the alternator went he would take care of it being that it was completely caked with oil. Three weeks latter and no word from Brion. He has completely disappeared from the planet. I have sent him multiple emails because he claimed that the only way to get a hold of him is through email. I have called the dealership and every time I call he tells the sales team to tell me that he is with someone and that he will call me back yet he never does. I have tried to get a corporate phone number from the sales team and they are all refusing to give me a number. I have taken the names done of the unhelpful team they have there in hopes to report them for refusing to give me simple information. I now am left having to get a lawyer involved because they are all hiding and not taking any accountability and it is honestly a joke at this point. Please DO NOT buy any car from this dealership any issues that you have will resort in them not being helpful or fixing the issue. this is a disgusting and terrible sales team that works here. read more

The knowledge that I have gained from owning a EV is better than the knucklehead dealership I purchased my car from. When looking into upgrading my car, he even broke down the pros and cons of going from a Bolt or sticking with Volt and brought me up to sales to speak with a knowledgeable sales rep. Would give 5 starts except for when making an early morning appointment, I was 45-min earlier than what was scheduled by their computers even though the text and email reminders said something different. I live in Boston, so I drove 2+hours with my fingers crossed. I spoke to Stanley on the phone, on my way to Jackson. When I arrived, Stanley had the truck and paperwork ready to go, but because it was newly listed, they had not yet received the title. Stanley worked diligently to get the title as soon as possible, and to get the truck in my hands. He did an outstanding job staying in communication with me throughout the process and even called me after I had the truck to make sure I was a happy customer. I keep my cars for a long time and usually choose them for specific reasons, so I buy exactly what I want when I buy new. I'm picky, and I expect to buy what I want, not what someone wants to sell me. Stanley worked very hard to first search for a leftover 2016 exactly as I wanted, and then ordered me a 2017. When we towed in our vehicle, and the front desk agent curtly asked if we had an appointment. We said no, we did not know that we had to make appointments. The front desk agent somewhat rudely suggested that it would take several days to fix the vehicle after explaining the issues. We said we did not care, we just want it fixed. Then he continued to be use a mildly rude tone while stating the car may be ready by next day. The day we picked it up, the same front desk agent seemed to be in a completely different mood, much friendlier and patient. I recognize on the first day that it was early morning, but unfortunately dealing with people's car issues at any time of the day is part of the job. When you got to the dealership we were told by someone else, not Joe that the car was just sold. How could you have sold the car "5" minutes ago when we had an appointment. Asked for a oil change and was quoted a what I thought was a really good price. Asked what kind of oil they use and the service lady told me it's they only use synthetic. That's good right. So I get my oil change. I leave a happy camper. Go to a different Chevrolet dealership to get different work done and I tell them I got a good price on a oil change at this place. Show them the service receipt and they tell me that Jackson Chevrolet put regular plain Jane oil in my high mileage car instead of the synthetic oil they said that is all they use. Even better the new Chevrolet dealership said the part number of the oil they put in my car is a old old part number that isn't even used anymore. I have had multiple negative experiences with the customer service at the service department. After the first bad experience I thought I'd give them another chance hoping it was just a bad day for them but they continued to show no care or respect for their customers. Each time they kept me waiting FOREVER after my car is ready, they didn't even bother to let me know it was done just left me waiting around. Furthermore they always have trouble processing the payments and then told me they can't even print a receipt. The mechanics did a fine job on my car but the service desk is driving customers away. SHOCKED!!!! I bought a $4000 used car with 82,000 miles (which was originally sold from Jackson Chevrolet) last July for my 17 yr. old son. I should have known the car was TERRIBLE. I had to take it back for some repairs twice within the first month and a half (the salesman kept telling me how great the car is). When I had my mechanic change the oil for the first time he found a mouse nest in the air filter that he said was there for a while. Long story short, after having the car about 9 months, putting in over $2000 in repairs and ONLY 5,000 miles, I am done putting in any more money to this car. I recently found out it needs a complete valve job (it is burning so much oil) so I decide to go back to the dealership to be heard. I had all the invoices for the repairs I had done and both the salesman and manager said they could do nothing! They said when you buy a car for "only" $4000 you should expect some problems to come up. I get it, but not over $2000 worth of repairs??? If it was "only" $4000 how bout giving me back a portion of it????? Now my son is out of a car and looking for something new. read more

I visited Jackson Chevrolet on 12/5/17. Within 7-8 minutes of being there to drop off my vehicle for service, I was yelled at and embarrassed in front of several people, both customers and staff by Wayne in the service department. I was dropping off my Equinox and picking up a loaner. Wayne offered me a pick up truck, asking "Do you mind taking a pick up truck" where I replied "I'd prefer not to" Wayne became very upset and aggressive, huffing and puffing, tossing papers and telling me I needed to calm down. He then told me if I didn't want the pick up truck I'd have to go get gas for the loaner myself which prompted me asking "I've had this appointment for a week, why is a car not ready for me?" and he ignored me....... I asked "Excuse me, are you ignoring me?" and that's when I received the worse customer service experience ever. I was yelled at! Yelled at to "relax", "wait a second", "calm down" while patiently waiting in line with other customers. I was there all of 15 minutes at this point, which as I expressed, was not long enough to be upset with the wait. It was 9am and I was there for 15 minutes, at no point was I impatient yet, I was not there long enough! I asked for a manager, which Tim came to "handle" the situation. Essentially, nothing was done. Tim was focused on "getting me out of there" and "dealing with Wayne later" which was a total disregard to my experience. read more
