I am not LAZY and CARELESS, I checked all the paper worked and used my mouth to asked questions. Otherwise, please read the other negetive reviews carefully. Also want to say, in this part of the state, nobody really writes reviews, and I can tell this places doesn't care about reviews because of thier local reputation. In all, just read the 1 star reviews with and use common sense about the review. My Insurance sent a tow truck and per their recommendation I had it taken to the Chrysler dealership. It was parked overnight and moved to the service department the next morning by staff. I was told to come in Monday morning and they wrote up and tagged it quickly. They told me they might get to it that afternoon. I walked back to my hotel down the road. I had two nights in town and was concerned about having to spend a third or fourth night so I called my brother who drove up from San Jose to get me home. Late in the day after sitting in the waiting area most of the afternoon the service manager asked me about my car. He made a quick check and assured me that unless they found some other damage this should be a quick job. I told him I could come back in a couple days and he was able to have my Subaru ready shortly after I arrived. The cost of parts was $70+ and they waived the labor. As an out-of-town customer with no service plan and another make of vehicle I had expected to go to the back of the line and it started that way but the 'service manager' stepped in to give me great service at a great price. I am truly grateful.
