I came here yesterday as I was told they test and recharge batteries. I brought the battery here at 5pm and was told it takes 1 to 2 hrs. I went back at 7pm and the battery was sitting on the counter. I asked if it was charged and the gentlemen kindly and honestly told me he never moved it and that he was going to put it on the charger. I knew they closed at 10pm and I was going out to eat and wouldnt be back before they closed. I went in this morning and the battery was on the counter again. I inquired and another gentleman said it was bad. No notes or anything. So I really dont know if it was placed on the charger or not. read more

So-so It is just a similar version of Advance Auto Parts with relatively similar prices, however I personally believe they don't have as many selection as AAP on the shelf and in stock. They do not offer services such as free installation for Wiper Blades and Head Lights. The store inside is well organized, the sales people are always friendly but seems like the employees dont stay there long to work because I always see someone behind the register getting training! read more

I had a very frustrating experience here. I just wanted to pick up a headlight, which at other stores, has taken no more than 5 minutes. At Advance Auto Parts, I normally go to the counter, tell them what kind of car I have, and then the sales person materializes with the proper headlight, I pay, they install it in 5 minutes, and I leave. I was actually headed there, but saw that I was passing an AutoZone...so I stopped in...why not? Ugh, I ended up being in here for 30 minutes and didn't even get it installed. I told the woman what kind of car I had and asked for the least expensive part...remember...I'm asking for a headlight-- is there anything more basic? She acted like this was a difficult and complex transaction. She pulled up a list of the available correct headlights, printed it, then handed it to me. I could not locate the correct item on the shelf, so I asked for her help. She said it should be there. Then, she looked for it to no avail, finally saying, "Well if the computer says we have it, we have it," but was not able to find it and did not offer another solution. It was up to me to suggest that we try another brand, even if it was more expensive, as I needed a headlight and didn't want to get stopped. Low and behold, she somehow now pulls up a part 5 dollars cheaper that she "didn't know about" before, and then we go through the same circus of trying to find it. Finally, she leaves me to own devices, I find the light on my own, and then she charges me the wrong price for it. The cherry on top? They would not install it. Great!!! The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the store appeared clean and organized and the guy who finally ended up checking me out for the right price was friendly. read more
