Well, they were okay with helping me at the front but had no interest in helping me outside when I was having trouble figuring out putting in a front light bulb. I went back in and all they did was tell me I was probably pulling out the wrong light and to look next to it instead of coming out to help. There behavior made me too uncomfortable to ask. I needed to buy a new battery and the staff was awesome! When I arrived I had my dog in the car so I needed quick service and the guys there were ready. First minute in a representative was asking me how he could help. I called the day prior to make sure service could be included. He showed me the batteries they had in stock and I made my selection. I then asked if the replacement could be done and after a quick check with his supervisor we were good to go. I would like to mention my rep but my memory sucks so shame on me. His name started with and A and he is great. Damn good, and asked the right questions to his supervisor when he didn't know. As a young woman who has anxiety with cars and not know anything, i needed a new battery. I came in nice and polite and asked for help. Older man, not sure his name told me it would be 45 minutes! Awesome love it. My day off! Goes to look at battery but i always have a hard time opening the hood...he tries one time (someone who supposed to work with cars) and i try...i can't do it. My boyfriend wasn't with me but he can easily open, the man who jumped my car two days ago can open and the AAA guy two weeks ago can open...I'm upset and he tells me "well i don't know what to tell you" and i say thanks have a good day. The manager of this store is completely unprofessional and mean. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in the store and the last time I went in he told me that he was watching me because the last two times I left the alarm went off. Now mind you both of those times the employee came to me, took my bags to the register figured out what sticker or tag was left on the merchandise ..took it off and then I left. It us complete defamation of character and I will file a complaint. I've never stolen anything in my life. I should have just gone to O'Reillys instead. read more

I picked up my car from an airport parking lot down the road the other night to find the battery completely dead. When my car was last inspected about 2 months ago, they told me it was going to need to be replaced soon, and also the guys who jumped it said I really need a brand new one and directed me to this autozone. I wanted to see what they had and make sure they could help me before turning my car off, but I was worried about leaving it on with my dog out in the parking lot at night. I mentioned that to the guy at the counter(Hector) and, without hesitation, he asked an employee to go watch my car for me while he rang me up for a battery, even though the guy was busy doing something!! It was such a nice gesture that he was not obligated to do, and the employee who went and stood by my car for me (Xavier?) was so sweet and nice as well. It was closing time for them, so the next day I came back and Hector put in my battery for me, which was not an easy task because the terminal was corroded so the old one was stuck in there, but he went above and beyond to get it done, with the help of Antonio. Honestly these three gave exceptional service. Never have shopped at Autozone before but always will go back to this one now. I hope Hector is paid what he is worth there, and if not give this man a raise!! read more
