He looked at the history of my car services and was able to determine what needed to be accomplished during this maintenance service. He was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. I did end up staying and waiting for my car since I live about an hour away, and the waiting room inside is extremely comfortable. Tables and chairs were nice, I was able to work on my computer while I was waiting. The facilities are great, and all of the personnel I came in contact with, including Ms. Angelina C. were exceptional.!! When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk was bothered by the fact that I was dropping it off and once I told him I had already spoke to someone that was going to get the car in and do the repairs, he reluctantly took my keys. My wife calls to check the status 4 hours after drop off just trying to come up with a game plan as we were over 500 miles away with no other transportation. The gentleman the. The family that took me to drop me off, went in with me and left just as floored as I was at the way they began speaking and treating us. The morning after picking the car up at 10pm the night before, I checked the pieces under the hood to find everything they touched had been broken that was brand new when I dropped it off. Was finally able to speak to someone after providing proof from a local to me repair shop that even stated the issues were a result of the damage. The establishment refunded me for the labor cost that we paid to have them screw our car up and then had the nerve to blame everything on the mileage of the vehicle and my rudeness was the cause for the issues we are having. I requested they pay for the damages they caused to my vehicle and they have ignored me since then! I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. They are a joke and will come up with every excuse to not be held responsible for their crappy work. I have pictures of everything and if I could post them here, I would! Beware and ask around before using them because I have already heard of two local people that I know of in the last little bit that have gotten their vehicle back messed up and they refuse to fix the issues they know they have done wrong. In addition the service times takes way too long. I had a 12 noon appointment and my vehicle did not even get in the bay until 12:45. All they did was install two tires and do an alignment. That took over three hours. On my July 3rd visit it took six hours for those services. Had to wait an hour on that appointment time to get the vehicle in the bay. For the price I paid for those tires ($1,100 for two) one would think I'd better service. Not likely to ever buy Firestone tires again. High cost and bad service isn't a recipe for a successful business model.

Last month, I was driving up to Pigeon Forge from Florida and I stopped by here due to my car is shaking. It was 6:45 and they were getting ready to close at 7pm. They said they couldn't do a diagnostic because it would take atleast 1.5 hours to do that. So I added Indiana if he could take a look and test drive to see what it could be and give me an advice since I have another 2.5 hours to get to my destination. He went out of his way trying to find the issue and finally found it. One of my tire belt snapped, which made the tire warped and have a bubble. Luckily my tires did not exploded on the road. Russ, Indiana, Tyler stayed after hour to replace my tire so I could be on my way and make it to my destination. I appreciate them so much because they cared about my safety and not about their time to clock out. Thank you so much.
