I didnt catch his name, but he was very knowledgeable and checked my battery with his meter, showed it to me so I could see it said the battery needed to be replaced and then swapped them out for me. he made an otherwise unpleasant morning better by being so nice and helpful to me. He had me in and out of there in 13 minutes. I sure hope he gets commission off this sale.

So, I began my custom wheel purchasing journey in Richmond. I visited the wheel shops up and down Broad Street, and did some shopping online. I found RNR where Ian spent time explaining the differences in wheels and helped me determine what was the proper fit and best look for my 2012 Wrangler Unlimited. Unlike some of the other local shops he did not make me feel like I was asking too many questions and he pointed out things I had not thought of. Once I made my choice he ordered the wheels and had them in and installed the next day. Awesome customer service from the moment I walked in the door! I sat in the waiting area while my wheels were being installed and had the opportunity to observe other RNR staff members interact with customers. Each person was professional, courteous and very helpful. In fact there were a couple older ladies in getting new tires and the staff was very helpful and patient with them. My wheels look great and while I had my existing tires mounted on them I do plan to go to RNR when it is time to buy new tires.

I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!

Again this is someone whose shirt i complimented, with whom both of us had been cordial, but could not be talked into a calm state. All of this because i leveled with him and expressed nebulously aimed frustration over a job that didn't last for the drive home, as the explanation for why i was asking for a redo. I asked him, "i mean objectively, you can understand why I would expect it to last till i reached home two miles away?". His rumination on the phrase "i felt ripped off" in response to the crashwrap beginning to peel off 0.5 miles from the facility was self-driven. That being said, why even recommend this as a temporary fix if I can't drive home with it? I would've liked it done right the first time and that's fair to express. We don't have to agree or see eye to eye and it's his right to feel I'm overly difficult. It was suggested that I should've cleaned my car first, not that they should've wiped it down the first time before applying wrap. (The car wasn't in the shop to have any crashwrap applied, so why would I have wiped it?) Ultimately I paid $104 to get an issue diagnosed and temporary tape put on the sunroof. I'm frustrated that I'm out $100 and the issue is not any closer to being fixed. The technician himself was amiable and communicative and the owner is also a pleasant man to work with. That being said this experience has burnt this spot for me. Having a disagreeable person work for you isn't a dealbreaker but maybe don't place him front of house.

When we returned from the drive, my son had a question about the engine and Asker immediately brought the dealership mechanic to respond with expertise. The interactions remained very easygoing (i.e. no pressure or gimmicks) with the exchange of detail towards a purchase. Asker gave my son a fair trade-in for his previous car currently stashed at a garage, and did all the paperwork right there in house: registration, taxes, temporary tags, the works! I was so impressed with the ease of the car buying process . Upon arriving you walk into a little trailer, where there were 3 young girls (not hot btw), that offered no assistance, and all seemed to just completely hate their jobs and know nothing about cars. Pay your 2 dollars and your in. The website claims they have 1200 cars onsite, this is complete and utter lie, there may be 200 max, and along the treeline is stacks of crushed cars. Are they counting the mountain of already processed/crushed cars as available parts cars? I don't know but still not even close to the claimed 1200. Over half of the cars are sitting flat in the dirt! Not set up on welded spares wheels, so if any of those cars you need suspension parts, transmission, diff, or access to anything under the car it isn't possible, and they won't pick it up, move it, or pull the part for you. What is the mindset behind this??? The cars in NO sort of ORDER What-so-ever! Every yard I have ever been to has some sort of field order, They are placed in designated sections of some sort like Imports, Domestic, Ford, Honda, Trucks, Vans, etc... This place, NOTHING, you have to walk the entire yard to see what they have! Luckily you can walk this entire dump with essentially no stock in about 4 minutes. You'll see a Saturn beside a Van, beside a Boat, beside an Oldsmobile. Makes no sense. The selection of cars is the worst I have ever seen. I needed some 98-2011 ranger and explorer parts. there were 3 squarebody rangers there from the early 80's, and that is it? Seriously? I suppose the other good junk yards buy all the usable cars and Pop's only gets the leftovers that no other yards wanted to buy. The ford ranger sold 100's of millions how in the heck does a junk yard not not have a single one, NOT 1???? I have been going to ChesterfieldAutoParts (CAP), my whole life, and they never have any less than a dozen rangers and a few dozen explorers. I did see a dozen Saturns. Who the heck still has a saturn let alone fixes those piles of junk. The plastic body panels explode into shattered bits in anytype of accident and they all just get totaled never fixed. Google pictures of saturn accidents, they are hilarious. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going to POP's, what a waste of my time. They should just close the doors now and stop embarrassing themselves.
