Do not absolutely use the service do not give them your business do not recommend this business Went to that business on 12 4 2025. And had the worst racist attitude I did nothing wrong I just wanted them to check the pressure in my tire cuz it wasn't coming up right. I was ignored I was offended I was snickered at I was told white people are not welcome here. All I did was come in there to get some help. I would trust them I wouldn't believe them I wouldn't use them and it wouldn't recommend them either. I hope they don't come to my neck of the woods you'll see how they'll get treated. I wonder if they're here legitimately or maybe I should call him immigration maybe ice. I do know people that work for immigration and ice. They really went out of there way on price and ended up staying over an hour past closing to get us all fixed up.

We were visiting from out of town and ran over a screw that poked a hole in our tire. These guys were 10 minutes from closing when we got to the store. They fixed our tire in five minutes and we were on our way. Great job guys! Thanks so much! read more

I had two flats and had the Honda Passport towed to the shop. It did not take long for the tires to be replaced and even though both were on the passenger side the shop rotated the tires so that the two new ones were on the front. They were friendly, professional and courteous. Great service and great value. read more

We pulled up with a bad tire in our van that had just scared the crap out of us on those twisty turny curves coming down the mountain. The guy that came out said that's a bad tire. No offer of repair just the price of a used one. ($50). They didn't have a used one and we knew we could get a new one cheaper than the $160 one they have at Walmart. We knew that would hold us over until we get home. They did not offer a plug or anything like that. They did not try to get money from us in any way by doing an unnecessary repair. We did end up going somewhere else but they were really cool and we felt like they were trying to keep us safe. While we were driving over to Walmart my husband said, why don't you do a Yelp review for them? They were really solid people. We hope this helps someone. read more

We had a "Low Tire Pressure" come up on the dashboard. We took the car to this place. They checked for leaks on the tire we suspected had a leak. They found the culprit. A nice nail. They took out the nail, patched, and were on our way all in less than 15 minutes. No appointment. No wait time. No crazy prices. No gimmicks. Just fix the problem and go. We had a nail in our back tire from who knows where! We called for the nearest tire shop, honestly we were looking for a Firestone. We thought we'd be spending ALL of our day here like we would at Firestone for a patch up. No... we drove right into the driveway, the man came out, lifted our car up, rolled our wheel in and plugged the hole in a matter of seconds. I went to pay and that was it! We were in town on vacation. Had a tire that kept going low. When I called the service person said to just stop in and they would fix the tire. I decided to do an oil change at the same time. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Full synthetic oil change and tire fixed with taxes $109! That is a deal! If I lived here they would always have my business! Amazing service! Fast, honest, and reasonable. We had an issue with a tire that had been plugged at another area location and went here to get them to assess the issue as it was still leaking. They found the leak in the sidewall and offered a new tire or a used tire, both at very reasonable rates. In and out in about 20 minutes total! Highly recommend! read more

We ended up finding a nail on our vacations and looked up places for tires with good reviews. This place had 5 stars on Yelp and we decided it was a winner. My husband took the tire in and we were in and out within 20 minutes, tire patched and they put it back on for us. They were expensive for a patch, $27! But we were there and needed it done. However, this was 3X the cost to get it done at home, so I would call around for pricing before going here. The gentleman that worked there were very friendly. read more

They were open, and the service was great, efficient, quick, and very affordable. They inspected the tire, showing me that it wasn't good to repair and recommended a change. I would absolutely recommend Pigeon Forge Tire Service! After arriving in the smokies from Florida, my husband and I realized my car's breaks were in desperate need of service when they began overheating when going down mountains. The staff at Pigeon Forge Tire were extremely helpful in explaining the replacements and diligent in confirming the compatible parts. Pricing was very fair and I learned the mechanics were very ethical when found my Ray-Ban sunglasses and a $20 bill right where I left them in my glove box! The whole process took 1.5 hours and the team was efficient and friendly. We also had a great conversation with the manager/owner Maria while we were waiting. It felt like we made a new friend during our stay! Thank you Maria and the team for remedying our mid-vacation challenge! We were visiting Gatlinburg from out of state and had a puncture in one of our tires the night before. I pulled right in and received service immediately. The gentleman removed the bad tire from our trunk and sprayed it down with soapy water to find the leak. After finding the leak, he continued to make sure there wasn't any other leak. He plugged the hole in the tire and checked again for leaks. He removed the spare, installed the repaired tire, and put the spare back in the trunk. We were in and out within 10 minutes. The cost was only $25. They even helped us back out onto the busy street. The attention to detail was top notch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Spectacular service. read more

Pulled in with a flat rear passenger tire. We expected to be gouged for the price. They said a repair would cost $25 and the type of tire we needed to replace would only cost $150. In Omaha that tire would've been $225 plus tax. They said install was included. They took great care of us and they did not take advantage of our situation. Highly recommend! read more

Rear tire was low after spending the day at Dollywood. Stopped and topped it off at a service station. Next morning it was nearly flat. Stopped by and they took at look right away. Picked up a nail which they removed and plugged. We were able to continue our vacation. They ordered a tire that came in the next morning. Returned to have the new tire put on. Total time for both visits was about 30 minutes! Nice folks who do a quick professional job at a reasonable price. So glad I found them, they saved our vacation! read more

Excellent Service! When visiting the area from out of town we noticed we lost a lot of air on our car's air gauge sensor. I took it there, after taking off the tire, they saw the screw, pulled it and remounted the tire in literally 15-20 minutes. Cost only $15 to plug it. Very professional and courteous. I went here to get a set of tires and I learned that they sold me 3 great tires and the 4th came off of another stack of tires on the opposite end of the building. I now know that this tire has a slow leak and I've had to put air in every morning due to this tire being a bad tire. They charge customers for mounting & balancing but they don't balance any of their tires. Another thing, they have a sign that allows that they do a/c work. It's against the law to release free on into the air, with no recovery machine how do they legally work on/ repair an a/c with no recovery machine? With that said, I do not recommend this garage for anything other than cleaning my windows. They will rip you off if you will allow them to. read more
