Very disappointed in the fact that their people do not know the product. The first time they gave me the wrong belt in the wrong box. The employee told me that he could not exchange the belt because it wasn't a product that they carried. So then I went ahead and purchased another one and when he brought out the box and pulled the belt out, he realized that inside that box -which is Duralast-it has a different namebrand inside the box casing. At that point, he realized his mistake and swapped it out. The next time I had to deal with someone that they call it Gray. A Gray is a manager who's supposed to really know the product. I brought in a Clutch that I have lifetime warranty and he said that he could not exchange it because it wasn't a brand that they carried. This was a vaLeo Clutch, which is a brand that they carry, and it's the brand that I purchased with the lifetime warranty. He said that the only brand they carry is Duralast and it would say Duralast on the Clutch then I showed him the flywheel, and he said he could not exchange it because it also did not say Duralast like it did in the picture. This really infuriated me because I have over 700 entries, and I know for a fact that flywheel came from Autozone. Rather than continue to have this Gray insult me I ended up going to a different store, and spoke with a manager, who knew the product well. This is very unfortunate that these people would rather insult the customer than to do a warranty swap. The Grey was a young Caucasian manager between 25 to 30 years old with flames on his forearms. If you get in line and he is the desk person, do yourself a favor and allow the next person to go and wait for someone else, because he does not know the product. read more

Never seen an autozone with the worse service like this one. The guy who gave me what I was looking for was very nice. Can't complain but after getting what I need and got to the payment counter, nobody acknowledged and at least say "somebody will be with you" in spite of several people just chatting laughing having a good time. That is still ok but when a guy came into the counter and I asked where do I pay after waiting already for a good while, the guy was directing me to get back at the end of the line. I told him I already got my part and I just needed to pay. Why the do I need to go back at the tail end of line ordering parts again. Fortunately the people he said he's suppose to help first let me pay so I can leave. I was expecting for someone to say whoever the guy in the cashier is taking care of another customer say he'll take care of you after (if that's the case) I would understand but to tell me to get back again at the end of the order line, I think it's just plain stupid and don't make sense. In fact I heard the (lady) manager saying they were very slow all day talking to someone. If that's the case wouldn't it make sense service should be faster? I've never given a review as bad as this but it's just so unprofessional. Maybe I just didn't have a lucky day with them. It's not always the greatest service here but I kept coming back. Anthony Martinez has horrible customer service, i came in from grand terrace store location to purchase a thermostat housing that showed 15.99 over there and online at this location it was 18.99 i asked if he can price match he said no that they don't price match and that it was the taxes keep in mind its 15.99 before tax at grand terrace here after tax came out to 20,46 not a huge deal but his customer service is horrible i used to be a manger at the grand terrace location just don't understand how there app shows 15.99 and at rialto is a whole different price before taxes. read more

I was impressed with the store employees at this location. I had know idea the Rialto store would be this busy at 9am on a Sunday morning, but there was quite a line at the checkout. This is not my normal location, but I came as they were one of the stores that had the particular part for my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. They made quick work getting through the line and customers on their way. I telephoned ahead of time for my part pickup and they were friendly on the phone as well and said my part would be pulled and ready when I arrived. The only reason I'm giving this place a one star is because of the workers not the business this is my way of letting the owner know how things are ran in his establishment ,I went last night around 9:20pm when it was raining hard to pick up some windshield wiper blades for a vehicle I just bought ,it was a 2021 Jeep gladiator, although it was raining pretty hard. and late 3/5/25 I did not know how to change my own wiper blades and I know that if we purchase things from AutoZone, they would usually just put it on for us and help us especially a woman in distress, the 3 guys that worked last night one said he did not know how ,and the other 2 said no be it was raining outside ,and the reason why I went there is because I could not see in the rain ,all I can say is terrible service period I had to go to another AutoZone around the corner and they were happy to help read more

I come to this location on a regular basis, usually no problems. It's Tuesday June 18th, 7:27 and they're still not open. Store hours are 6:00 am. Called before coming to recycle oil, and was told they had room in the tank. Three other people sitting in front of the store waiting. At least two employees inside, and one other worker just arriving. Wow read more

Sales staff is slow and non responsive to customers waiting. They need at least 2 hours to wake up here.

Have been leaving voicemails for the district manager and have tried to have Guisela (the store manager) help me reach out to him for me, but it's like they don't care about what's going on and I have made everyone, including their corporate office aware of what happened. The only auto parts store open until midnight in the area. But what's the point of advertising store hours if the employees are taking a break the last 30 mins? They claim it's the system updating but they were eating Carl's Jr up front. I had an emergency and needed to buy some stuff for my car, they made me wait until their break was over & was rushing me out of the store because they were closing soon. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. JOSE the assistant store manager is HORRIBLE . He would not give me my part that I ordered a few weeks prior because he claims I did not pay for it yet , I've ordered many parts in the past and can't even order the part in the mail unless you pay for it up front so I don't know why he was claiming I didn't pay . I told him it's paid for already and asked him to look up the purchase history to prove it's paid for and he refused and said he will not release the part to me unless I have the receipt BUT I've never had the receipt for an ordered part in the past because they have access to purchase history so there was no need for a receipt . It even says on the receipt not to worry if you lose it because there is access to purchase history but JOSE the ASM refused to look it up in my purchase history. So I had to drive all the way back home for the receipt to show it's paid for just to receive my ordered part . Then when I showed him the receipt proving it was paid for also proving him wrong he got angry and started yelling telling me to come get my part myself because he's not handing it to me so I HAD TO COME PAST THE COUNTER AND PICK UP THE PART MYSELF off the ground instead of him handing me my part ! Then as I'm walking out with my part he calls me a DUMBASS! This kind of behavior from an employee let alone an assistant store manager is unacceptable and will definitely lose the company customers because definitely lost me as a customer after that . read more
