Jim trouble shot the issue, found the issue, and gave me the easiest and most cost effective solution. I was fully informed, and felt confident in their advice, and got my car back in no time. It feels great having a good, reliable and honest car mechanic that I can rely on. Highly recommend!

I pulled over and liquid was spraying everywhere over the engine. I added water, said a prayer, and endured a white knuckle ride along steep mountain roads with nowhere to pull over and no cell service. Thankfully I made it to the hotel in Gatlinburg where the rest of the coolant poured out of the car into the parking lot. I called Tony the next morning after checking out their reviews and he told me to drop the car off which I did at 10 AM. A few how hours later he had it diagnosed as a burned hole in a coolant hose caused by rubbing against the radiator due to poor design. I authorized fixing it and by 2 o'clock he had me back on the road for an extremely fair price. You do not want to pay dealer prices and these guys are very reasonable. I worked in a mechanics shop for 20 years so I know honest mechanics and Tony and Jim are it. If you have a problem with your vehicle in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville take it here. These are the guys to go to. I couldn't be happier. PS. Made it back to Florida after driving straight through for 12 hours with no problems. Thanks again guys.

Seeing that they were open until 10:00pm, I was able to carefully drive to their facility. They said they would look at my car first thing in the morning. I couldn't believe they would be open and working on Memorial day. I rented one of their autos and made it back to the hotel. I returned the next morning and they already had started working on what might be wrong. Dennis, the lead mechanic was wonderful to work with. Dennis said enjoy Pigeon Forge and we will call you as soon as we know what the problem was. At10:00 am I got a call that it was what I thought it was the transmission. I was given several options and they went above and beyond. In fact they found a transmission near by and gave a check to an employee who lived near the supply business to pick up the transmission on his way to work. Again this is Memorial Day and as we enjoyed our day in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg as they removed the transmission in preparation to install first thing Tuesday. We again enjoyed the next day and got a call from Dennis at 1:00pm that our car was. They went over everything and kept me informed every step of the way. We didn't loose a day and even though we thought we were gonna be stranded way past the holiday weekend, this company went above and beyond to make sure everything worked into our schedule. I highly recommend them!!!!!

We went to an AutoZone who recommended them but there were no guarantees it would get done that day since it was a Sunday and they were the only place open. They are located at the end of a neighborhood and were servicing 4-5 customers before us, but they were able to get to it that day. Turns out, it was a rats nest in my friends car and they were chewing on various connectors that were causing misfires. While it was such a random occurrence and a bad situation, this mechanic was very friendly and quoted extremely fair prices to resolve her issues. The prices were much fairer than anything I've seen in my own mechanic, and they work very quickly. They were able to clear out the nest that same day and are just waiting to get some parts when the dealership opens today. Overall, great service!!

I made it out of the Cove and stopped in Townsend trying to decide what I needed to do. I finally decided to try to make it back to Gatlingburg which I did. On Tuesday morning I got up and drove to Pigeon Forge and had a diagnostic done at O'Reilly which showed it was Coil F which means Coil 6. I then decided to get a second reading so went to Auto Zone and they got the same reading. A guy there then recommended and gave me a card for Carr's. In the mean time I had called my local mechanic from 3 hrs away and sent him the readings from both places which was identical. It said it sounded like he was probably mis firing which the guy at Auto Zone had also said. He advised me to try to get it fixed even though he was worried that some one would take advantage of me since I was a woman alone and from out of town. I called Carr's to see if they couldn't could help me. They said yes, but they probably wouldn't be able to get it done That afternoon, it would probably be the next day. I took my car there arriving approx 2:00 pm April 28th. I was astounded by one of the wrecker guy that was at the front was mouthing about how sorry one of their competitor wreckers were and how slow they were. I didn't like that. It was so unprofessional. The girl at the front desk took my info and even took us to get a rental car. She was very nice. After getting the rental we headed for the mountains thinking it would be the next day before we head from them. We were at this point without phone service. When we got phone service it was 5:05pm and I saw we had received a voice mail at 3:11 pm that the car was ready. I was shocked. Needless to say they were closed until 8:00 am the next Morning April 28th. At 8:05 I called to make sure the car was ready and it was. I went to pick it up and even though I was shocked at the high cost I paid and we left. We trustingly thought everything would be fine. We went towards the mountains again and drove only 20 to 25 miles and the same diagnostics appeared again. I was so frustrated and got to thinking that wait a minute!! They charged me for three hours labor and it was only an hour and 15 minute between the time is left my car and the time they called me back. There was no way they worked on it 3 hours. Plus they had charged me $130 for a a coil that cost $109. I called to tell them my car was not fixed and it had the same diagnostic they claimed to have fixed. That they had stolen from me once but they would not get another chance to. They made no comment. My ticket they gave me showed they had put a number 6 coil on. I just took it easy and made it back home to my mechanic. He checked everything out and They had not put a #6 coil on. They had moved the #2 and put a Coil on the #4. He said what they did could have been done in 5 minutes. Why the even messed with the #2 & #4 we do not know. Please don't trust you vehicle or money to these crooks. They are unreliable. My car is now fixed correctly and running perfect at a cost of little more than a $100.

Kind of out there in the middle of very little traffic activity. I was in Asheville 75 miles away. Our AAA NC couldn't seem to help, (Guess what I ain't renewing.... :) ), when it seemed that all she needed was a patch and a refill. After calling everyone that google was spitting up, (and almost getting scammed by a firm in NJ out of $255.00. .) we wasted 3.5 hours, calling , I felt like we had running out of options, and my wife was going to walk 7 miles to a gas station that was hopefully open 24/7 for a can of fix a flat, I tried the google search for local roadside assistance one more time. Rowe Towing finally showed up on the list. After calling, Carter and Joe were there in less than 25 minutes, They bent heaven and earth to get my family home, that late at night, with flood warnings and torrential rain coming and going. Carter and Joe are an absolute Godsend in a horribly stressful situation, and I'm eternally grateful for them. Incredibly professional, kind, and very helpful. I'd recommend these folks anytime anywhere! The tire puncture(s), were a bit more complicated than a simple nail, and God bless them, they did everything they could to get my family safely on the road, including going to Sevierville at 2:00 in the morning for a tire for our wounded vehicle. You guys are forever in my debt! Google needs to put them on the top of the list when you search for Dandridge TN roadside repair! Well worth the price, which was very reasonable for the service delivered.
