Everyone will have a different experience when it comes to customer service interaction. This was my experience with RNR Tire Midlothian store, on 9/19/2022. The service I was looking to have done was, 2" up to 2 1/2" leveling kit install on 2022 Ford Ranger XL front end. I was trying to get it done before Tuesday in time for an out of town trip. Had been searching all around starting the week prior and over the weekend, only to encounter wait times, higher prices and lack luster customer service. So over the weekend continued search and found RNR Tire sent out an email to them not expecting a response over since it was on the weekend but, to my surprise I got a quick ( not a bot } personal response acknowledging my request and Rick would reach out to me Monday ( 9/19/22 ) morning. Because of my early busy schedule I decided to contact them first. I talked with their sales rep. Tommy and told him what I wanted to try and have done and the time line. Unfortunately, he told me they did not have any leveling kits in stock but he would check other sources to try and find what I was looking for. A while later I was on the phone with him and he had found a kit and volunteered to travel to pick it up, not only that but said he could have it installed by 6pm. Which meant it would be ready for my trip today ( 9/20/22 ) also the price for the part and work being done was reasonable. Tommy, went outside the dots as well as above and beyond to help me out. Which says a lot about RNR Tire Express. For me the Treatment and Service was excellent. Also would like to give a shoutout to Rick with the red cap, he was my original point of contact and he handled the paperwork once I arrived to pick up my truck. He and the young lady at the counter were friendly, helpful and professional. My Pickup looked great, nice and level front to rear, awesome! I plan to upgrade my wheels next summer, guess where I'm headed to check for a deal? Did somebody say Tire Express. You forgot the RNR babe! I have returned to RNR twice since my first review. I hope they are not getting sick of seeing me. While I was waiting to get my damaged wheel replaced by the first tire shop, I purchased a beautiful takeoff set of VW 15 spoke wheels on Craigslist. I returned to RNR to have my recently installed tires changed over to the new wheels. As usual, RNR went above and beyond in the service given to me. While I was there, I was invited to see the equipment being used to install and balance my tires, in a word "impressive". I was also struck by the cleanliness of the work area and the employees that most people do not see. All were in uniform, it's not a big thing to see workers in uniform but it adds to the professionalism of the company. The work area was as clean as the showroom. I find the showroom at RNR is well laid out and at times very tempting. On this trip to RNR I saw a set of wheels with a high polished edge and red spoked centers that were mounted and balanced ready to go. They almost got me with those wheels and tires. In the end, RNR did a great job on the transfer of tires to the new wheels and the balancing. I am again riding on an undamaged cloud. Thank you guys again for all your help. RNR is the best! I was truly skeptical about going to R&R Tires Express here in Richmond, Va because I toyed with the notion that they wouldn't help me. I'm from Shreveport Louisiana where I have purchased tires from the R&R Tires Bossier Ciry La location. I called Bossier Location and spoke with Nate. He reassured me that whatever R&R Tire Express I go to, they will be as equally helpful as they were. I did have a situation with R&R Tires Bossier, La one summer but it was quickly resolved. I drove to R&R Tires W. Broad Street in Richmond, Va., walked in and was greeted with a smile. Rick Wood Asst Manager immediately erased all my fears. His welcoming smile and cheerful nature made me feel comfortable. He had my tire repaired, checked my tire pressure sensors and thoroughly explained the process. WOW! I'm a traveling Nurse and a novice to this city....being able to have safe tires on my SUV and knowing there's a Tire business I can trust...means EVERYTHING to me! If there were a higher star rating I would definitely rate higher. After having a horrible day trying to find the right fit tire for me and my VERY last minute needs Whit took over and helped me and eased any anxiety I was having before I walked in the door. I had a tire blow on my truck on Friday evening. I showed up Saturday mid morning at RNR on Broad St. without an appointment and had the pleasure of meeting the newest assistant manager Brian; whom had just transferred from another location. When I explained my situation, Brian and his guys managed to squeeze me in on one of their busiest days! Regardless of whether or not they had been able to fit me in that day, Brian and all of the guys there had excellent customer service skills! Got to the W Broad store this morning to see about a package for my wifes jeep. After being told the rims she wanted had to ordered and it might take a while because of the size that was required. I informed the guys we took of work to try and make it happen today. Ian (Bird) got to work and in a couple minutes he informed my wife he would make it happen and he did. Initially i called to quote a new set of tires for my impreza. their associate Alex was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable on any subject related to what i needed done. Pricing was flexible enough that i felt like i was getting a fair deal. front showroom and restrooms are clean. Along with acceptable service time. This will be my 2nd great interaction with RNR and i intend to comeback when needed and ask for Alex! read more

I had a flat tire and got it plugged but was still concerned so I called RNR which was close to closing time and asked if they could look at it. They said no problem , they plug was still leaking so I needed to get new tires. They ordered the new tires and next morning had they put on and ready to go when I got off work. I have to say everyone is always nice and great to work with at RNR. read more

My experience with the ENTIRE STAFF was awesome... Each staff member provided complete explanation of every step of the service process... asked many questions that enabled them to fully understand what services i needed... and shared other work my car requires. I brought my car in for a tire repair (slow leak). I had an appointment for 3pm and they took my car right in and it was finished in about thirty minutes. There was no charge. Had my car serviced at the time scheduled. Was acknowleged as soon as i walked through the door. Technician Chris Cunningham went over service report throughly and brought my car around to front of store. He was very nice. I really like RNR. read more
